Great coffee shop for lunch or to sit and work for a bit.

Seemingly only open as and when the owner feels like it…! Have tried to call in for a coffee on a few occasions but always shut. Won’t bother again.

I visited this very central, accessible place with my family, a mix of modern and traditional, cozy, tidy and clean. The person who attended us was very friendly. We would have liked the coffees hotter even though we said so. We ordered 2 panini but the portions are very small, we thought it would be pieces of chicken with pieces of bacon but it was more of a kind of pasta or cream of chicken with bacon and I think the paninis should improve. The coffee prices are very good compared to nearby businesses where they cost more than 3 pounds for a medium one. In general the place is very good, it needs a better selection of desserts, 3 milks, tiramisu, carrot cake, traditional cake, things like that in general.

Hands down the best local cafe I've been to in regards to an all round experience. It's so personable with the owner Alex being front of house and has such a homely vibe which is few and far between with cafés these days. The cheese and bacon panini was deliciou and the mocha was the best mocha I've ever had. It's very rare that people take as much care with a mocha as other coffees and get it right. The crema on the coffee was divine 🍫☕️. My only complaint is that I'm always so busy, I don't get time to visit as often as I would like! Keep up the amazing work 👏

Great place, the cappuccinos were just amazing! ☕ Best one we had in a long time. The prices were decent which is another good thing. Definitely be back if we passing near by. Thank you. 🙂

Giving it 1 star just because it’s never open. Have passed by 3 times now in the morning past 9 am when it’s suppose to be open ..and it’s not. Have passed by in the afternoon during lunch and it’s not open. You just never know. Coffee is good but the place needs a little more love in terms of other things they offer. It’s a shame..

The coffee was on the pricey side! And their opening hours are different to the ones online! However the staff were very friendly and coffee tasted good!

This place wasn’t open for business at advertised times, the cake I ordered was swimming in a puddle of something and the toilet was disgusting (not just the toilet, the whole room) looked as if it never gets cleaned. Very disappointing for something which should be so easy to run well

A very pleasant lady, wearing utterly filthy Converse throughout the food prep area. Cheap supermarket bread rolls, cremated dry bacon so tough I couldn't eat it. Got a piece if Victoria sponge to take away. Opened it at home, totally stale. Avoid!

Lovely local cafe. Really friendly service that made me feel welcome with my noisy 8 month old! Food was tasty and quick & great coffee! We were lucky and got parked up right outside, there is space for 3 cars

Pleasant service, a little pricy but very acceptable food. What let the place down is the toilet! Thick brown limescale all around the rim and the same around the sink waste. Doesn't look as though it has been cleaned in months although the guy told me it's deep cleaned every two weeks. Too gross for pictures.

Remains plagued by inconsistent opening, but great when open. The guys run a lovely place, but unfortunately at this time (Jan 2023) there remain differences between the google opening hours (from 9am) and when the cafe actually opens (if at all)

Came in for two coffees and some lunch, absolutely amazing customer service, coffees were affordable and were very good, also had a ham and cheese panini and a chicken and bacon one, both were very tasty we will be coming back!

Very nice coffee shop, especially compared to all the other cafes nearby. I ordered a mocha with pumpkin spice syrup and cream. It came quick and tasted delicious. My boyfriend got a tea and a scrumptious slice of cake. The total came to £10. My only feedback would be to add mint/peppermint to your syrup collection. Otherwise the seating was good, outside and inside options. I could see myself coming back and sitting on the couch for hours with my computer or a good book.

I love having a independent coffee shop near by, I will always support them over the chains. Nook is a lovely place, warm and welcoming with a fabulous selection of cakes and nice sandwiches/paninis. I regularly come here for a cake and coffee and have always found it to be great. I would say a couple of the outside tables are old and need replacing but there is always ample seating on the others so I never have to sit there.

Won't be going back here, it has definitely gone down hill. The last couple of times I ordered pastries/ cakes they were stale, not sure how long they had been left out but they were definitely not fresh. The place always appears dirty, and the cutlery was filthy on our last visit. The toilet was disgusting as well, this had not been cleaned properly in a long time. I get the feeling they have lost all interest in running this place.

Coffee OK, but premises need refurbishment, eg furniture tired, old, broken even.

After my recent visit, I will not be visiting again. A lovely sunny Saturday and we wanted to enjoy our drinks outside - the seating area at the front of the cafe is disgusting! The owners take zero pride in their establishment - they should be embarrassed. The tables are broken and falling to pieces, cigarette butts litter the ground and the plant pots have weeds and dead plants - it’s an eyesore. We had coffee and cake - Victoria sponge and carrot cake - both cakes were stale, I wonder how many days they had been sitting out for, certainly not fresh. It’s an absolute shame as Frimley Green needs a coffee shop and I always want to support a local independent business, but from here forward, Costa will be getting my money.

