Tasty Touch Ltd in Slough

Customer service in this coffee shop is not great. Started getting coffee here every day for the last six months and has 80% always been an issue with the coffee. Only use this shop because of convenience, as there is no other coffee shop around. I think this shop needs to take lessons from the Polish coffee shop across the road as they are friendly, clean and very sufficient. Returned my latte, as could not taste the caramel and staff made a new one, but took the caramel from the old cup and put it into the new cup!!! This place is a joke and staff need re training! I’ve never seen such incompetency!

Staff seems don't like their job, no hello or bye. When you polite pointed out that they made wrong coffee , ladies rolled eyes and begin being grumpy. You want to run out of this sad , angry place. Not nice at all

My wife and I use to order there iced mocha. It's a good place where to relax and have a drink inside or outside in the high street. Staff is nice

I visited this coffee shop with my wife. It is where costa used to be. We both had coffees and a bun. I had a toasted tea cake that was hot and was quite nice. My wife had a bun that she did not like

I went to this shop and the customer service was appalling, no hello, please or thank you. Their prices however are reasonable.

Was on a bike ride from London to reading and they kindly filled out water bottles up for free!

It's an ok place if Ur just stopping for a coffee but there's hardly anywhere to sit inside when it's cold so Ur drink goes cold quickly and although they were serving some really nice simple food that was affordable it quickly became a case of they weren't doing the food they advertised anymore all they had was stale cake used to be a nice place when it first opened but now it seems like the owners can't handle it although they've opened up another in the old Costa space I wouldn't recommend either I much prefer Alexa's cafe where u can get hot made to order food at affordable prices as well as well made Italian coffee to go with equal seating inside and out for whatever the weather .perfect !

I have a good idea to advertise the day, but the most of my life. I think it was not the 8 the 8th of August and September and October and Ireland and Wales with company number of people who are you looking for a while

Wasn't too bad, the coffee it's not one of the best(but not the worst) but the staff there are doing a really good job. Thumbs up for that !

Had breakfast on Wednesday, limited items to choose from and a bit expensive compared to fast food restaurants near by, but nice environment. Food was good.

Used to go there every day but they changed their opening hours so l could not get my early coffee which is a shame as they are the cheapest in Slough and you can sit out and smoke

It's nice in the summer garden and the coffee is just excellent.

Looking for a place to have a Latte noticed the tables outside in the sun but unfortunately they were all taken so went inside and noticed that two sides of the cafe had glass walls so sat down and could still see what was happening outside.A nice touch that we had not en counted before. We sat on a nice comfy settee and really enjoyed our Latte.

Hard to get a seat outside as some people seem to spend all day there only buying a couple of drinks

Friendly staff, good food and coffee. Ordered a tomato and cheese Panini with salad and a Tuna toastie with salad. Both were very good. Shop also sells pastries and cakes.
