We booked a group pack for my sister's hen. 1 hour arcade,1 hour karaoke and 1 hour AR darts and a glass of bubbly all for just £25 a head!! Absolutely amazing !! What a bargain. We had such a good time. Staff are so fun and lovely. You can tell they all enjoy working there. The stuff was really helpful and sorted for us a savory and sweet grazing board for the party for again a brilliant Price. Can't recommend enough. This is literally the perfect place for a party group booking !! The cocktail are also amazing !!

Had a fantastic time at Go Rogue on Friday night. The interactive darts were so much fun and had loads of games to play and the karaoke room was fab. Music and atmosphere was great for a fun night out. Cocktails were tasty too - my fave was the rainbow road! Team working were fab can’t wait to go back.

We visited on a Friday night and had a brilliant time playing the interactive darts game, followed by a karaoke session. Staff were great showing us how to use the equipment and keeping us served with drinks throughout the evening. A great combo of fun games and bar atmosphere

I had booked a birthday well in advance, which was paid in full. A few days prior to the event I received completely different confirmation times to the ones that I had booked. I had sent an email querying this but was ignored. Apon arrival I was told that actually they have triple booked the even which meant that our activities that were scheduled to start at 8:10 didn't begin until 9:20. We were offered some drinks for the inconvenience but waited over 40 minutes for these. The arcade was pretty sub par, I was under the assumption that we would have had this to ourselves but we were sharing with another large group, which given the amount of games in the arcade was not ideal. Many of the machines were not working properly so we're not worth playing. The karaoke area was filthy, seats were falling apart an unsecured. We were told that this would be a private area unfortunately staff had to keep coming in and out to clean up from the previous party. The AR darts was actually very good, although we had to start this at 23:30 which was far past when we were supposed to. The toilets were some of the worst toilets I have even been in, the women's toilets were each flooded with water and urine, one plastered in diarrhoea. These were not cleaned or maintained well at all. Staff selling shots were unbearable, despite saying no thank you on numerous occasions we were practically harassed by them, trying to peer pressure a group of 30+ year olds to buy shots by calling them boring etc wore thin. Organisation was poor, was dirty and overcrowded.

Just abysmal. Lead from one corner of squalor to the next, as impressively they managed to triple book our evening. All activities were pushed over an hour later with no guarantee of being able to do them all. The promise of a free drink was soon soured by a 40 minute wait. A table of 9 being seated across two separate dirty booths of 4, with one also being in use on arrival wasn't a great start either, after already spending 20 minutes standing in the doorway as they tried to salvage our booking. After eventually being able to squeeze up several busy narrow staircases to the putrid toilets on the third floor, when it came to using facilities again when on the ground floor, I asked at the bar for a radar key for the accessible toilet at the rear of the venue, to be told there were normal toilets upstairs, to ask for the key again due to back pain, for three team members to then bicker between themselves over who should/could go and open it as the lock was completely broken and the door needed to be opened with a knife. Nice! A poorly functioning 'arcade', a filthy dirty sweaty karaoke room, and all points above do not allow me to recommend this venue to anyone, for any activity, for any occasion. I can't comment on the darts, as this ended up being available to us at 11:30pm, by which point we needed to leave. Poorly managed. Poorly maintained. Over-attended. Really quite embarrassing at each presented possible opportunity. A failed attempt at hospitality and quite frankly, a shame.

What a concept, have a drink and play some classic arcade games. More exciting than some branch pub.

Thank you so much to you girls for taking care of us and keeping the good times going. Seriously recommended to check this place out.

Perfect cocktail night out with my other half for that night. Drinks are as pricey as everywhere else. The music was good and not offensively loude giving us the opportunity to carry on talking. The game area was fun. I just think this could have been in a bigger location for this to work better in the long term. After a few visits, it'll feel more like the arcade is a gimmick and not the reason to go back.

