Great department store that I use regularly. However, young women on footwear need some customer service guidance or training (even if 5-10 minutes before closing time with a request that would not take them beyond close of shop). 🤷‍♀️

Rooms are up to date, staff is friendly and you are close to shops

Noise levels from bar area are unacceptable if you are staying at the Inn , sound proofing of bedrooms required, room 6 is awful , constant noise and music until 11.40pm. Bathroom shower covered in mold on the ceiling, and sides, cold tap in bathroom clearly broken. Very dissappointing. No criticism of staff however who were friendly and helpful.

absolutely awful bar tender, big and ginger with a huge beard, was unsocial and then started cheering and swearing when a football team scored, also was barely ever behind the bar and was instead just sat with customers, who didn’t wantbim there. He also didnt give my friend change for his food.

bustling, efficient service, friendly staff and you get a real cup if you have indoors. coffee is decent

I was unaware that this shop has now turned into a love me love my dog kennel. I object strongly to drinking my coffee with smelly dogs it should be a clean eating establishment

Having spent a lot of my hard earned money at this venue I am appalled to see how they have treated there staff . The Heart has gone out of the Hart street tavern and the venue looks worn and the staff look unmotivated and the venue lacks leadership and direction . The venue needs to change Ownership or a new leadership team needs to turn this venue around it lacks soul and Hart !

Wow… we was staying at Haven Holiday Park as a family of 6 including my dad who is the most fussiest eater.. Blown away by the quality of the food. We all finished our food and really enjoyed it. Great find. Highly recommend. X

Nice place, though I feel a little out of place - it's a sports bar so it gets a lot of "lads", who can be very loud and shouty sometimes. Especially by the pool table. Not my crowd, but otherwise a really nice bar with a large and comfortable outdoor area

Sadly, after a good few visits, today made my mind up for it to be our last. I ordered a full English which must've been nuked in the gigawatt microwave oven because my hash brown was chewy and looked like it'd been fried which it clearly wasn't. The bacon, although delicious was as crispy as a packet of frazzles. And to top it all off, they had no baked beans so I was giben various options and opted for an extra sausage, both of which were also the consistency of a reheated walls sausage - all crispy skin and fluffy insides with zero meat texture. The final straw... "could I have some vinegar please?".... (scurries off ransacking all the cupboards) only to be told they don't have any. I mean c'mon guys..... national baked bean shortage and no vinegar? It's like going to mcdonalds and being told fries have run out! The coffee is always tasty whatever beans they use so that's a plus but the food on this occasion was damn poor, well, well below standard and wasn't even that hot. What a sad let down, the ambience in there is amazing and the coffee is great. Real shame, just as well there's lots of other competition to attend...

Great little pub, we went for Xmas day dinner and were really impressed. The food was fantastic and the staff were lovely. It was super busy, yet they maintained a great standard of service. Thank you for a great visit!

went here on my birthday and WOW! been here in previous years, on a weekend when busy but service is still good BUT WOW, went here on a tuesday and was shocked because, Chloe, kaysha and miri made my 23rd so lovely 🥹 even when we were being a tad loud and even turned it up even when we asked
