Where do I start... Our usual breakfast/brunch cafe was fully booked, so thought we would try The Fountain. Ordered two breakfasts and two teas. The breakfast priced at £10.90 was so overpriced for what you got - bacon just a sliver, toast the smallest I have seen, one hash brown (usually get two), baked beans were cold - the only thing on the plate which was excellent was the sausage. The final straw was two teas priced at £2.90 each which was a very large pot of hot water, two tea bags and this made the tea so weak we left it. Great staff, very polite, very clean, but what a disgrace for a breakfast. It seems that if you go in there for a cake and a drink, then it is acceptable, but in my opinion, if I am spending £28 on breakfast and tea, I don't want to come out feeling hungry. Shall NOT be going back and avoid if you want hot food - so overpriced for what you get.

Stumbled unpin this gorgeous little establishment by accident and were very glad we did! Service was friendly and quick. We enjoyed a milkshake and tea with bread pudding and flapjack.

My husband and I enjoyed a fantastic brunch at the lovely, cosy Fountains Mall in Odiham 😊 Service was very quick, and very friendly! The food was of excellent quality, and the coffee shop is extremely clean. Thanks for a great time! Would definitely recommend 😊

Excellent place. I'm a cyclist and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Coffee is very nice and it's my first choice for the Odiham area. Staff are friendly and efficient and I always feel welcome. It's just a shame that they don't open on Sundays as that's the main ride day for many cyclists.

The staff are always so friendly, the food is great and the coffee is delicious. They have lovely little toys for kids. It’s a family run business and is a staple in Odiham.

Popped in for breakfast - dog friendly inside too !! Lovely cooked breakfast - good quality sausages and not at all greasy ! It was delicious and lovely coffee too.

Popped in for 2 coffees following a cycle in the area. Staff weren't wearing any ppe equipment and there were little C19 precautions which I found surprising and the coffee we did get was weak and insipid. Had to go back for another shot to make the coffee taste of anything and was charged for it. They need to up their game, lucky for them they are the only coffee shop in town I guess.

I went here with a group who assured me that their website stated that "gluten free and vegan options are always available". My fault, perhaps not doing my due diligence. The glutenful food did look good. The place was very busy, the staff and customers were friendly, and the coffee was nice. You order at the counter and then they bring the food over. There is nothing on the menu that states what contains gluten which is always a red flag for me. So asking at the counter, I could choose from a slice of apple cake, and a toastie but with gluten free bread. I went with the cake, and it was quite tasty. If you would have gone with the toastie I would advise to ask about a separate prep area, toaster, changing gloves, etc. to ensure there is no cross contamination. Overall, I would expect gluten free to be more thought out if you are going to mention it on the website. There are other places in the area I would try instead for a gluten free meal.

Staff uninterested - three at counter, no acknowledgement that I was waiting for a good few mins. One drink comes along, then a dog enters the coffee shop which is petted by staff who then bring the second drink (coffee which had a strange taste) along without any hand washing taking place. (carried the cup with both hands by the rim/top)Food then comes along with a server who doesn't actually know what our meals are - thinks the mozzarella in the toastie is egg!Toastie dry, cubes of chicken and bacon - not slices/rashers. Mozzerella (not egg) is cold - not toasted or melted. Sausage sandwich has two black hairs in two separate parts. Ignored the first hair as mistakes happen, but two is poor. Took it to the counter where it was taken to the kitchen. Could hear the kitchen staff say they couldn't see any hair. Not great. Couldn't have taken more than three bites (thank goodness!). Received a refund for the already overpriced hairy sandwich, but wouldn't return or recommend at all.

I visit it here regularly, after dropping my son off for the school bus or to meet a work colleague. Food is always good and service is efficient, and the home made cakes are very good too. If you require some food in Odiham during the day then this place does the job.

Had a deeply unpleasant encounter with a very rude / hostile woman who works there. I would not recommend.

Met some colleagues for Breakfast and had a Bacon and Sausage sandwich on thick bread. The sausages and bacon were delicious and all of the other food on offer looked fantastic. You can find this place in the little arcade just off the high street and well worth a visit whether it is for breakfast or lunch. The staff are freindly and accomadtaing.

Popped in here for morning coffee + cake. The coffee was very good and unlike most places it was really hot, makes a change from Nero,Starbucks and like. The Eccles cake was delicious. Will be coming back here next time we’re passing.

Visited a few times recently.The ladies are brilliant.One visit I had my grand daughter with me (4 years old) she is a little chatty but they were very good with her and accommodating her toast and jam!Food piping hot, good varied menu.Would recommend and will return soon.