I came for the arcade session with some friends on Saturday, was greeted by a lovely host who greeted us with a smile and was very helpful, we got some cocktails which were so tasty and 1000% recommend the rainbow road. Will definitely be back, thank you for an amazing evening

Took my boy to the kids session for £10 you get 60mins and a lunchbag containing a sandwhich, piece of fruit, crisps, yogurt covered fruit & a drink. Well worth the £10, my boy loved it! Will definitely bring him again😊

Great atmosphere, delicious cocktails with nostalgic videogame names, very friendly service, good selection of modern and retro arcade games. Would definitely revisit, shout out to Oscar and Tegan for their great cocktail service

Absolutely brilliant venue- the staff went above and beyond for my friends birthday, we tried out all the activities and were even offered the chance to start in the arcade while our drinks were made, the lovely bartender took our order and delivered them to our table to ensure we didn’t miss out on any time. The cocktails are very innovative and totally worth it especially the ones that light up or use fire brilliant time. Highly recommend

This is a really fun concept for Southsea and it's great to have something different to do on a night out! However, I do think there's a bit of work needed to get this right. We booked an hour of time in the arcade. It was fun and there are a few good machines there, but it's a pretty small crowded space. I feel like they could do with a few extra machines, and making more of the downstairs arcade space. The bar staff work hard but there's definitely some issues with the way it's organised. It took a very long time for our cocktails to be made (with the staff member having to go downstairs to retrieve some of the ingredients). This was our second attempt to get a drink because the first time nobody was getting served, and it was eating into our arcade time. I think it's a good idea overall and we could see ourselves coming back to hang out and play some games for an hour, but I think it'd need some improvement to the arcade space and the drinks service first. I do really like the cocktail menu and want to try more of them!

Booked a last minute table here as a group of 4 for Saturday night. We were shown to a table of 2 which the staff added two chairs to but it was right in the way of the table next to us meaning we had to get up and move the chairs every time the other people wanted to get up. We ordered four identical cocktails on the two for one and waited around 10 mins to be served and another 10-15 mins for the drinks to be made. They all tasted completely different and seemed to be 80% ice. Also the cocktails which said they were topped with sweets e.g. foam bananas, fizzy belts, were nowhere to be seen and when mentioned to bartender he just said ‘we don’t have any’. It was so cold in there we all had to put our coats back on, music that was nothing to do with the theme of the bar. Surely with a retro arcade themed bar the music should match? We didn’t go upstairs so maybe it’s a bit better up there. The toilets were nice and clean. All in all wouldn’t come back again.

A brilliant idea, terribly delivered. My partner and I took a chance. We had read the bad reviews on Google but thought we would give this place the benefit of the doubt and went to see if they were right....and unfortunately they were, we won't be returning! Things started well as we were warmly welcomed and the cocktail menu was creatively themed on computer games. My partner went to order but was told they didn't have one of the major ingredients to one of their cocktails... So we picked another, which the bar tender took about 10 minutes to make (he didn't seem so sure of the recipe either). The rainbow cocktail we received did initially look impressive but as we started looking closer, we realised there were black bits floating around in it. On closer inspection little bits of plastic were in the ice! Disheartened, we took them back to the bar to ask for a refund where my partner was ignored for 10 minutes by the bar tender (he made eye contact but didn't do anything). Thankfully my partner finally got his attention and the lady who initially welcomed us apologised and did the refund with no issue. Such a shame as it has potential but until they improve their standards, we won't be returning!

Such a great addition to Portsmouth, the whole vibe is so exciting! The arcade games were so fun especially Mario Kart and the darts were more enjoyable than I thought as there was so many different games to play. Lovely cocktails and the staff went above and beyond to ensure me and my friends enjoyed this experience :). Can’t wait to go back

Had such a great experience. Cocktails were amazing and the team were so friendly and seemed genuinely excited about the new rebrand just as much as we were to experience it. Arcade game was great only £15 for unlimited play for an hour!! Definitely spent more in other arcades for less time 😅 never got to the AR darts upstairs as they were fully booked but deffo be back to try that next!!!

Came here last night for the first time as this seemed to be a great addition to Southsea, however we were extremely disappointed. First of all it was £10 to play on the very old and mostly broken arcade machines, the air hockey doesn’t provide enough air so the puck just gets stuck in the middle, dance mat doesn’t register your feet, gun shooting game doesn’t register shots. There’s probably only about 10 machines. Second of all the upstairs mens toilet had no lock in the cubicle, no toilet roll, there was exposed wires and electrics right next to the sink just left there, the downstairs disabled toilet had old kitchen equipment dumped in there and a massive roll of carpet, you’ve only been open around a week 😂 how on earth is it in this sorry state already? The place clearly has absolutely no pride in what they do considering how little of a time they have been open. 100% will not visit again. You want a drink and to play some games. Bring some cans and go to the arcades on the seafront.

