The best restaurants in South East

The portions were HUGE for moderate prices! Friendly and quick service, good food ❤️ it served the purpose of filling us up after a loooong hike from Seaford

Ordered two pizzas from papa stefano’s, and they were both delicious and fresh. Only criticism would be more pineapple on the Hawaiian pizza. Would defo recommend and will defo be returning.

First time trying this place. Good stuff: 1. The ingredients used tasted fresh e.g I could taste the freshness in the tomatoes 2. Very well packaged for takeaway 3. Service fast 4. Food was very filling Only 1 potential improvement for consideration to that I would like. I know it's not traditional to serve hot peppers with gyros in Greek cuisine but this would work well in western market. A little optional spice would be great.

Amazing icecream and really good coffee. Had one of their pastries too which is just what I need in the morning. I go to Herbert’s every workday morning now.

Rude staff, i believehim to be the owner. Restaurant unclean. Food very dry and bland. I would definitely not recommend here.

This course is certainly one of the best courses I’ve played in my time. The fairways are both expansive and forgiving, the greens have a true roll and it’s maintained brilliantly throughout the year. The staff in the bar could not be more friendly or welcoming and the food is quite incredible.

Really warm and friendly family run Cafe, we went for some lunch and quickly decided on what to eat, the menu was nice and the prices were really affordable. The lunch itself came efficiently and was very tasty, we went for the bbq panini and chips, so good! Would definitely recommend for a nice lunch date, the breakfasts looked really nice as well! Will definitely have to come back and have one!

Los Banh Mi en Earl's son tan deliciosos y de gran valor. Rollo crujiente fresco grande encantador lleno de rellenos deliciosos, picante, herby, salado. Tenía el cerdo Char Sui con KimChi extra llegó a £ 9. Fue realmente delicioso sin duda volverá y se lo dirá a todos.

My normal takeaway was closed on Monday so I went to the Lucky Chef.. lucky me! Fresh, tasty, and really good food. This is my new normal.

Food was always hot and tasty, served with a smile by all staff who made us welcome I am disabled and have to use a buggy but they always helped where needed.

Best breakfast in Lancing! Great sandwiches, made fresh when you order. Cakes and buns, all incredibly tempting! Natalie, Holly, Wendy and all staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful 💕💞💕

A very useful shop providing not only essential food items but a place to meet in the village with nice views from inside whilst drinking a coffee.

Went here for brunch. 2 young girls serving. Table cleaned with what looked like a dirty tea towel. Ordered our breakfasts. Daughter ordered an oat milk latte and it wasn’t a latte when it came out. Breakfasts had a funny taste. Lots of burnt bits, bacon so crisp and burnt not pleasant to eat. It seemed like they’d been cooked in a dirty pan. Egg overcooked, no runny yolk. It’s a shame as it was always good. Would have said something but the guy was taken outside by another customer who I think was also complaining.
