New system to order food a daunting for people of a certain age but was very efficient great bacon roll

If I want to order from a screen I can go to McDonald's, Tesco are alienating their customer base

I went today and left angry as the cafe is now not excepting cash, you have to order from screens which had disgusting dirty finger prints all over them with no sanitizer gel to be seen anywhere and you have to use a card payment, cash is still legal in the country and with all the wokeness around why have people with cash been discriminated against.cash is king and when you get a cyber attack and the whole system goes down Tesco's and all other establishments that do not take cash will be begging for us to come back, I will not be buying from Tesco's cafe anymore and when they stop me from paying for my shopping with cash then I will shop somewhere else. Its all for the government (BIG BROTHER) to check what you are doing. Shame on you. People wake up before it's too late.

More automated hell ordering on a machine with card payment only. Apparently decided by head office. Won't be coming back, noticeably fewer people than last time !!

It’s all changed!! No friendly banter with the staff whilst queuing for your order anymore. All replaced with Automated order machines. I might as well make it myself too. Won’t be using the cafe all the time it’s like this. It’s lost its personal touch. Just like self service checkouts. Shame on you Tesco!!!!!

Food was good quality and fair price. They were busy when I visited on 1st June. Only one lady taking Food out and clearing tables. She was doing a fantastic job working really hard but really needed someone else.

Very friendly staff, and quick too. Breakfast was very good, and fried properly. They don't use warmers which is great because other supermarket cafes use this and it is very dry. Highly recommend.

Only 1 egg, 1 bacon, missing the extra sausage i paid for, coffee was cold, poor at best, awaiting on a refund or at worst a part refund!

I have had these drinks in store and they were snacking however this thine they taster of water and milk no real flavour

it was over an hour late its nearly lunch time now and one of the drinks had spilled and didnt have anything in it.

Having eaten via online ordering: Breakfast Wrap, Seasoned Fries, Ultimate Breakfast Bap w/Flat Mushroom, Goats Cheese & Caramelised Onion Focaccia, can happily say - Delicious, well cooked, tasty and very moorish food with very high standards. All well prepared, packaged fresh and piping hot with napkins to the delight of my taste buds. My compliments to Tesco catering team for their due diligence, 😋😁👍 Oh dear, no more breakfast Wraps they've been removed, sad day indeed 😢

Delivery was over an hour late and then he wasn’t even at my door . Food was okay but not worth all the wait to be honest

Scampi, Chips, Mushy peas, all cooked through to perfection, light and fluffy chips, scampi had a nice crunch to the coating and the peas, always peas, thank you, 😁👍

Everytime I've come here I've always had perfect food and drink. I was quite surprised as being a supermarket cafe I assumed the quality would be pretty average, but I would genuinely come to this cafe over other High Street cafes.. every aspect of the breakfast is spot on. And the Latte is always lovely

Drinks were spilt every where and driver didnt seen to care at all food was cold just horrid really reallt not happy have a great day

25 minutes late, food was cold, called the driver up four times telling him where we were and still wouldn’t listen. Then even sent him a pin of our location and ignored it. Very very poor service

I had a full English breakfast last week and it was delicious! The eggs we’re cooked to perfection- lovely and runny. The bacon and sausage were very tasty. The toast was nicely browned. I was served by a new member of staff and he was very polite and friendly. I will definitely eat in there more often after having a great experience in there.

Whilst I was satisfied with the majority of my food order, unless the Carrot cake 'Shrunk' you must've given me a Child portion, safe to say I'll be keeping my money for it next time!!!!😡

Excellent breakfast. Served hot and not at all greasy. Good portion size and a choice of bread for toast. Very tasty.

Please can you ask the delivery driver to not be smoking when on deliveries. Not pleasant.

chip review: too thick, not very crispy, comes in a bowl, hard for dipping, tastes too much like biting into a slightly raw potato but not the worst I've not had the waffle fries so that's my next bet

Ordered a Cheese and Ham Toastie but wanted onion in it was told No because of Allergens 🤣 Never heard such nonsense. If I ask you for it I'm not Allergic to it Ding Ding . But in the other hand I wasn't asked if I wanted Chocolate on my Cappuccino or if I'm Allergic to Chocolate?🤣 I would be concentrating more on on cross contamination than onion in a toastie when I ordered that . Thank you 🤑

My address is correct according to my just eat, but according to the driver, it's wrong it sends him to Hampden Park and that I need to change it when I know it's correct. The system seems to send my address to Hampden Park when I am based near town. This has happened a few times, but the driver today was quite rude, telling me to sort it as it caused him problems, yet I've entered my address correctly.