I visited The Nook today for the first time. I ordered a chicken and bacon panini with a cappuccino. My wife wanted bacon in a bap and the owner made it for her even though it wasn’t actually on the afternoon menu. My coffee was perfect and panini delicious! The bacon bap was also very nicely prepared. I decided to finish off with a raspberry Bakewell slice and that was also heavenly! I paid by phone and asked if the owner could add a tip to my bill. He said that he didn’t usually take tips… I don’t actually live in Camberley but I would make detour to visit this lovely café again! 😄

Always seems to be closed whenever I have attempted to go which is usually lunch times or peak times such as 1pm on a Saturday. Other family and friends have said the same. I wouldn't recommend and won't bother going again as its just wasted time to find theyre closed.

I used to go here very often, it used to be such a lovely place. Nice music playing in the back ground. You would get some crisps with your sandwich, and everything was nice and clean. It has gone down dramatically to the point that I no longer go. Often given mugs and tea spoons that were dirty. The outside tables need a refresh, an the toilet isn't clean. Also you can never guarantee if they are open. Often I would make place to see a friend for a coffee, we would get there and they would be closed. No notification on their Facebook to let customers know they were closed for the day. Most, if not all of the cookies and cakes are from Costco, which is disappointing. Sometimes they didn't even have any bread for a sandwich! I'm not sure why time wasn't used during lock down for them to refresh their benches outside and give the toilet a good old clean. Such a shame as it used to be such a little gem!

Booked my car in down the road to a time which the coffee shop was open as I needed to do work. It said it opened at 9am on a Saturday and no one showed up! The advertisement is clearly false and an absolute joke! What’s the point in having customers waiting and times on google if you can’t come to work!

Really lovely café with excellent coffee. There's a good range of seating, a nice bookshelf, and some delightful art and planting that makes it wonderfully calm.

Ive come for lunch a few times and your closed. Can you please put up your opening times else your just wasting customer time

This place is a phenomenon. How it can afford to remain an operating business whilst seemingly never open for trade makes me suspicious of it being a front for a highly organised money-laundering operation! In 3 years, I have only managed to have a coffee here twice. TWICE! Every single time we bother to come to the Nook to have a coffee or something to eat, it's closed. Without fail. To the point where it's now a standing joke where we drive past at busy times to laugh at the fact it's closed. "Is the Nook open? Obviously not! Why would it be? It's lunchtime!" What's worse, is that the second time we managed to find it open, we mentioned it to the girl working being the counter that the place is always closed. Not only did she deny this, she actually made us feel stupid for even suggesting it! We tried to go again today as Google states that it is open. It is lunchtime, so why wouldn't it be open? We drive down there and find it's closed. HOW IS IT CLOSED AT LUNCHTIME??! How do they think this is a way to run a business? I was only half-joking about it being a front for money-laundering, but seriously, how else can this remain operating? Anyway, we're not going to attempting to go back. We've tried too many times now and would rather give our money elsewhere.

The outdide seating is well past it’s sell by date , the area needs a good clean up , the planters are falling apart , you guys are missing a trick here , definitely needs a lot of TLC , and regular opening hours , cable drum tables falling apart , splitter fest , Heath and. Safety issue . Sorry trying to help

Possibly the worst Americano I have ever bought. Tasteless. Not good. 😕

Went here with my partner and some friends on a Tuesday night. The restaurant is small but not cramped. The menu is quite small but adequate. The service was 10/10. The quality of food was great but for the price charged I’d expect a few more potatoes and a little more vegetables.

Great place for a latte and a bacon roll! Outside seating which is dog friendly too!

Excellent coffee and really nice coffee shop with great service and well recommended.

Almost every time I pass this place it is closed. Must try harder if you want a loyal customer base.

Fantastic little coffee shop. They have remained open during this last lockdown, offering the local community a break from the mundane, and have probably lost money. Please return this loyalty by visiting and buying a drink and a snack.

It's a nice cafe and the hot chocolate there is very nice

Not the best experience. It was a cold wet October day, no heating in the cafe and the server insisted the door needed to be open due to Covid regs. So it’s cold and because it’s quite a stark room it is quite echoey. The seats are also hard plywood school type chairs which were also cold. The server did agree to close the door as I was so cold I asked if they kept cushions or blankets as some cafes do for their outdoor tables. I asked for a hot water and I was served this at scolding temperature. I asked for cold water to be added so I could drink it, I couldn’t even hold it. Unfortunately they don’t have tap water despite having a sink that I could see so added an ice cube for me. Service wasn’t warm or friendly but not bad either. Food was ok but basic and served in weird plastic and cardboard bowls. It was difficult to eat the very hot panini without a plate and cutlery. No side salads or niceties either. 2 sandwiches, 1 hot drink and 2 buns came to nearly £13. The welcome, service, environment and presentation definitely isn’t up to the standard warranting the price. Taste was good but not good enough to ignore everything else sadly. This will be Our first and last visit.