My food was cold and the cutlery was chiped and old. The place is run down and food over priced - rather go somewhere else and save your time and money

I am not sure why this coffee shop in Odiham get such high reviews. Staff are not accommodating and prices are quite steep for the value of the meal. Coffee is not great and certainly not the best in Odiham. Save yourself the bother and go somewhere nicer.

We were passing through Odiham when we decided to stop and look for a somewhere to have a bit of breakfast. We managed to park on the main street and just by chance had parked opposite the Fountains Mall Coffee Shop which we had never been to before and never even knew existed.

Delicious coffee and food. Excellent choice of home made cakes. Very welcoming cheery cosy atmosphere. Very clean.

Visited the village fore the first tim ein about fifty yeras ands found thois littlew gem on the village High Street. Excellent coffee and cakes that looked delicious even nthough I didn`t partake of any (was going to lunch so didn`t want to fill up on cakes, which would have been easy!) Fresh bread on sale and also lunch time snacks. Very clean and well kept, pleasant and happy staff. Will certainly be using this place again ands won`t be waiting another fifty years for the next visit! Well done to all concerned.

Really disappointed to arrive at this coffee shop today at 15.10 to see the Closed sign on the door. We had travelled from Yateley with my 85 year old mother who suffers with dementia.

Popped in here today for coffee and cake. The staff were lovely, the lattes were fabulous and so was possibly the best cake I've had for years. My husband had chocolate cake - which was light as a feather with no artificlal taste, and I had a lemon sponge cake with lemon buttercream. I think I possibly died and went to heaven there for just a moment! We'll definitely be back to this lovely coffee shop, probably try lunch next time. Thank you.

Went out for a walk to blow the cobwebs away and stopped in Fountains for a great early lunch. Kathy does the best Egg & Bacon Sandwich and delicious coffee.

Stopped here for lunch. We are both big fans of Jacket Potatoes. The ones here are fab. Coronation chicken with a decent portion of coleslaw and salad. The breakfast are also very good. A real treat to have Fountains in walking distance

I stopped for a coffee with a friend and was pleasantly impressed with the coffee shop.

What a wonderfull village cafe hardworking caring kind staff that have done so much for the community and charitys i often eat in this cafe lovely food great service me and my children including my disabled son have always been made to feel very welcome as a local i am amazed to see any negative reviews if you look closer you will see the dates are all similar and stem from social media bullying and have absolutely no reflection on the A* service, friendly environment and brillant food served her at this lovely cafe ! ❤

This is such an inclusive coffee shop - my 95 year old mother always go to Fountains for lunch when she comes to stay (and my husband says their coffee and walnut cake is the best!). And many times I have seen a lady with communication disabilities being welcomed. This is a great place to meet and eat!

Went into this coffee shop the lady was just rude and made us wait with no appoligy.when we did get our food it was wrong then the next lot came out as if it was thrown on the plate.

Went into fountains coffee shop odiham .I pointed out the plate they were about to serve my food on was dirty.the lady instead of apologizing grunted and was was rude .wouldn't recommend to anyone

I've visited Fountains a number of times for a quick lunch, coffee or meeting friends. It's a lovely little cafe in the heart of Odiham. The food is great, coffees are lovely and the service is super. Highly recommend!

They don’t like noise in here or children especially those with disabilities. Left a nasty taste in my mouth. Will not recommend.

My friend and had a lovely cream tea there after a long walk around Odiham, was lovely! The staff were also very polite and friendly!

The staff were good, the food was good and well served and the prices reasonable. A good place to call in for a light bite after a stroll round the interesting, history packed gem that is Odiham.

I wouldn’t go back to this place if I was paid!! The service was awful - the woman who served us was rude and surly and the coffee was dreadful! Definitely won’t be going back and will be telling people not to bother wasting their hard earned cash here!!

Best bacon sandwiches in town! Great selection of cakes. Relaxed atmosphere. Might need to wait as busy times but well worth it.

Really lovely cake. Great place for a bacon sandwich. I love great coffee and sadly not a fan of what they serve coffee wise here. Can get very busy. Food tastes home cooked & generous. All reasonably priced & great place to relax for brunch!

Our family wandered into this delightful shop, and we were immediately regretful that we had just eaten lunch elsewhere. The selection of freshly baked goods was impressive, so don't make the same mistake we did. . . bring your appetite!

It's ok. Only came in as we were visiting Little Play Town and needed somewhere to feed the kids. Really busy with other families who must have had the same idea after the busy playdate! Wouldn't go out of our way to return but may pass by next time we are visiting upstairs as there isn't really anywhere else to go.

