Costa Coffee in Crawley

I bought a take out latte and the staff were chatty, friendly and knowledgable. Have been before will go again (many times)

Had a lovely coffee today and served by a really nice guy called Ryley he is credit to your company!!

The flat white was respectfully bussin'

Staff are super friendly, efficient and just love the wide range of drinks, snacks and food

The staff make this Costa, especially Anabella who was friendly and welcoming.

Fairly quiet, service was quick and efficient.

Very rude and ignorant man that served us today, his nose out of his mask when serving us and later shouted to whole shop that they were closing, very poor ** update from new visit ** nothing much changed, this time staff can't do simple maths, still a very poor experience

Service here is good, but the food lets it down a bit... toasted sandwich was just warmed up, and the pain au raisin was tasteless. Staff are very good, and coffee was done quickly and hot.

If you're out to impress on a date, I would probably pick somewhere more restauranty. But if you need a coffee fix, then it's perfect.

I visit this Costa most mornings. Staff are always pleasant and polite. I usually order on route and collect on arrival which works great for saving time on my way in to work in the mornings. On the odd occasion that I have a little extra time and the weather on my side I'll hang around and make use of the outside seating to enjoy my coffee in sunshine and peace before everywhere else at County Oak gets crazy busy. Everything you'd expect on site, hot/cold food and drinks, snacks and customer toilets. All flat surface and accessible.

Great customer service and served quick

Costa is my standby when Starbucks isn't handy, I love their easy to use app and as I always use my own mug the bean system is great for me. Nice place with comfortable seating and plenty of parking, pleasant staff and good service.

Fast and good service must return soon

A lovely little Costa conveniently located near the other shops, whilst my wife is shopping I can sit and relax with a flat white. Staff are always friendly and the coffee shop is always clean and tidy.

I like this Costa, the latte is as expected but the irony simply delicious!! I have been banned from Costa Tesco over the stupid covid mask nonsense and yet the person who served me here was the person who banned me!! I go to Costa throughout the UK as evidenced by the 6 free drinks I currently have accumulated. Other than the staff at the Tesco outlet the staff are brilliant, especially Queens Square, Crawley and St Aubin, Jersey.

Great costa coffee shop located at The County Oak retail park, all the usual you're expect from a Costa, great choice of sandwiches, wraps and of course coffee, seating inside and outside with plenty of free parking

Often not open when they say they are (especially the drive through). Haven't had full fat milk for 2 days and they gouge you £4 for a medium latte. On the plus side, staff are usually bright and friendly, when they are there...

Having to look after my dog while my partner went shopping I thought I'd pop in and get a coffee and wait. Unfortunately dogs aren't allowed, which I found surprising as Starbucks down the road does. Lesson learnt!

Food is great but not cheap. Queues can get very long throughout the day as it is part of a busy shopping complex and the batistas work so hard. Pay rise time, Costa Coffee! The outside area is small and is next to a car park. Inside is cosy. Excellent selection of teas and coffees all well made.

Shut after 5pm although website states open until 7pm. Note on the door says new Christmas Hours, shuts at 5pm. Reduced hours for Christmas????

Visited and just feel costas isn't what it used to be

Quite a nice sized shop on a big shopping centre. Be warned around opening on Sunday it gets packed but coffee is great!

AGNE IS REALLY MOODY AND NEEDS TO LEARN TO SMILE EVERY NOW AND THEN SAME AS MOST OF THE OTHER STAFF MEMBERS THERE

2.30pm on a Saturday and I'd suggest they were very understaffed. Didn't seem to be anyone in charge and nobody was communicating with each other - chaos. Waited 15min for 1 coffee, which was first taken by another customer then he brought it back and the staff tried to give me his used drink! Very much in need of decent management

Nice sized store and would of loved to have stayed longer to enjoy my drink as a seated customer but... No chance with a mother in tow as one wanted to go shopping and skip a breather... Overall nice sized outlet to get a drink and relax

Went in to grab a quick coffee to go. There was a queue so was in two minds whether to wait or not as was short of time. Decided to wait and so glad i did. Two young ladies were very efficient and was served in next to no time. Glad i waited. Great coffee

Ordered 3 drinks. 1 was incorrect, but they rectified it straight away. Got home to find another drink was also wrong.

When I go into Costa at Manor Royal or Crawley there are one or two of the baristas there know my order which is a very nice touch considering how many people they see. Everyone has a warm welcome with a smile

Usually love this Costa but yesterday (Sunday) went to buy a coffee at 15.25 to be asked if I wanted it in a takeaway cup to which I replied why? The lady then informed me that as they were closing soon would I have time to drink it. I replied you don't close for 35 mins to which she said we are closing soon and we are short staffed. As I said to her thats not my.problem. I knew I had to leave at 1550 anyway. She then told the lady behind me she couldn't have hot food only a sandwich. The lady was very angry and left as she said to me they didn't close til 4.00 not 3.30. I really do think you need to educate your staff on closing times!!!!

Would like to have day off from work? Need some rest? Have a cappuccino from this costa and you will stuck home in your toilet. It taste burnt and bitter.. At least their quality is regularly the same so they make sure I won't come back again!

Staff are lovely, all a bit of a squeeze, too many tables, especially since they added an extra fridge, toilets are typical costas "grimy"

Pay to much for coffee but it's always a nice experience and good coffee at the end 🙂

Overall it was great..just the coffe a bit burned...

