Costa Coffee in Slough

Came in to do some work and have a coffee, like the title says the coffee was nice but sadly the staff didn’t seem to smile or acknowledge you much. Dosent make me want to rush back which is sad as I like costa as a brand.

I frequently meet friends for a coffee and the staff is very friendly. The coffee is good and has a variety of snacks. My only negative experience is that sometimes they don't seem to have enough members of staff and it might take longer than usual to get your coffee.

A group of use regularly meet Wednesday morning and have a coffee. Last Wednesday more and more people turned up. No fuss was made just able qdded.

Every few weeks i pop in here and since the old staff have clearly left, or don't work morning anymore things have gone downhill. No welcome, no hello. Usually ignored at the till until the barista actually saw me and asked what i wanted. I asked for a croissant a few weeks back, warmed up. It was picked up and plonked on a plate, no offer of butter or jam and not warmed up either. I had to repeat the whole order twice. (Espresso, water and a warm croissant) I didn't think it was difficult, but the new guy clearly either hasn't been trained properly or doesn't care. I suspect both.3 times i've come back as it's close to where i work on occasion and you watch the new morning guy generally have to ask people twice what they want, be told he's not done something right and when no one is at the till he'll wander off on his phone. Not that he would notice you at the till anyway.Avoid this rude place if you can. I just wish somewhere else nearby was open as early as I wouldn't come back given the choice.

Lovely staff, lovely coffee comfortable chairs. Quite a busy place which is a good thing. Did not have to wait long even with a queue.

I have been having a bad experience for last few times. One day i came in evening and i was served awful latte withlot of water in it. And i asked for a replacement but it was no better. And another time i asked to warm the carrot cake but i was refused.

New Costa cafe - clean with the usual Costa decor - polite and helpful staff - fresh cakes, excellent coffee, ans tasty toasty - I like going there like most Costa cafes

Today we come for a nice coffee and do you know it was terrible. We ordered 3 hot chocolates and we had to repeat that and then we ordered a skinny latte and it was ice cold we wanted hot I mean come on now also we ordered a black coffee come out white If this happens again We will not be returning

Everything was perfect! The only compliant i had is they let child in the establishment. I thought this would be nice and peaceful no screaming little ones but noooooo had to be that one. Overall weren't bad y'know. Would go again but with ear plugs

What a nice friendly costa with great service and great tasting coffee, will be returning to this one, well done

Always courteous, friendly staff. Clean and tidy. No messy prep areas. Food displays always look fresh.

This coffee shop is in a good location in Langley with sufficient internal seating area to make the place feel airy as well as seating outside. The service was efficient and friendly. The coffee, as usual with Costa, was good. A good addition to Langley village centre.