A lovely little cafe in The Fountains Mall on Odiham High Street. You can indulge in a luscious slice of cake over a cuppa, as well as breakfasts, baked potatoes, salads, soup, sandwiches and a specials board. Everything is freshly prepared. They cater for vegetarian and gluten free diets, and open from 8am. Friendly staff, great atmosphere and I thoroughly recommend a visit.

As a group we cycle through Odiham a lot and this has become a favourite coffee stop. Good quality coffee and a great selection of cakes. Millionaires shortbread is a favourite. Very friendly service and good to support an independent cafe..

Definitely one of my favourite lunchtime cafes. Home made sandwiches on thick chunky bread - good portions - Jacket pots and breakfasts - whatever you fancy it is cooked or prepared there on ordering. Huge selection of Home made cakes if you want to really spoil yourself and the bread they use is normally on sale so I always buy a large granary loaf to take away. Good selection of presse drinks and hot drinks and such a homely friendly feel to the place. I had a jacket potato with tuna (which was generously portioned)with salad and it was a good plateful so good value for money and someone had the breakfast which was impressive - it is not expensive in here and offers excellent value for money and is baby friendly xx

Wonderful place in Odiham that never fails to please. Jacket potatoes are some of the best you can ever eat and the whole menu is very reasonably priced. Fresh homemade cakes aplenty, brilliant breakfasts and full tasting teas. Staff are very friendly and theres always service with a smile. You can't go wrong at Fountains.

Stopped off for coffee and a scone after a lovely walk along the canal and this is a lovely little cafe. Scones were beautiful home made ones, coffee was good and the staff were friendly although service was a little chaotic, get some numbers for the tables ladies it'll make your life a whole lot easier! Will definitely go again when we're up that way.

Well attended coffee shop. The drinks are good and reasonably priced. The food is well priced and home made with lots of choice.

Never had a problem with anything , Will visit again , Seating inside or out side , They also sell very good loaves of bread to take home with you .

Thought we might try this cafe for breakfast as had previously had coffee here which was very pleasant. Staff friendly and helpful. I chose a full English breakfast which was very filling with everything you would expect on the plate and my friend had a very appetising omelette. Good menu selection and not too pricey. Quite a popular cafe, so can be busy. Can sit inside or out. Would go again.

Going to the Fountains Cafe for breakfast is a long-standing Saturday morning treat and it never disappoints.

Consistent experience. Always good food freshly cooked. Good service and friendly staff. Our dog is always welcome at any time of the day. They have a market stall on the High Street on Fridays with great bread and cakes. Perfect.

We were just passing through Odiham on our way the Fleet and thought it to be a nice place to stop and window shop.

Dropped into Fountains Café after a walk along the Basingstoke Canal. Three sausage / egg / mushroom sandwiches, a piece of Victoria sponge, plus tea and coffees

Been here a couple of times, when visiting canal and surrounding area. Outside seating area so we take the dog. We had the breakfasts which are very good. Friendly staff. Well worth a visit.

Great little stop whilst passing through. Park close buy. Home made food was great. Staff were fun. Nice and spacious inside Regards recommend the hazelnut cake.

Lovely fresh cake. Mum had coffee and walnut. I had lemon. Both were excellent. Mum used to make excellent cakes so we know a good cake when we eat one. Definitely will go back. Friendly staff. Other cafe menu items available e.g soup, sandwiches. Surprised to see it listed as being in Hook as it's definitely in Odiham. We are new to the area so maybe there's a good reason?

Live locally and I popped in this coffee shop for a milkshake for my daughter to takeaway. They didnt have all the ingredients,so the lady said she could make another using something different. She proceeded to make it and when poured into the cup was only just over half full! I presumed that she was going to say something but she handed it to young assistant on the till and said it would be £3.60 (same price as a full milkshake to takeaway!) and then walked out the door. Really seemed otherwise occupied and didnt seem to notice. Really poor customer service and over priced,such a shame as Odiham is a lovely place with other nice places to eat and drink and just not what I would have expected. Certainly will not return and advise others to check out the other places in the high street.

Whilst looking around. We decided to have a breakfast. By chance found this coffee shop and ordered. Coffee and breakfasts. Staff and service was good. Food was good. Coffee was good. All in all no complaints.

I was staying with my son at RAF odiham for a week and i am an early morning person so i would go for a walk into Odiham village.Found this lovely coffee shop that i went to every morning it was open around 8. The staff were very pleasant and it had a very homely feeling Coffee was lovely.They also sold a range of breads which looked lovely . well done and thank you.