Enjoyed a breakfast in Tesco today. Staff were very helpful and agreeable. Food was good and arrived promptly. Would recommend to anyone.

For the 2nd time disappointed with my mango smoothie. This one was not at all cold which meant is was like a mango juice which makes it very poor value for money.

The food never turned up, I was watching on the app when the guy got nearby. I was waiting at the door and there was no one there. Five minutes later it said delivered *The rating for the restaurant is only because the form wouldn’t let me submit without it*

All of my order was well cooked and tasty, my only criticism is perhaps less salt on the seasoned chips as the mix is good without it.😃

I like to do a bit of shopping in the big Tesco's on a Saturday but I was starving and it's a big Tesco's walking round on a empty stomach so looked at the menu its got breakfast at £5.25 so asked the guy on the till what do you get he explained so said yeah I will have one he said do you want a drink I said yeah a medium coffee he said £8.50 🤔 that's expensive for a medium coffee on top my calculations it's about £3.25 for a coffee I gave him a ten pound note not much change the breakfast was fresh everything cooked piping hot but it doesn't sit well with me paying £3.25 for a medium coffee 😡

Great breakfast and best coffee I have tasted tbh. Only thing that is annoying is they forget the ketchup both times. Would not mind but you have to pay for that!!!

First time trying this cafe on here. Food came hot and fresh, well presented and the coffee was good. Would order from them again

My food was left on the footstep and the driver did not ring the bell to let me know it was here so food was very cold when I finally realised it was there.

2nd time having breakfast. Sausage bap once again was cold and the bap stale. Seats very dirty as was the floor. Not going to bother again

I normally love the food & is my go to for a takeaway breakfast. Today was late & food barely warm. Asked for well done bacon, The bacon I got was fatty and not well done. The eggs are normally runny today all of our eggs were overcooked. I also pay for extra bacon half the slice was missing. Must been a bad day in the kitchen.

I had the vegan breakfast and it was just ok. A lot of the food was overcooked and the portion sizes were small. The food was packaged nicely and the coffees were really good

Very small breakfast for the money didn’t need cutlery we ate it with our fingers my meal was cold quite tasty but will not order delivery again just go to the shop I was very dissatisfied

Food was a bit cold when it got here. BUT my biggest annoying factor was, the driver opened the date to get to my door, but leaves it open when he leaves. I asked him to close the gate & he got pissy when I asked him & he said, it was open , when it wasn't because I heard him open him because ringing the bell. Please tell your drivers to close the gate, as this isn't the first time this has happened !

Yummy fish finger wrap came warm in a box nicely presented. Although it was squashed last time. Food quality is good. Seasoned chips very tasty. Nice delivery driver. Will order from here again.

The watermelon drink is lovely but the breakfast wrap isn’t worth £5.85. It’s small for a start as you’d think it would be a little bigger for the price it’s at, and it was cold when it arrived.

I’m so disgusted in how long my food took, and they even forgot my drink. I wait 2 hours for it and couldn’t even get through to anyone to see where it was. The driver was at least friendly but they gave him the wrong address! Never ordering from here again

The flush fingers and chips was well cooked and looked tasty….the breakfast wrap was ok….the frappe was over 1/3 full of ice and definitely not worth the money. The waffle was inedible….the fruit was old and tasted like it was just going off and the yoghurt was yellow…..went straight in the bin. Will not be ordering again

I ordered a breakfast wrap. The egg was like it was drenched in water at was bland and rubbery, however it was hot and the sausages were flavourful , hash browns were soggy but I expected that to be honest. Better than harvester 😂

Popped in for a breakfast on Sunday morning before heading off for a morning out. Drinks were served at the counter and I was advised the breakfasts would be brought to the table. By the time my vegan breakfast arrived, some forty minutes after placing my order, I had finished my drink. The breakfast was disappointing. Vegan sausage was overcooked and crusty. The mushroom, toast and beans were tepid at best. The tomato had not been cooked at all. Worst thing for me was the flora margarine pack had been thrown into the middle of the beans causing an obvious contamination risk. At just under £6 it was mid range in price but definitely at the lower end of the edible scale The drinks were good but the rest I can't recommend.

Point 1 - so the contents off the bap was warm so it was ok what was not ok was the bap was cold i thought the buns were supposed to be at least warm Point 2 - Frappe came without a straw how else am i supposed to drink it point 3 - I asked for a brown sauce satchet but instead did not and put ketchup in the bap
