I've been to various parking lots, you know how it is in the UK, some are cleaner, some are dirtier, but having to shit in the shower is a bit of an exaggeration...

What an unexpected treat: a jazzy ladies loo! Made me smile. Use of exuberant colours on doors, splash backs etc but still remembering the function of the place. More life affirming and less city morgue. Excellent move.

This is a rest stop where we stopped for lunch when using the M25, London's outer ring highway. The rest area facilities were relatively good and there was quite a bit of parking space. There are quite a few restaurants in the rest area building. 2 hours of free parking is available.

Yes, called in to see their upgraded Gridserves. Most impressive. Not too busy. Only called in because I thought I'd missed my slip road but I hadn't so didn't stay. Been a few times in the past, never a problem.

Surprisingly nice for a service station . The WORST parking and exit directions ever though...I drove in a circle for 15 minutes and thought I'd died and was in purgatory

Just stopped off for some lunch at Leon and got some great service by a girl named Chloe. She was polite, well spoken and took no time to get exactly what I ordered. Definitely coming back, service with a smile.

Run down and expensive, just a loo stop for us

A sign on the front doors says that well behaved dogs are allowed inside on the lead. But aren't allowed in the catering areas. So what's the point? We were refused service at an empty Costa as staff were following instructions. It's not as though the dogs are ín the kitchen at McD! Decided to use the loos and leave without spending any money.

Visited this Costa Drive through yesterday was served by Rosy. All the staff were kind and friendly and also thanks for the kind gesture on recognising NHS fleece and offering us a discount

Stopped here as a midway pitstop has the usual amenities but every staff member we came across was really smiley and chatty. Special mention to the whsmith team who were so lovely to me after i had misplaced my bag and found it

Standard motorway service station. Has mcdonalds, spar shop, Costa, Leon. Toilets and showers. Just standard service statio. But showers are very bad dirty not maintained. Looks like stepping in bacteria and wart infestation

Busy weekday travel evening and the only 'food' option was McDonalds. Very disappointing. We were hungry but went without.

It's a motorway service station. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit, but it does the job when you need something to eat.

Good facilities, it's kept clean but as with all motorway services expect high prices for food except for Mcdonalds. Fuel prices are outrageous but again,this is the norm for motorway services. There's is plenty of parking and it's free for a couple of hours. Be aware that the outer parking areas are very poorly lit at night

Here is the cleanest, best designed shower in England. Only in England! It would be a good option for bathing, but you cannot control the temperature of the water. It's too hot for me, but it might be cold for someone else. Parking is 33 pounds for a day, so let us who pay can decide what temperature we want to shower in!

Great place for a break, with cafés and toilets

I visited the Costa Drive Thru earlier today for the first time and had a great experience! I was served by Abigail, who was very friendly and welcoming. Her cheerful attitude really brightened my mood after a long drive. The service was quick and the coffee was very well made. Thank you Abigail and the rest of the team - I will definitely be returning!

Motorway services with 0 full English breakfast. Shamefull.

A little devoid of choice of eateries, but well-located for a final stop before returning to Kent.

I had been trapped on the M25 and in need of charging my car, so whilst waiting for charge, I purchased a Mcdonalds Delux Veggie burger meal. The Bun was moistish, the veggie fingers where dry. there was hardly any sauce or lettuce. Overal it was extremely dry. The fries were luke warm. The Cappuccino was hot, but was fine, as I was thirsty and able to drink it straight away. I rarely have a Mcdonalds and this place has put me off, especially for £6.75. Staff were polite and service was quickish.

Had a great experience. Selaijah was a star and super helpful an attentive. My coffe was amazing too😊

I stopped off at the services to get something to eat with my 8 year old grandson. After having food we poped in to SPAR to get a few bits for the rest of the road trip. While in the shop my grandson had a melt down. A member of staff in the shop came to check everything was ok. And was amazing with both myself and my grandson and made sure i had everything i needed to finish my shop. He went above & beyond to help. I found out his name was STEPHEN. As a customer having someone like Stephen in your store is a asset and i would recommend your store to other people in a heart beat. I would like for spar to thank stephen for his help on my behalf. And the next time im at the services i will 100% shop at spar again. (Thank you stephen for your kindness & help)

Been coming to these services for donkeys years, great location. Cleanliness and stuff has varied over the years but currently held to a good standard. Served Costa by a lovely young lady Ellie. Will keep coming back as long as it's kept like this!

Very good place to stop on the highway, especially when there is a lot of traffic, it has a cafeteria, restaurants, bathrooms, Wi-Fi. etc

The customer service agent did not greet or acknowledge me at the till. I smiled and he dis not make eye contact. Strangely; he was friendly and chatty to the customers before me. I feel compelled to feedback as have deduced that his disinterested attitude towards me is because I am black (the customer before me aforementioned was Caucasian)

The food was nice enough, but the portions are small, therefore very expensive - more than twice the price compared to McDonald’s next door. Leon’s motto may be “ Why can’t fast food be good food? ”…it’s because it’s too expensive, that’s why!

Was poppy selling. A pleasant building with lots of food outlets. Costa sold me a very good flat white.

Arrived on a Friday night at 7:45pm to find only the McDonald’s and WH Smiths open. Costa - closed. Leon - closed. Noodle place - closed. Do they not want to make money?

I had a yummy lunch at Leon, I think I was served by someone called Lily (maybe lillia sorry if I get this wrong!!) I was only going to get an iced coffee, but she recommended I tried the honeycomb to put in. This was fantastic! Genuinely one of the best coffees I’ve ever had to date. Helped my day a lot- kept me going through my drive back to Norwich! Thanks.

Stopped off for some lunch at Leon, and had the pleasure of being served by a lovely young lady named Lily. Her helpful cheerful, attitude was unmissable. She was extremely patient with us when ordering and informative when asking about what she recommended to eat. Food was also very good and reasonably priced. Will definitely be coming back here again!

Stopped this morning for a coffee from Leon, where i was served by Lily who was extremely helpful and recommended a lovely sweet treat which i thoroughly enjoyed alongside a lovely coffee! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a smiley face, fantastic service and great food!!

I don’t usually do this but i popped in to Leon here today. I was down and grumpy, but the waitress, Lily, just brightened my day despite my quite obvious grump. How nice to see someone enjoying serving the public and working hard at it!

For us, Roadchef Clacket Lane (both sides) is an essential comfort break stop on our way to & from Gatwick Airport. Stop there generally at least once a year. It never fails to disappoint.

This service station is excellent - never any problems here. Great selection of food places and shops for snacks on my long drives. The addition of EV charging points is fantastic! Would recommend stopping in.

Excellent services and friendly staff

Due to work I use these services frequently . I have always found the services and toilets very clean and tidy . There is a good variety of food outlets and find all interactions I have had with staff have been excellent.
