Costa in Tandridge

Just used Costa drive through, headed West on the M25. I ordered a flat white (which is usually a bit of a gamble to ask for) I received the best flat white I’ve had in a very long time! Staff were really friendly and knew their stuff! The kitchen was clean and organised and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there, which is always lovely to see. They even chatted to my dog and gave her a free pup cup - she is now a Costa fan! Thank you for doing such a great job and providing me with really good coffee that’s set me up for the afternoon!

I ordered a hot chocolate they gave me 2 cappuccinos. Silly staff did not check. Very bad. I am not impressed.

Worst coffee i have ever had. Was weak and could only taste chlorine. I will avoid costa from now on. Get water filters, all good coffee shops do that.

Absolutely hopeless! Disorganised, surly staff and no customer care skills - and the work place is a mess.

Worse coffee I have ever tasted. Unfortunately half way down the road before I took a sip otherwise would have taken it back. Complete waste of money. Sunday 3rd April 2022 17.00

A poor experience. No crockery even when sitting in. (Not very green))Long delays and generally chaotic. Management need to sort this out or is it to easy to treat a captive audience badly.

Stopped for a coffee and this was up to the usual good Costa standard, especially for my wife as she has to have Soya milk and this was available. What was expecially pleasing, though, was that Covid guidlines were followed well.

The seating was comfortable and the service quick and polite. Difficult with social distancing as many seats were closed off and it was quite busy. But a good place to relax for a few minutes on a long drive.

Worst croissant I ever had, pretty sure it was from 2 days ago as they like a piece of card board. Cheap supermarket are 10 times better. That's a shame.

Had to wait 10 minutes to get a coffee in the drive-through at clacket Lane absolutely useless Hardly worth the effort

Stopped on our way back from Gatwick for a pit stop, grabbed a coffee and moved on, venue was farily clean, prices are typical for service station. Staff were quick to serve.

Husband and I stopped in to get a coffee and a sweet treat before heading on our journey. I looked in the food display cabinet and there were flies. Not just one or two but about 10. I mentioned this loud enough for the employees to hear and nothing was done about it. Feel really sorry for anyone who has eaten here who is going to eat here today. Husband got a coffee. I got a bottle of water...to be on the safe side.

The service was quick and efficient and the coffee tasty. What is more, there was a choice of milks as my wife prefers Soya to normal milk.

Didn’t know this was a drive thru but so glad as wanted the coffee but didn’t want to waste too much time going into the services. You order at he usual terminal on approach. The volume was up and the clarity was good. James on the end of the line was clear and friendly. The white Americano ordered was good and the black guy working with James was polite and friendly. Not particularly quick but as each coffee is made individually to order, the short wait was reasonable. I’m surprised at the other ratings as the staff and service, for me, was excellent. Thanks guys.

Terrible long wait then they took our money and served the person behind me first. Messy counter and milk all over the coffee machine. The got back to the car and realised the coffee was stone cold!! Come on Costa you got to do better... its expensive.

Ya sé que es una estación de servicio costa y esperaba pagar un poco más por las bebidas. . Pero realmente horrible servicio y bebidas no esperaba de esta marca. El pobre estaba sirviendo al mismo tiempo tratando de hacer las bebidas mientras alguien que podría haber sido el director se levantó mirando y no hizo ningún intento para servir o ayudar en todo. Luego tuvo el descaro de decir una muchacha joven. . Que obviamente. habían trabajando allí mucho tiempo. Que ella iba a. lento! ! ! ! Ojalá nos de su nombre y se quejaron directamente a la costa, pero yo estaba tan alucinante que estaba sucediendo golpear no creo. Las bebidas estaban por debajo de lo normal. Tuve americano que era negro sólo más de la mitad lleno y amargo y mi marido tenía un café con leche muy tibia. Si no han tenido prisa para continuar con nuestro viaje, nos habría enviado de vuelta. Pero para ser justos con el servidor, no era realmente su culpa que estaba haciendo trabajo 2 pueblos y haciendo su mejor esfuerzo para conseguirlo. Le doy a este costa en el futuro e ir al MCDONALD'S para el desayuno.

Far too expensive, almost £1 more a drink - terrible. We regularly travel past now after deciding the cost is not justified. A pity we love Costa but not here.

Este es un café típicamente autopista, pero ninguno es de los peores. He utilizado a Costa quizás la más lenta de las cadenas de cafetería en su servicio, pero ¿Por qué elegir el momento cuando dos autobuses han arrastrado a los servicios de la autopista para tener tres miembros del personal de servicio, dos de que son bastante claramente muy nuevo. Soportado la cola y tenía una buena taza de café y tarta. Siempre es necesario recordar que siempre hay diferentes en las zonas de servicio outles, normalmente te dan autopista sirve más rápido.
