Durante nuestra estancia en el aeropuerto Premier Inn Southampton, elegimos cenar en el restaurante de tomillo aquí. Nuestro camarero era Jason que nos hizo sentir cómodos y era muy respetuoso y servicial, nuestra pequeña niña tomó mac'n'cheese mientras que tuvimos filete cocinado por Chaz que era el chef en esta noche. Como chef entrenado, saludo absolutamente a Chaz por lo bien que cocinó un filete raro y azul que definitivamente comería aquí de nuevo. Pd. . . mi niña se comió toda la comida así que extra extra extra.

Whilst up from Devon, visiting my sons, helping with one, moving property. They, along with their girlfriends took me here last night. Fantastic boozer, full of people, many liked like they were locals. Very friendly bar staff, great array of drinks, opting for one of my favourite ales, Ringwood Fortyniner. Bar this pub being very local to one of my son's, main reason they took me here was for the Kebabs. They were awesome, as were the couple running the facility. This boozer had a great atmosphere and I'll most definitely be visiting again, next time I'm up.

Stopped by for a quick iced latter on a sunny Spring day and it was a very pleasant visit. I would totally come by again for another visit.

Great old style cafe/bakery foods good and at a decent price also got some tasty treats to bring home with us very yummy .Definitely recommend we always come here when in Hastings.

I visited Esquire in Buckingham today, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst coffee experiences I’ve had in a while. My other half had visited earlier in the week and had a positive experience with the gentleman working there, who provided excellent service, including a bowl of water for him and our dog (a much-appreciated gesture, especially as they advertise themselves as dog-friendly). However, today’s visit was the complete opposite. The service was abysmal. The two girls working clearly had no idea what they were doing. It took 20 minutes to serve two cups of coffee, which cost £8.40 – far too expensive for what was decidedly average coffee. Several customers were visibly unhappy, and I watched them get multiple orders wrong. Their excuse of "there’s only two of us, and we’re busy" didn’t hold water – it wasn’t busy by any reasonable standard. It was painfully obvious they were unorganised and untrained. The general atmosphere was poor, with a palpable sense of frustration as customers waited far too long. When my other half asked for water, one of the staff, who was on her phone, simply pointed to a bowl without a word – not exactly the welcoming, customer-focused service you’d expect from a local café. I won’t be returning, which is a shame because I believe in supporting local businesses. However, I can’t justify paying a premium for a mediocre product and enduring unprofessional, unwelcoming service. Esquire needs to seriously address these issues if they hope to retain customers.

Observation: Not comfortable with dogs in the restaurant area. Staff appearance and hand cleanliness needs to be much improved.

Lovely, friendly staff who always try and accommodate specific requests. Food is prepared fresh and arrives quickly - we’ve been here a lot and also had a positive experience! Great for breakfasts but does t open until 9am so don’t arrive too early! Nice, uncomplicated menu with a friendly atmosphere - highly recommend!

Sándwiches y bebidas bastante agradables pero mesas sucias, polvo / suciedad espeso en zócalos y repisas. Piso sucio. Como estaba ocupado y no quería hacer cola de nuevo, limpié la mesa yo mismo con gel de mano y servilletas de papel. Dejé de ir en cualquier Café Nero poco después de pandemia ya que noté que, como cadena, no eran buenos limpiando. Lamento mi decisión de ir al Brighton hoy.

Great place for a quick bite. Had a brie and bacon panini and cup of tea. Very nice food, nice surroundings and good value. I shall be going back for more!

We had breakfast hear while we waited for our plane. We had croissants with cheese and ham and they where very tasty. We also had a cup of coffee and a tea. It was a nice place to sit and chill while we waited and it was nice seeing the people walking round the airport.

Don't allow dogs. Nice staff but none seem happy. Sausage sandwich could have had a bit of butter, dry bread and cheesy sausage.

Although we only called in for a drink, I cannot fault the service we received. The staff were friendly and helpful and our freshly-made drinks were served with the minimum of delay. If you want to eat (which I have done before), there's plenty of choice on the menu and the meals are very good value for money. The indoor seating area is light, airy and clean (there's even a separate dog friendly area) and, when the weather is warm enough, there's outdoor seating with views across the countryside.

Customer service all round in Bognor Regis Sainsbury’s is appalling. The staff are so rude on the floor downstairs helpful they just turn their back on you and walk away. I don’t know where they get the staff from but I think they need to go back to the classroom and learn some customer service, they have no respect for people so they don’t deserve any respect back

Wouldn't bother coffees really watered down and filled so high it spills everywhere and nearly burns you. Spent nearly 20 quid for them to be thrown in the bin.
