Little M in Manchester

Called in for something to eat before travelling. Bar was busy with a good atmosphere. Staff were working hard and were all very helpful, cheerful and friendly. As it was after 3pm we were told the only thing on the menu was pizza which was fine. However, although I appreciate that a margherita pizza is simple, this has to be the saddest pizza I have ever been served, no garnish, and very little ingredients and no thought to add to the taste or presentation. At £15 this was not good enough for the Radisson and I was embarrassed to see several tourists presented with the same uninspiring dish.

Absolute rip off .. extortionate prices ...£12 for a small glass of prosecco...£7 a pint Guinness. Service none existent..tables full of crap and sticky

One guy on the bar, who is new to role and was very busy with customers, on his own. Advised us someone would take our order, however we were still sat 20 minutes later with no one taking orders. It’s a shame as the drinks were ordered quickly and arrived. I feel there’s some room for improvement but a nice place. Also whilst sat here, I over heard another employee who arrived to assist, question why the bar person hadn’t cleaned glasses, which I felt was harsh considering he’s been working hard on his own, until 3 other staff members arrived to help. Food was nice though, once we finally got the chance to order.

Dreadful experience. Staff incompetent - I asked if the draught was an Indian Pale Ale (IPA). The bar person looked quizzically, then I said, 'Indian Pale Ale, that's what IPA stands for...". Very limited options, exceptionally expensive & a dreadful experience all round. Barman thought it was funny, too! Avoid at all costs!! Went on to Firin @ the ibis - so welcoming & better prices for excellent food! A 5 min walk further along the 'tunnels'! Soooo well worth it!

A moment of appreciation for Darius who was the most attentive, polite and charming server. He looked after us from start to finish going above and beyond our expectations. He constantly checked in on us, ensured the most rapid service and made every effort to ensure we had the most outstanding experience. You have a total diamond of a young man here: thank you, Darius 😊

Went to bar to order, was told someone would come to the table to take food order. Plenty of staff, walking around, but no-one came to take order. We decided not to ask again. Expensive drinks, nice place, just not great service. Judging by other reviews, we're pleased we didn't order food.

Terrible. Get the train into Manchester rather than drink here unless you want a god awful pint. This is Guinness. Apparently.

We stayed before our early morning flight and enjoyed fabulous cocktails before a dinner at Collage restaurant. The espresso martini and whisky sour were the best we have ever had and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Service professional, efficient and friendly. We cannot wait to visit again.

This is really best avoided if you want any sort of service at all. We ordered food that arrived totally stone cold. It's expensive and really poor quality

We had a long time between flights. Syeed was great and looked after us really well. Top service. We will definitely call in here again.

£13 for a Cosmopolitan, I wanted a cocktail. It's not cheap but the Cosmo was good although too sweet.

Felt like today was a great day to have stop for some tea at Little M. Got a world class service by mr Syed as well who served us and made us feel very welcomed with a warm feeling. Thank you for such an amazing service mr Syed! My partner and I Can’t wait to come back again! 🥰

Busy night. Service was really good though and Hayaat the barman was really attentive and Tailored a personal cocktail for me which was lovely 😋.

Hayaat made our evening! His smile was infectious and made us feel so welcome, despite running a very busy bar while understaffed! The rest of the staff on shift helped him keep all the customers happy. The cocktails he made were exceptional, even making me a speciality cocktail! Honestly a lovely evening and worth spending time here! Thanks for a great evening, will definitely be back!

Not enough staff managing tables so just left without any service. Looking around, didn't look like many tables were cleared and nobody eating either.

Personally, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place! Waited to be served, been told to take a seat and staff will come and take the order - she must have forgotten about us as we saw her just chilling around so we had to get a different staff's attention to order. Table was sticky, seat was not the best (crumbs). On ordering the disaronno and coke, a diet coke was given - even though they are the same price. The food was just disappointing! It was late, and we wanted something to "snack" and relax so we ordered the charcuterie board - £25, just look at it! You get more stuff being in London! I struggled to understand the portion given for £25, what a scam!! This price is pre-tax too! Don’t waste your time! Will be cheaper getting actual food from inside the airport… The charcuterie board, a normal pizza and 2 x disaronno and 2 x coke come to about £45!

