First of all, thank you for this beautiful business... The place is very clean, the managers are friendly, the coffee is delicious, I tried the flapjack dessert as per the recommendation, but I ate it before I could take a photo, there are too many varieties, the chef's hand is very delicious. I tried the gourmet burgers, the meatballs were cooked to the exact consistency I wanted, they were very juicy and fried, a quality crispy potato and onion rings completed the magnificent trio... well, besides the friendly service, I couldn't get enough of it... Our return is certain:

Myself and my boyfriend go to this cafe all the time on weekends. They never disappoint every-time we go, food is delicious, affordable and the family who runs it are lovely, down to earth and honest people. Will always be my favourite cafe. Thanks guys!

El personal fue grosero con el cliente delante de mí, que era mayor, pidiendo un pequeño pescado con patatas fritas. El hombre mayor era; respetuoso, paciente y comprensivo demostrando gran paciencia, entendía al miembro verde del personal como novato. Al pedir ayuda a un supervisor, culparon al cliente (caballero mayor) por su error, sin demostrar responsabilidad por causar frustración o retraso al caballero mayor, me impresionó su calma, comprensión, amabilidad y paciencia. Mientras que decidí comer en otro lugar, pagando más por un servicio educado, en principio. La comida es de buena calidad en comparación con los competidores locales, el personal tiene un buen temperamento general y tienen buena energía. Suelen trabajar bien en equipo. El personal aquí mantiene su establecimiento limpio y está en la pelota con la higiene. He visitado un par de veces, espacio al aire libre de buen tamaño, los lugareños son amables, un buen lugar para socializar.

We booked a cocktail masterclass at Artisan Cocktail Bar & Grill back in early February, but when we arrived, our booking wasn’t in their system. To make things worse, they don’t usually run cocktail classes on Saturdays, so we were worried my mother’s birthday celebration would be a bust. Thankfully, Kieron saved the day! He arranged cover for the main bar so he could still run the masterclass for us. From start to finish, the evening was brilliant - plenty of laughter, learning, and delicious cocktails. If you visit, make sure to ask Kieron for The Solero - it tastes exactly like the ice cream and is absolutely delicious. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is that the food was pretty standard and took forever to order and arrive. This is definitely more of a cocktail and drinks spot, but the masterclass is highly recommended. Huge thanks to Kieron for making my mum’s belated birthday treat so special!

Customer service in this coffee shop is not great. Started getting coffee here every day for the last six months and has 80% always been an issue with the coffee. Only use this shop because of convenience, as there is no other coffee shop around. I think this shop needs to take lessons from the Polish coffee shop across the road as they are friendly, clean and very sufficient. Returned my latte, as could not taste the caramel and staff made a new one, but took the caramel from the old cup and put it into the new cup!!! This place is a joke and staff need re training! I’ve never seen such incompetency!

Great breakfast had by all as usual, been twice recently and both times food and drinks great! Latest visit was a large booking of 14 of us from babies to older adults and everyone had a great time and enjoyed their food and drinks. Definitely recommend booking in advance as gets booked up at the weekends

I came here as part of a band to do a gig and was very pleased with the reception we got. The staff were lovely and helpful and the atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. We are definitely going to go back for a drink and probably food as it looked really nice. There's plenty of parking and a pool table and stuff. Altogether we really enjoyed our visit and we're glad we came.

Solía usar Pelicanos regularmente cuando abrió por primera vez - hace algunos años. Visité ayer por primera vez en años. Pedí azúcar cuando llegaron nuestras bebidas y me dijeron "aw mate el azúcar está abajo", así que me fui abajo para encontrar un poco de azúcar. Pastel que falta en el pedido, así que mi compañero fue a buscarlo. El tipo dijo que olvidó la pastelería. Realmente servicio de personal. No valió la pena molestarse por una taza promedio de café lechoso

This place has really gone downhill. Staff at the bar are young and inexperienced. They actually look miserable or unhappy whilst serving customers. The night we went (Saturday), we were told that there were no Stardust beers on due to a delivery issue….This meant we were reduced to a choice of basically one beer given we didn’t want to drink lager or stout, all were from the Marlow brewery. I can forgive the delivery issue, but they made no attempt to remove the out of stock beers from the menu online and inside the venue. This meant we had to listen to the awkward explanation every time someone came to the bar to order. Staff looked tired having to explain it. A DJ was setting up in the corner and we walked past later on to see loads of teenagers in there dancing to drum n bass. This is currently a confused business , with the name and decor conflicting with the reality. I would describe this as a chicken shop with a bar attached.

Just had a lovely afternoon celebrating my daughter's 14th birthday with a group of her friends at Raffery's cafe. We were given the private function room which was perfect for a party of 8 with twinkling lights on the ceiling and a long table for them all to sit around in the privacy of their own space. The service was exceptional, and the food was really tasty. Staff readily accommodated the adaptations we requested from the menu, and there were some lovely unexpected touches like a birthday cake, balloons and a banner with my daughter's name on it. Many thanks to Simon and your team, I am now looking for my next excuse to invite some friends for another celebration!

I can only confirm Green Delight Bakery is an absolute gem in the heart of Wooburn Green! I can't really understand where the complaints are coming from. My son regularly asks me to stop by for a full English breakfast/brunch after his Sunday matches and every bite is always fresh and delicious. I generally go for the eggs Benedict, the poached eggs are cooked to perfection—silky yolks that melt in my mouth. The ingredients are clearly top-quality, and the service is warm and welcoming. A must-visit spot! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