The coffee shop itself is lovely with nice drinks and food. We went there this morning with my wife and 2little kids to have a nice family breakfast. But one lady from the staff was staring at me all the time since we entered the shop. We felt so uncomfortable there. So we ate our breakfast and we left. But when we were already outside at the car she was still staring at me from the window. I haven't seen her name tag so I don't know who it was,but if she's looking for boyfriend she's supposed to stare at the single ones!! I'm happily married and I have a family and I never want to change it!! We not gonna come back to this shop ever again because of her!! And even If we do come back there,and she will do the same, I will definitely complain on her to her supervisor!!

Great coffee, enjoyed the egg & mushroom brekkie roll , finished with a tasty piece of Tiffin. Very friendly staff, quick and efficient service.

Awful coffee, staff were rude. My coffee was warm and tasteless, my partner had a tasteless chai latte. The order was not correct at first, and the woman behind the counter had a bad attitude, it was like we'd asked for her first born when we asked for the order to be corrected. In general it was a very bad experience, I think it a site worth avoiding in the future.

Fabulous, white hot chocolate. Would go again.

The service was good, but too many customers not bothering to wear masks on entry and when moving around inside No free flow of fresh air either. So we felt uncomfortable being in there whilst having our coffee. So even though w were only part way through we put our masks on and left...

Usually good value but but becoming more expensive. Won't visit as often.

Overall very nice and clean and the staff are lovely here. It has a very warm and cosy feeling and it's a welcome sight in the retail park. The hot chocolate I've found to be quite weak here specifically but that might be a couple of unlucky shots.

Great service with a smile, was pretty busy but they managed to get through the queue with little to no fuss. Table clearing was a little slow but that's to be expected when it's busy.

It is very confusing when the staff are serving you. Waiting in the queue and the staff member takes our sandwiches, even though we are not at the till point. Then asks what drink we want, which she then relays to the staff member on the till, she then tells the person making the coffee what we want. Then you get to pay and wait in another queue. Our sandwiches were heated up and put on the tray, a while before our coffee was even made. When the coffee was made and it was all on a tray, the staff member tried to pass one of our sandwiches to another customer. whether Covid is about or not this part, really annoyed us, the fact our tray is sitting there ready for us to take but we can't get to it because the staff member is chatting to another customer, then this customer is leaning over our tray with our food on and talking and breathing on it, because he has bent down to talk within the opening of the safety screen. To say we were annoyed and the lack of hygiene and customer service is an understatement!! Our sandwich was not hot when we got it and our coffee was tepid! We will not be going here again and the hygiene levels need to be raised and maybe some staff training would help!!!!

Ordered a mocha and a decaf latte and got neither. Staff seemed uninterested and failed to give me what I had ordered. The coffee I did receive was I think a flat white instead of a mocha, it was poor quality. Will not be going back here again. I have gone off Costa in general as it seems to have gone down hill drastically over the last year or two.

I was in Costa coffee today and was disappointed by the colleague she was blowing dust from the reusable mugs you can bye when we pointed it out to her she wasn't happy and said you have to wash them before using them but you get your drink put in it there and then so let's hope she doesn't have a virus

One of the smaller Costa.Not a lot of space inside if you plan to sit in.I visited on a Saturday so was pretty busy don't know what's its like in the week being in a shopping park its bound to be busy. Friendly staff and great coffee.

Agne the team member who doesn’t know how to deal with customers in a fair manner was staring into my eyes like she was about to kill. Was very uncomfortable. Not sure what I ever did to her as I’ve never seen her here before.

Wasn't sure about the mixed.cold.coffee I had.

Good quick service, staff very helpful and friendly. Clear one easy system with plenty of space when queuing.

We went for a breakfast on 09/06/21. Daryia was at the counter to take the order. She couldn’t be bothered to be there at first place and we were jut inconvenience. My 4 years old daughter picked up a biscuit from the shelf. Daryia shouted on her and took the biscuit back. When I asked her “ why you shouting at my daughter?” She threatened me to call security. The she went on that she won’t serve us any more.

4 coffees 1 Tea 5 toasties and some baby chinos. There cant be a worst tomato and cheese toastie in the world than what u served us today unfortunately we had 3 of them the ham and cheese was only slightly better The tea was stewed and disgusting u got 4 coffees right.Filthy coffee bar give it a miss yuk.

Always a pleasant experience. Clean and tidy as well as being well set up for covid regs.

Very good face to face service, tried using the App to order but it was too slow, I would 100% pick to talking to a person rather than a computer next time. Great customer service.

You can never go wrong with a costa

Very efficient. Sometimes hard for staff to hear customers and vice versa, with plastic screen in place, but showed patience and good nature (which I've not always seen in other shops). Coffee good and to my taste. Tasty sausage in a roll; hot, with roll still crusty. Thumbs up...

Very clean, they should enforce social distancing a bit better in the queue. Coffee was ok but not enough lemon curd in the tart.

Lovely to be able to sit in Costa and enjoy a hot chocolate but only 3 marshmallows as my topping!!!

Had a tuna melt and hot chocolate. Was ok, but hot chocolate fairly bland, plate was dirty / faded (like it has been wash 1,000,000 times), tune melt slightly stale and un-exciting. Staff were good. Only went here while car was at garage, would not go to Costa if I had a choice, Pret is MUCH better, yet similar prices.

Find the coffee can seem little watered down, services is always good

This is a typical Costa coffee shop. Services are standardised. Smiles are always given. Nothing special about the coffee. I think it had changed since it had first started. Personally i think it just about taking your money acting like in a fast food chains shop.