I was excited to receive an invite to the launch weekend but ended up with the most disappointing experience. The staff ignored us at the bar for a ridiculously long time, and eventually served us with dirty glasses and cocktails that we had watched them pour half measures into. The drinks were 2 for 1, but it’s actually only one drink just poured across two glasses as mine were both only half full. I ordered the Zelda Elixir which came looking nothing like the picture and tasting like half of the ingredients were missing, and even upon questioning this the bartender told me it was correct and went back to ignoring us. Due to the long process of being served, we didn’t get our full hour in the arcade area, only around 40 minutes of it, and then when the time was almost up they tried to kick us out earlier still so that the next group could get started even though our time hadn’t finished and despite the slow service. We spent £30 due to the invites but without those this night would have cost £58, both of which are not figures you want to pay for such a poor experience.

We went second night after the rebranding hoping for a entertaining alternative and were left with confusion and a poor experience. You have to book to to access the arcade games, and then they have no signposting as to where to go to show this booking, the bar staff actively ignored us for 20 minutes and then when we finally found who to speak to he told us to queue back up for drinks. The drinks then came in poorly washed half dirty glasses after watching the bartender pour half measures into the cocktail mixer. Then we were able to enjoy 40 minutes of our '1 hour' game booking in a cramped environment with little choice as everything was taken. Overall an entirely negative experience that I will not recommend.

Misleading information. Me and my partner went to check out this new venue yesterday afternoon thinking it sounded great but not managing to get much info from the website or socials. We ordered two cocktails (£14) and went to play arcade games as it was really quiet and we thought we could just walk in. No one said anything to us until we went to get another drink thinking this was a great place and we'd spend all day there. We were then told it was £15 pp per hour to play! On the website the figure of £10 is put about as well as 'unlimited play' which is very misleading and unclear. It would be really nice if there was clearer information on how to access this space as it feels like you're relying on people turning up thinking one thing and then just spending the extra money once there. It would also be nice if games were free play or at least cheaper for more time. Sadly I don't think this venue will last long by out pricing people like us who are unlikely to go back given the prohibitive cost. We'll stick to the arcades.

Due to no response via email - Dear Event Organizer/Management Team I am writing to express my disappointment with the Justin Bieber Brunch event held on November 9th in Portsmouth. I had high expectations for what was advertised as a fun and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short of what was promised. Firstly, the food provided was of extremely poor quality. Our burgers were very bland, cold, or tasted stale, and somewhat represented a ‘rustlers burger look a like from Poundland fridge’ which was unacceptable for an event of this nature. Guests paid a premium for this experience, and the food should have been a highlight, not a letdown. Secondly, the service throughout the event was painfully slow. It took an excessive amount of time for food and drinks to be served, and staff appeared overwhelmed and unorganized. We had been informed that drinks would start for 14:00, this was followed by our drinks being given at 14:45. Not to mention the wrong drinks being given, multiple times. This led to frustration among attendees and detracted from the overall atmosphere of the event. Walking into the event at 1:25/1:28 staff eating behind the bar I asked if the event was taking place and the response was “yeah I guess so” Lastly, the state of the facilities was appalling. The toilets were flooded, without locks and unusable for much of the event, creating an unsanitary and uncomfortable environment for guests. This should have been addressed promptly, yet the issue persisted for the duration of the brunch. However, I would like to commend one member of your staff, Emma, who stood out with her professionalism and empathy. Despite the challenges, Emma was very apologetic and did her best to address guests’ concerns. Her attitude and effort were appreciated in an otherwise disappointing experience. Overall, the event was poorly managed and failed to meet even the most basic standards. I would appreciate it if you could provide an explanation for these issues, as well as outline how you intend to compensate attendees for such a disappointing experience. One of the most obnoxious DJs full of his own importance. Extremely rude when approached for a special request, arrogant and dismissive. He thinks he belongs in Ibiza !…… went with 20 plus people and ignored us all. Don’t go to this place unless you are desperate!

Came here for a bottomless. The music was so loud inside, no one could hear across the table and we had to resort to only talking to the people next to us. Toilets were clean, however half of them were flooded at the base. The food was absolutely awful. They put pea shoots on chocolate waffles?? The burgers tastes incredibly cheap, the buns were dry as anything. The only redeeming factor was that our server was great and made sure the drinks kept flowing. For nearly £40 I really don’t think it was worth it due to the state of the food.
