Went in there in the morning for a coffee the queue was getting bigger and instead of making coffees there where to people there by the coffee machine and catching an attitude when customers asked for their drinks to the point of one of them saying you will get your drinks when you get it got so annoyed asked for a refund the guy at the till tried to fob me saying that the machine was not working and I was waiting for 5minutes for a refund declined to refund me for every because he had made the sandwich as a customer if I don’t want the product and didn’t touch I should be made to bug it awful experience do not recommend not going back there again the two guys in the morning very disrespectful to clients and full of attitude arrived there at 8:16 to order a drink left there 8:30 with no drink and a bad experience. Amazing food was so surprised by the quality ! The Camembert is incredible and we really enjoyed the Provence rose! Molls was so friendly and lovely, made the experience!

A small courtyard area with picnic tables, a couple of small catering vans on site one sells food the other coffee, public toilets available and a watering place for dogs. It is a very popular place and can get very busy.

Muy sorprendidos de que DoubleTree elija nombrar a un grupo tan inmoral de estafadores de dinero y aún más sorprendidos de que no intervengan para anular tal mala praxis. Habla de la cola moviendo al perro. No hay cálida bienvenida aquí. La comida es menos que mediocre y el personal es tan lento. Genuinos viajeros CUIDADO!

Ordered a vodka with lime cordial and received a vodka with lime (not cordial). Told they don't have 'negroni' and given a Gin Mare with regular tonic and no garnish - when asked for rosemary received two raspberries!! Despite it being a drink on their own menu. I'm a happy go lucky chap so not too bothered, but don't come here if you're expecting anything standard, let alone special.

I just want to say how exceptional Christos customer service is. He really is a credit to pret a manger in the airport thank you again x

The manageress called Carole is always so friendly as are all the staff, Carole always busy in between customers making the place clean and tidy, coffee really good..we go nearly every week Marie

Me encanta el concepto del café, la excelente ubicación de MMU lo encontré en una sala de conferencias diferente. El personal era amable, pero lamentablemente mi curry se enfrió, lo que fue reemplazado por una comida más caliente, pero significaba que comí en un momento diferente al de mi amigo y tuvimos una mesa tambaleante, lamentablemente no fue una gran experiencia en general.

Mi amigo y yo vinimos aquí para el brunch, mientras que en Manchester - el lugar estaba lleno y tuvimos suerte de conseguir una mesa (alguien acababa de salir cuando llegamos).