We had a late lunch here 2 days ago whilst staying here before our flight to Orlando! Lovely place. The food was lovely!! Staff very polite. Especially our server Syeed!! He was just so lovely and polite!! Thank you!!

We are staying at the Radisson Blu Manchester Airport hotel for the night as taking an early morning flight and decided to have a couple of drinks and pizza before retiring for the night. The pepperoni pizza was delicious highly recommended. Was very busy but managed to get a table straight away. Very pleasant staff and we chatted to Woody who was one of our servers. Although we have stayed here before we have never been into the bar as always full and had had to go into the restaurant so it was lovely to come in here tonight. Thank you and no doubt we will see you again soon!

I would expect a much better Expresso Martini for £11, main point, they should be cold not warm.

We had a delicious pizza and fries at Little M bar, but the thing that made our dining experience was Sabina our server. Very professional and nothing was too much trouble. There was also a male server who's name I didn't get who was polite and attentive. Both a credit to the Radisson Blu.

Ordered a pint of Atlantic £4.50 and a Beef Burger £18.50 (in my eyes that’s expensive enough) got charged £26.18! When I questioned why I was charged more than the actual £23 they said it was a “service charge”! So I questioned if the staff receive an hourly wage the lady said that they did, I questioned why I was being charged a service charge then if they get paid anyway, as nothing was stated at the bar when I placed my order it made for an awkward few moments which it shouldn’t, this is not the USA where the staff live off their tips and service charges! I was refunded the £3.18 extra charge

Walked in, went to the bar and stood there for ten minutes and didn’t get served so I sat down. There wasn’t anyone else at the bar so I was a little confused how two people could get me the pint I wanted. The girl couldn’t help and the guy just ignored me. So I just sat down. After 20 minutes he asked if I’d like to order. I could understand if it was full, there were maybe 8 people there.

For en gang skyld havde vi god tid til en frokost, hvor det ikke skal være det sindssyge dårlige mand i lufthavnen i Manchester. Nu prøvet vi den / Radisson på vej til vores terminal. Maden var overrasket god, 4 retter fik vi. Kom forholdsvis hurtigt. Service var flink men lidt langsomt, der var også kun en. Der var vanvittigt koldt, alle døre stod åbent.

Bought pizza for £15. Terrible quality. No-one asked us how it was. Left half of it. Expected much better for the price.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and welcoming smile. What impressed me the most about Little M bar was Viktoria with her positive attitude and friendly demeanor. She was really helpful and suggested the best drinks for our taste.

Nice bar and food , with a good selection of drinks and bar food , served by excellent staff. Nice relaxed atmosphere.

Typical airport hotel. No real ale choices and unable to pay in cash.

Came in and sat down. The bar was not very busy. Waiters & waitresses completly ignored us for 15 minutes. Ended up walking to the bar and placing our order there. Ordered some Macallan Gold which is on their drink menu, but the bartender was puzzled by my request and didn't even know what the bottle looked like. She gave up and said they must be out. Ordered a Pina Colada for my wife and it came "on the rocks"!? Pina Colada's are always served as a frozen drink, not on the rocks. Had a Margarita pizza and it wasn't too bad. Seems the cooks know what's going on, but the bartender sure as heck doesn't!

Great bar and ambiance, Dileep has extensive cocktail knowledge and is the master of his class in high quality cocktails. A great find and a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

We stopped here for pre dinner drinks and we were served by the gorgeous Ramish. Such a lovely person, very professional and attentive. A real find of a bar and a lovely, relaxing drinks experience to boot! Thanks Ramish. All the best for the future.

Lovely bar for a nice drink before flying.

Refused to serve us tap water when buying something else. Isn't this illegal? Two bottles of still water and a bottle of sparkling water came to £8.70. Guy at the bar was also very dumb and wasn't listening.

This is a reasonable area to enjoy a drink when staying at the Radisson. Prices are quite expensive but they do offer a pizza, side and dessert menu that is good as a sharer.

A very pleasant ambient restaurant. Has a varied selection of foods and drinks to choose from. Casual or more formal seating is provided. The restaurant that is not too brightly lit offering home comfort.
