Worst experience we had some expired fruits and paid so much comparing to treats.

I have no ratings for the service here. I bought my kids here for a treat. I ordered and paid…the two ladies were to busy talking and i did not get served straight away…. I waited and waited… these two women were talking so loud like they were arguing. 20 minutes later I went to ask them where my order was and she said they have given it. I replied you did not. Then she said “sorry i have given your order to someone else”. My kids got there dessert but the service is awful. Will not be coming here again. Very unprofessional.

First of they misunderstood and charged us for 2 waffles other than one. It wasn’t a big deal as we got a refund. They brang one waffle to the table no tissue on the cutlery just walked it on the table. Then I had to wait 20 minutes for my crepe to come.

The waffles were undercooked (ordered 3) all 3 were undercooked (the bread inside literally was wet wasn’t left in waffle machine long enough

Ordered on Deliveroo and barely put any chocolate sauce (looked nothing like as on photos) called and gentleman offered to add more sauce, went into store and the other colleague started acting very unprofessionally about it saying they would charge for it, I tried to explain I called before coming and secondly waffle literally had little squirts of sauce if I wanted a dry waffle I could have made it at home. When I tried explaining I’ve brought these before and lady had put a good amount of chocolate sauce, he rudely said “I’m not the lady go to her next time” I would not buy again and rather go to favourites slough who are not stingy on sauce and have better customer service as well as lower prices (no difference in taste either) Unfortunately this store is not what is once was when it opened many years back, quality of items has been cut down drastically and they have started cutting down on products given

We visited for the kids benefit!! We ordered: 1 x Bubble Tea - Strawberry with apple bubbles 1 x mixed Slushie 1 x Diet Coke 1 x americano coffee 1 x redbush tea 2 x Bubblegum Sundaes 1 x Mexican Nachos to share Everything was lovely and service great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and well presented. Would have been 5* but the nachos were a bit of a disappointment. We realise this is a dessert joint but the nachos were cold and overpriced for what they were. We expected them to be hot with melted cheese but were just cold nachos with squirty cheese sauce, salsa and jalapeños. The guacamole dip seemed synthetic. We would still return but I would refrain from the nachos unless they become a warm, traditional style.

Nice food :) ..... but no parking shame otherwise it would be busier.. coming out of Windsor.
