The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in South East

Driver never delivered our order. I messaged to ask if they needed directions as the map showed the were past my house. the order was then marked as delivered but I never received my food

I was with my wife in White Hart today. Everything was perfect, food taste, place and lovely staff. We spent here 2 pleasant hours. Thank you very much!:-)

I visited this Costa about a week ago with my sister, who has a serious dairy allergy and is also gluten intolerant, which rules out oat milk from most mainstream brands too. My sister noticed that multiple orders are prepared simultaneously but none of the tins used to warm the milk were labelled and it would be incredibly easy to get them muddled up, with serious consequences for customers. When my sister asked the staff member if she was sure that she'd given her the right coffee with soya milk the woman was rude and dismissive and this was building on her visible irritation with my sister that I noticed while we were first placing the order. My sister never drank the coffee, it was too high risk. Had it been the wrong milk she could have been hospitalised. Dairy and gluten allergies are serious and customers with these concerns should be treated with care and respect and furthermore, Costa should implement procedures which give customers reassurance that mistakes won't be made and they should train staff to handle these situations with greater care and concern. I won't be using this costa branch ever again.

I mostly get a sub for my lunch from here and in some of my visits I was served by a girl and she seems not to care what the customer actually needs. Starting with the entrance to the shop she don’t even care about the customer she finish whatever the work she is doing and then only come and serve. Not only that but also no hello or hi to the customer. And today I went to get a saver sub nacho chicken one. This is my usual one. Normally the other gentleman who serves always ask what are the three veges you need and what sauce you need. This girl also prior to today asks me what three veges you need and what sauce. But today she just put whatever the veges she want and also she just put some sauce in. I dont even know what she put there. If I had an allergy for the sauce she put in ,what about that then? When I asked her cant we choose the three veges and the sauce she replied saying no the saver sub you cant select. But all other days she herself and other colleagues have let me choose the veges and the sauce. Also she didn’t even wrap the sub properly . This behaviour is really inappropriate. Please take care of this and please don’t let this happen again. We cant tolerate the rude attitudes.

Very under whelming sunday roast. 5 prawns in the prawn cocktail along with half an apple - not a combination I have tried before and not one I want to repeat. Beef clearly water bathed - no flavour with a full flabby slab of fat around the edge - seriously not required on the plate. Roast spuds tasted of fat as did the yorkshire pudding. The only flavour was in the veg but that is difficult to mess up. Not cheap ingredients which is reflected in the price of the meal - shame they are not cooked anywhere near to their best.

I haven’t even gone to GoRogue yet, but the customer service is already excelling! Ella has been an absolute angel, I was being very annoying and asking her for a lot but throughout she was very kind, accommodating and quick to respond. Thank you Ella for being patient with me and my endless requests ❤️

Dreadful customer care. Visited on Sunday 6th around 5ish. Stood in a queue to buy a vegan brioche. People in front of me ordered numerous cakes so waited patiently. Then two other customers buying bread pushed in front of me and were served out of turn by very surly guy. After serving these customers he ignored me for a couple of minutes, then just as I was about to order the brioche he literally snatched them away from the counter saying I couldn't purchase them that they had timed out. He was abrupt and rude, he even mentioned that he'd taken some home and eaten them the next day and they were fine, which kind of disproved the whole point. I suspect he also took these ones home Appalling service, overpriced and overated. AVOID.

Friendly service but the quality of the food really didn't match the cost. Sandwiches were poor in quality, quantity and the side of coleslaw was inedible and was left as per other tables. Won't be returning.

Dirty, rude staff, dogs on seats and tables. Generally an experience worth missing. Not the place to go for a peaceful, clean cup of coffee

Floral sofa, exposed brick wall and coffee.

The place is quite messy, and the ceiling looks really unclean. The wait time is frustratingly long—there are four people who seem to be just going through the motions, while only one person is actually making coffee. Meanwhile, there's a huge line of people waiting.

This is a lovely coffee shop with friendly staff. I visited a few days ago and our server, georgina, was amazing. She was knowledgeable and answered our questions, helpful and generally all you could ask for when you don't really have a clue about coffee etc

If you have allergies AVOID! The cross contamination is awful here! Lady got all 3 orders wrong - she put ingredients in - took them out - put them in other people’s orders. Not enough cooked bacon so had refund. Asked for a well done egg - it was runny - Tried to eat it most went in the bin. Wont be returning
