They were really nice to me and my friends gave us a free cookie dough ice cream because it was my birthday

Very nice desserts. Tried new frappes. It was amazing

Ice cream is good nice portions . Very stingy with the tissues ordered 2 sorberts and one on the cone ice cream was given one tissue and even that was the tissue that was wrapped in the cone . Come on guys came with me two small children of course i need tissues like 2/3 tissues.

I ordered their most pricey waffle for takeaway and was disappointed to see that it was not even half covered in chocolate sauce which is terrible at £9 a piece. Separately, bought an ice cream scoop and it tasted very similar to budget supermarket brand ice cream. I have been here before but the quality has just gone massively downhill with price going up considerably. Would be surprised to see this place surviving for very long.

Such a fantastic experience with fabulous deserts and wonderful atmosphere . I recommend for fresh and tasty food you want to enjoy when you visit Slough .my favourite is royalle waffle and tripple treat cookie dough. Must try

Great food prices could be just a little lower

I odered banana strawberrie creps and the creps was all dry and all messy with the strawberries and bananas and top and there was no Nutella inside the creps like normally it is however that’s fine we called the store to let them know about this and the person in the phone had a careless actitude and he did not care about it all he said they normally do it like this while is not true , because I frequently Oder this , after he tried to blame it on the driver , the driver had nothing to do with it because they the ones who didn’t made it right . I give them 1 star because I can’t give 0 stars . After swing the

We arrived at the store at 11:55 pm, despite its listed opening hours of 12 to 12. I requested just one slice of cake, but the cashier informed me that the till was closed and all the ice cream had been removed from display. If the store's hours are 12 to 12, they should serve customers until closing time. If not, it would be beneficial to adjust the closing time to avoid inconvenience for customers in the future. Additionally, I had driven two miles to arrive before closing.

Very cheap quality, treats is much better ot heavily desserts.

Desert is fire but pricey. Their bobba tea is not actual bobba. Needs some work on that. But overall resteraunt was nice and clean , and staff was nice.

This is where I proposed to my wife. It’s a great place. The waitresses kindly accommodated when I asked for a candle on top of a cake that we ordered to make that a special memory.

Do not recommend this place have me food poising and overall rude workers who have no respect, they charged me for the wrong order making me pay more for something I didn’t want.

They gave me a wrong order and charged me extra after consulting with the employee they were increadbly unprefectional and the employee Deepak said "can you not read" after giving me somthing i never orderd and walked away claiming to be the store manager. All employees were laughing as i raised my consern and attempted to return the food before eating. Increadinly rude customer service and the waffles tasted like eggs highly advise you to go someplace else and certainly do not recomend.

I have used this place many times generally nice drinks but I do believe for what you get it's over priced. Also sometimes the staff are generally polite but at times are snappy and that's not acceptable.

Thought I'd try the bubble tea since there were some positive reviews on here. Never again. Sorry creams but this has to be the worst bubble tea I've ever had. The strawberry milk tea tasted like strawberry nesquick, wouldn't be surprised if that's what it is. There's nothing 'tea' about it. The Tapioca had hard centres. Not cooked properly. Texture of the Tapioca was crumbly more than chewy. I've not bothered trying the taro milk tea yet because I'm so put off the Tapioca. The waffle on the other hand was actually very nice and fresh so that's what the stars are for. I'd rate it 5/5. 0 stars for bubble tea :(

Good service and good shakes as well. We had the oreo and chocolate chip scoop shakes. The chocolate chip was 8.7/10, the oreo was more vanilla, so abt 5.3/10.

It's been a while and I have to say what a treat it was. I was served by a lady (ping bair) and her manager Ana and they recommend to try the milk cookie dough and ice-cream. I shared it and it definitely hit the spot. Nice location. Clean plus the toilets were clean. Will be visiting with family.

Regulars here and we love it but the icing on the cake was when we held my daughters birthday party here. Nothing was too much for Anna and her team. Excellent management and service and all food/drinks were on point. Pricing was also good. Thanks for making it so special for us and our guests. We will see you soon.

Creams is an amazing Dessert lounge...went to creams on eid 2022 and was so pleased.I ordered a Chocolate waffle with ice cream (vanilla) was great.Only problem is that its a bit expensive though thats why i am giving it a 4 stars but other than that very good Dessert lounge. Great job Creams keep up the good work!!😀😀😀

Very good service and friendly staff. I tried milk cookie dough with oreo milk shake and it's one of the best desserts I've had. I highly recommend visiting there. You'll see for yourself.

DO NOT order bubble tea from this place, they have zero idea what they're doing; the ratios are all wrong, the tapioca is STIFF AND RAW and they are ALL cold. Aside from that, this place is generally a rip off so definitely do not order from a takeaway app - you'd be spending an extortionate amount on only half your food showing up.