The staff at the Nook have made it a little home away from home for me during this lockdown. The coffee is delicious, they have a variety of alternative non-dairy milks for those who are vegan or lactose intolerant, and have managed to adapt to social-distancing protocol with outdoor seating and spaced out tables inside. Its great to see an independent family-run cafe doing well in such challenging times, and they deserve the support from the town. Thank you The Nook!

Delicious coffee, friendly service. Could do with being cleaner, but the sink works now, so that's something. Back to the coffee though, do not go expecting Starbucks or Costa-quality 'sandpaper' coffee because this is completely different and in a good way - like a cup of velvet. Gets busy in there and you're not guaranteed a parking spot. I can't review the cakes as they've always run out of gluten free ones when I get there. The regular cakes look good though.

Love the ambiance of the shop. The coffee was amazing and service was even better. Lovely place to spend time alone or as a group of friends. Only warning: don't do when you dieting, the cakes and other pastries are irresistible to look and to eat.

The food is prepared frest and ingredients are fantastic. The seats and decor are pretty good but there is a lovely ambience.

Today my husband and I visit the Nook coffee, the staff was very nice and very helpful. We buy spongecake and it was fabulous. We went there for the first time and next time we are going back for the spongecake and for the coffee.

There’s a lovely ambience here, great welcome and good food. Prices are reasonable and the food freshly prepared.

The coffee was lovely but the sandwiches and the coffee shop itself were disappointing. It was a bit grubby - there were cups/plates everywhere and it didn’t seem particularly busy (it was around 3pm in the afternoon). I’ve worked as a waitress in the past and the cups/plates could have been cleared from the tables in 10 minutes. The chap running the cafe apologised for the mess but then went on to watch an elderly gentleman clear the table himself. I’d love to support a local coffee shop but I’m afraid I was disappointed with the Nook and likely won’t be returning.

Can never guarantee whether it's open. Always closes early, don't gamble on going there anytime past 4pm. Service has dropped. The customer care has declined massive since the opening. Sad to see.

Gone a bit downhill of recent, toilet has had no water hand washing facility for nearly two months and place is a little messy at times, lacked the smartness/cleanliness it once had.

A wonderful local hang out. I visit annually from Melbourne where the coffee is great, I used to wonder where I would find a good cup out side of London and it was right there in the village I grew up in. Brilliant local business. Thank you for the two flat whites every day I was home a couple of weeks ago.

The Nook is like a second home for me, as the staff are always warm, friendly and respectful. They do excellent coffees, and for those who are like me lactose intolerant they have 3 different types of milk alternatives. It’s a great place to meet friends, bring your family or as in my case, being someone who works from home, to bring my work to another cosy environment. It’s one of the treasures in Frimley and managed by a welcoming, decent team. Highly recommended.

Nice little coffee shop with great service and excellent coffee. No mad options on menu and plenty of seating including tables you can eat at (they serve fresh baked) and comfy sofas as well. Free WiFi was a bonus especially as it speedtested at 30MB rather than the usual throttled 2MB you'd get in mainstream coffee shops.

Nice atmosphere but very basic and poor food menu. My daughter and I wanted to grab some late brunch but the menu was really basic for both lunch and breakfast and no veggie option other than toast, which is what we ended up with. If it was my place I would consider putting croissants, pastries or panninis on offer to bring it into 21st century. Coffee was also quite harsh and bitter - and quite expensive too, so sadly we will not be returning despite the lovely atmosphere.

This area is not short of the big names in coffee shops, not to speak of a load of garden centre cafes. But for my taste, The Nook does the nicest cup of coffee by far. Don’t have as much experience of their cakes, but had a piece of fruit and nut on my last visit and it was a generous slice of home baked deliciousness.

Had a meeting with my Manager. Greeted by and served by a very polite gentleman. Promt service as it wasn't busy. Haven't tried the food but would recommend for a coffee and cake. I didn't try any of the cakes but did look tempting. Overal a small cozy place to meet friends in comfort either for a quick coffee or a light lunch.

Popped in with elderly mother for a morning coffee and piece of cake. Coffee fine but unremarkable, cake fresh, well baked and enjoyable.Lively atmosphere with small children, their mothers and an older couple all made to feel welcome.Cheerful informal decor worked well but on the day we visited everything felt a little sticky. Don't know if we had followed some particularly messy customers, they were short staffed or we just had bad luck but it did rather take the edge of what otherwise would have been an enjoyable break in the morning.

Would have given a 5 but -- When The Nook first opened it had fabulous home made cakes, but the last time I visited they were more like shop bought from Costco, I left it as it was so dry.

It's a BIG 5 star from me! I come here a lot to work since I'm self employed; and it's nice to get out the house. They boast great coffee with dairy-free options. Great Toasties and Paninis (good portions) - yum! Though great, I would love to see some more adventurous veggie/vegan food options (hmmm?) Great seating both indoor and outdoors. It has a lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. Whether you wanna come down for work, a chit chat or after-school treats with the kids. The Nook has really bought the community together. BIG LOVE!
