Come out of the station and keep walking past the mega chains and find a great little place in a new build that feels like it's been there for decades. Also you can order without having to deal with humans. Bonus! Nice food snd staff.

The downstairs floor needs upgrading. Walking in it felt like a second rate establishment. Upstairs was lovely however. The coffee and cake was lovely as were the staff however, and this was a real problem, there aren’t enough staff and it took forever to get served. The business is losing a lot of sales by scrimping on staff.

My favourite coffee shop in Manchester, perfect vibe for chilling and doing work or going on a date with friends. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Dog friendly too! Amazing place.

The servers are incredibly lovely and accommodating, the biggest downside was the lack of covers on the food. Wouldn’t recommend eating any of the food here.

I am confident enough to claim that i am a coffee person. And i am also confident enough to say that black sheep really did a good job for all of their products. Their coffee are really well balanced in terms of acidity and body of their coffee. But it is a pity when they already removed their pour over coffee product. Also their pastry are great in my opinion. If you are a coffee lover (not flavored coffee one), black sheep is a really great option for you. And i am highly recommended this brand

Working at the station, there are a lot of options to choose from when it comes to coffee, but I always find myself coming back to Black Sheep for it’s consistency. The staff are always great, especially Jordan. Who will always sort me out when I’m in a rush and makes a great flat white :)

Excellent location so close to the train station, Excellent food & drinks I was very impressed on my last visit. I’d like to mention an outstanding employee called Jordan who served me, he was very polite, happy and helpful to what to buy as I’m not a regular coffee drinker and he gave some great alternatives. Tried the cold options too, great on a hot day.

Centrally located, ideal for coffee and open from very early (most open from 10.00 am)! Very tasty waffle! The order is placed in an automatic machine, but apart from the coffees that you pick up yourself from the bar, the rest are served at your table. It also has outside seats and above. Good prices for England (cappuccino + waffle = 7.5 pounds)

The flat white I had was amazing, big up Jordan again for the amazing art on top of it. I also had the salmon bagel that was toasted and if you come to Manchester I don't think you should leave without trying it! Levi, Liv & Charlie were working an extremely busy day (Saturday) and yet they all provided the most professional and friendly service! The shop itself is so clean and well laid out! The coffee is amazing! The blue volcano blend is my favourite coffee ever!!

A coffee shop should be able to serve a great black coffee, well flavoured with a nice crema. This one can't.

I often visit this black sheep site when making journeys to and from Manchester Picadilly. I always get greeted with the best service, which is a nice feeling as the rest of the area around the station seems very hectic. I have been served by a lovely girl called Lex on multiple occasions and she is great! I will always re-visit. The Matcha and Pastel De Nata's are fab.

I'm working my way through the menu and I have enjoyed everything. The atmosphere is amazing I feel so comfortable going in ther alone x

The food is very satisfying, they are not shy with their syrup and cream. The only downside is the music, it's nice and I'm sure we'd enjoy it more if we were not there to chill and chat.
