Costa Coffee in Surrey Heath

I’ve been here lots of times before for coffee and cake with my daughter, the staff have always been polite. There are new members of staff that are severely lacking in customer service skills. Please take the time to retrain these people there was a female person on the tills today 15.01.2023 that was blatantly rude and extremely unhelpful. If she’s there when I visit next time I’ll have to go to another Costa.

My daughter made a lot of mess as she spilled her milk. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They even gave her another milk when saw she was upset about the accident

It’s a shame that one of the staff at the cashier (@1700, 06/10/31 -man) was rude. He made an annoyed facial expression, rude gesture & made an annoyed comment. I clearly said & ordered the Strawberry Infusion Cooler. The staff seems like he did not know Costa’s product well !!!! It’s our first time encountering a staff here with such bad attitude! Very bad customer service experience. We are here weekly. We don’t expect 5star service but good manner it’s a must. The rest of the staff are lovely.

Clean and tidy located upstairs in the Next store with easy access via the lift or escalator. COVID friendly spacing is good. Selection of cakes, sandwiches, soups, risottos and hot and cold drinks. Toilets also available in the Next store. Plenty of outside parking. Staff are effectively and friendly. Would recommend. Please like if this helped.

Nice Costa in the upstairs at Next. Lots of seats to sit down which is great and so far every time I've been it's been clean. Service is good. Just everything you would expect from a Costa Coffee really

I ordered a tuna melt and employees not paying attention to the job and gave my food to other costumer that took it! Then thought it was funny! No more stock of tuna melt! With a little apologie asked me what i would like instead! I just would like you girls to pay attention and not swap the food orders on the tray! By the way i was not even told the price of the replacement sandwich! It could have been over charged under charged or eve same price but communication it’s nice!...

Very nice and friendly staff and quick service. Lovely view from the window and as a plus they also have some books which i found very handy while enjoying my tea .

There are two costas in camberley town centre, but this one inside Next is the one I like to go to. The staff are polite, smiley and friendly. They have some comfortable seating and big windows giving it good amounts of light and view of the high street below. The only downside is that they often close off half of the cafe a bit early where the best seating is, but it’s understandable because they have to close promptly as part of the bigger clothes store. This is a very pleasant spot, and the staff are always welcoming.

Very quick and efficient, tidy and clean but toilets could do with a once over. Everyone was very polite.

Located in a very big NEXT store it is just perfect! In addition to a free parking and a new stylish design. Grab a sit next to the window and enjoy.

This Costa is very handy to rest weary feet after wandering round the large Next store - it’s in a nice position on upper floor with a bright, airy and modern feel. It can get a bit crushed round till area if all positions are open but there’s good teamwork by staff and so not a long wait for your order. Not only is there plenty of seating but tables aren’t all crammed together so even when busy you don’t feel hemmed in. Of course it’s also very handy to have free parking right outside in the large store car park. The only negative - tables took a while to get cleaned/cleared when we visited.
