I have ordered bouquets multiple times before from Lucy and each time they are perfect and last for weeks! Always delivered with a smile. And their coffee is fabulous as well. Such attention to detail in every aspect of their business and their website is easy to use. A wonderful example of how shopping local is better x

Spent a pleasant Saturday lunchtime at the Sea View having a drink we sat in the gardens that have lovely setting of trees and shrubs in the sunshine good range of wines and beer's meals available inside and outside seating plenty of staff providing table service. Prices are towards the top end of the scale but overall a pleasant experience Well worth a visit.

It was a warm day and hubby was out all day too so rather than just sit indoors on my own I went into Cranleigh. I have not been to Yangaz before but there was space in the outside seating that needed a friend. I ordered the most delicious banana milkshake and some scrambled eggs on toast (I opted for Granary). The drink and food both arrived very quickly considering just how busy they were. The staff were doing an amazing job with their customers, obviously many were repeat customers as the young ladies were literally just how staff working with people should be. The food was just right, not too much, not too small. And it tasted great - just the right amount of butter on toast as well. I will be back, and hope to become a regular. Thank you to all the staff - shining beacons of customer service.

It was OK. The food was pretty good, however the service was extremely slow. There was only one waitress across the entire restaurant and she did amazing and told you as you came in that she’s by herself. However, it took about 30-40 minutes for our food to be made. The pancakes are nice and fluffy. If you get the mixed berries make sure to remember they are frozen berries which are just let out to defrost. The others who were with me got The Hash and Isla’s breakfast from what I can remember, and both said there was too many potatoes as well as they tasted like they’d come from a freezer. The staff are quite friendly and two other staff members came to help out. Overall, the restaurant has a beautiful layout and food is nice, I just wish there was better service as it turned people away from this beautiful restaurant.

Such a shame ! Called in for light lunch before visiting friends. What has happened ? The upstairs cafe used to the place to go. You always had to reserve a table. Now it’s a very limited menu, served by very pleasant , but very busy waitress. Iced coffee was £3.90, served in squash type glass that was full of ice with probably only an espresso shot of coffee. No serviettes on the table or given with the meal. The washroom was really grubby and definitely needs checking more regularly. Such a shame !

My husband and I ate here twice in the space of a few days. Service was friendly and welcoming both times. On the first visit, our nachos and egg on toast were very nice. There’s a large variety of milkshakes to choose from - our White Twix and Bubblegum choices were amazing! Would love to try the iced cinnamon roll flavour. As we’d seen good reviews online, we booked a vegetarian afternoon tea. This consisted of sandwiches, quiche, mini cakes, scones and a surprise mini cheesecake towards the end. All of the sandwiches were served on seeded bread, which was an issue as I don’t eat this. Usually with afternoon tea, sandwiches come on at least two varieties of bread e.g white bread and seeded bread, so there’s something for everyone. I feel that when we booked the afternoon tea, the coffee shop should have informed us they usually make the sandwiches on seeded bread, or asked for our bread preference. With hindsight, I will specify with future afternoon teas which bread I would like to avoid this happening. They did kindly prepare additional sandwiches for me on white bread, at an extra cost. The food all tasted lovely and was very good value for money at £11 per person - we took the cakes away with us as were too full to eat everything we were presented with!

Visited Stratton Audley Barn with my daughter to view the Xmas shop & have lunch. On the plus side the service was friendly and speedy & there was no problem getting a table. However, can £14 for a jacket potato be justified? It wasn’t piping hot inside, was dry (there didn’t appear to be any butter added) & so the cheese didn’t melt. We’d asked for a topping of tuna with the cheese, but this extra topping (plonked on the side & not on the spud) increased the price from £12 to £14. There was a small accompanying plain salad, but when we asked for dressing we were told there was only balsamic. Expected much better for £14.

Everything we asked for they didnt have enough for 2 people. They only had 1.5 bagetts and told us we could share it between us . So we opted for apple cake and they had what i could only describe as one slice cut into two. It was tiny. The only saving grace was a nice cup of tea. Will not recommend or return.

Visited this cafe again today February 18th. Was busy, but got a table for our family group of 3. We were served by the lovely waitress Rosie. She took our order, and it wasn't long before we got our food and teas. We had two breakfasts and one double sausage, double eggs and chips. The food was very nice. We had a lovely experience. Rosie was very friendly and efficient. Thank you to all the staff, kitchen staff. Well done. Will visit again next time we visit Maidstone. 😀.
