Had a great experience at Apriary at Manchester airport terminal 2. Food and service was fantastic. A special mention to Jordan who was very friendly and approachable. Even though he was so busy he made time for all the customers.

The service was amazing. It was busy but I still managed to get my food on time right before my flight. Jordan, at the bar was such a gentle bartender. Thanks to him we felt that our holiday started there.

Such a lovely relaxed place, the service was wonderful, everyone was so helpful and the food came so quick! Jordan really kindly filled our water bottles up, would come here again next holiday!

The slowest service I've ever seen. Unfriendly. Not motivated to work.

Food looked delicious, sadly the bacon was like leather, sausages were tasteless and the scrambled egg was too runny.

Various drinks to choose from which all looked amazing. Brilliant customer service would definitely recommend 🙂

I had a really nice lunch before my long flight! Sam was super attentive and was very accommodating with my difficult order, which was appreciated ᵕ̈

Before a long international flight, this was THE spot to stop. The fare was good, and the staff and subsequent service was amazing. Attendant Sam was consistent and helpful navigating the menu, and very knowledgeable, answering any of the questions I had. Wonderfu I’ll be on and we’ll return again next time I’m in the airport.

Wednesday 9th April 2025 6am, after getting through passport control and security, we headed as always to Apiary for the usual cups of tea and food before boarding our regular flight back to the Middle East. As always, the place is clean, the staff are pleasant and the food and teas top notch. They do a combination of egg sausage bacon sandwiches. Alcohol and beers also available. Best to try and get in here before 7am as it then starts to get a little busy. Thanks to the staff, regards Robert and Jean Cassidy from Manchester.

Food and service were great especially the lady that greeted and seated us. The down fall was the length of wait for our hot drinks which was too long we had almost finished our food when the drinks arrived

First time in the T2 extension. Best start to the holiday in Apiary, atmosphere was great and service from staff excellent, especially Lechelle!

Went to the airport and went to have some food and drinks before our flight. The service was absolutely wonderful all the staff we interacted with went above and beyond to ensure that the service was excellent. If I can recall one of the team members was called Leonie she was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be stopping there again on my next travels! And I will be recommending to my family and friends to go there before their trips.

Very friendly staff especially for a busy airport, can’t comment on food only had drinks. Also great tunes, Tycho & Maribou state great choices for relaxed vibe.

Food apparently coming out in 8 minutes after order which is super impressive given they're busy but somewhat academic given I just sat there for 20 minutes with nothing in front of me.

Not enough bar staff. Long wait… No one explained we could order at table after had queued for ages. Then… when online, Couldn’t find what I wanted in menu..so asked young man who went out of his way to fulfill my request of hot milk only for an adult drink. Full marks to him. But 5/10 for everything else. Plus prices are too high…

To start with the staff are awful, Untidy, unclean, shirts and clothes, (un ironed, and just look all un professional) Asking for anything was like asking a teenage to clean their room, huffs and sighs. What seemed like the manageress lady didn’t care, What a great experience - stay away and find a different bar

Our first time and we will come again as it is a good menu. However, you need to invest in some more floor staff. Have a proper meet and greet, you shouldn’t have to go searching for a food menu (we didn’t want to use qr code.) tables need clearing and cleaning more efficiently. But in saying all this the staff who were on service are very pleasant and friendly.

What a fabulous experience! The manager was amazing and the bar lady was superb. We were recommended a breakfast choice and it’s one on the menu at home now. Don’t go upstairs in T2 but visit this gem

Food was brilliant. Made my day after my flight got cancelled. Lovely man called Cameron served me and he was a gentleman. Would go again just for him.

We had an early morning drink at the bar at Manchester Airport, it was such a lovely place to sit at the bar and relax before our flight . The bar staff were great! especially a young gentleman called Cam ,he was very pleasant and gave us great service.

Great experience. Staff were great looking after my gluten free daughter. Especially Corrinna who really looked after after us.

Not a smile on the staff's faces. Had a drink of my beer to find lipstick on the glass. Took it back and asked for it to be replaced. No apologies but given a new beer minus the amount I had taken out my original glass! Shocking staff attitudes!

On entering apiary we were greeted by lovely woman with a big smile. But oh my word I wish she would show the rest of the staff how to smile and interact with the customer, I have never seen so many miserable faces behind a bar at once. At the prices these bars charge you would think they would make sure there staff served with a smile. Ps more training on cleaning glasses required.

Arrived at Manchester airport very early in the morning & needed a quality breakfast & hot coffee!! Went into Apiary on the spur of the moment & was served by Lechelle who was very bubbly & cheerful. What excellent service and she help brighten up and gave an early boost to what is going to be a long long travelling day. Thank you Lechelle (& the team at Apiary), we’ll be back.

A very relaxed environment, very friendly staff and service is excellent. Great start to any get away.
