Closed down, there's a Starbucks instead

Sunday 30th March we visited here for a coffee. It is located on the first floor, by reception, in the Premium Inn at the North Terminal at Gatwick, where we were staying the night. We ordered two flats whites which were £3.95 each, when paying we asked to add the purchase to our loyalty card, there was a sign by the till that this service was not available at this branch but they were working towards resolving the issue. We heard the same when we were here back in September 2024, issue obviously not resolved. We were informed that if we took our receipt into any branch of Costa that points would be added to our card. At the time of our visit there was only one guy working behind the counter, so the service was a bit slow, he appeared to be a bit fraught and surly. We did enjoy the coffees when they were eventually served, good flavour and the correct temperature. Some of the seating looked a bit worn and shabby and could do with replacing and a number of the tables needed to be wiped down. According to the sign, on display in the lift, this coffee shop is open 24 hours.

Wednesday morning 25th September we visited this branch of Costa, which is located in the Premier Inn at the North Terminal in Gatwick, where we had spent the previous night. We found a place to sit then one of us went to the counter to order two flat whites, £3.95 each. When paying went to add to our reward points (beans) but we were told the reward scheme did not operate here as it was a franchise. They are working on it and are hopeful that they will included in the loyalty card scheme soon. While waiting for the coffees to be prepared it was an opportunity to look around the place. The fridges and cabinets were very well stocked with sandwiches, paninis, snacks, cakes, cookies and more. The serving and food area was clean and well maintained. Our coffees, when prepared, where how they should be, they were the correct temperature and full of flavour. The Coffee shop is open twenty-four hours, as advertised in the lifts and about the building.

Visit quite regularly, mostly good. Customer service and drink quality is dependent on the person serving. But I have never had to complain

Was looking to buy some coffee and cakes but staff didn’t acknowledge us for around 5 minutes! Pretty shocking considering my family and I were the only ones waiting! There were around 4 staff members behind the counter, of which none had even acknowledged we were there! Even when we walked off they didn’t realise we had left. Do not recommend.

LOCATION is in Premier Inn Reception. The position on google maps and the Costa app is wrong. Despite the name it is not in the car park.

Went there for morning coffee and breakfast. Both were very good and prices were not too expensive..

Went to Costa Coffee for for a coffee while waiting to be picked up. Both the coffee and the service were great.
