Costa Coffee - Primark in Manchester

The manageress called Carole is always so friendly as are all the staff, Carole always busy in between customers making the place clean and tidy, coffee really good..we go nearly every week Marie

De hecho, fuimos a comprar en la tienda y solo Costa tenía un baño. Decidimos comprar café ya que estábamos allí. El café era increíble y el personal es amable.

Visité esta cafetería temprano en la noche. No me hicieron sentir bienvenido por la persona en la caja. ¡El barista parecía fuera de su profundidad! Me complació sentarme después de que me hicieran sentir que estaba en el camino. Me doy cuenta de que las personas que trabajan en la cafetería después de comenzar a cerrar áreas para limpiar antes de cerrar. Sin embargo, no hasta el punto de invadir los espacios de los clientes y luego expulsarlos. Si esta hubiera sido mi primera experiencia en una Costa, habría sido la última. Por suerte, sé que esta es una rara excepción.

He estado allí varias veces, el personal siempre es servicial, amable y muy eficiente. No se aplicó a mí mismo, pero vi a la gente preguntar al personal si podían usar sus baños, y vi que uno de ellos ayudaba a una madre a sentirse cómoda para amamantar, ¡una verdadera ventaja hoy en día!

Whilst shopping on the Market Street, popped in here for a quick takeaway coffee. Wasn't disappointed - quick service for a reasonably priced coffee.

We seemed to pass a Costa Coffee on every street we walked down in Manchester but decided to stop and sit down and enjoy a drink and cake in this particular one due to the spacious sit down area. Coffee and cake was perfect as you would expect from Costa. Staff were very friendly and happy to serve.

Called in for coffee and cake which was passable however the toilets are disgusting and do not appear to inspected on a regular basis which to me is unacceptable especially for a well known chain also we had to clear our own table. Not good for a prime site in the city that has a lot of visitors will not be calling again.

You may think buyin bed socks is a good idea the comfort of them are amazing but all the fluff comes out all over everwhere!!!! My floor is now black covered in fluff wouldn’t recommend at all!!!!

Staff Friendly. Had to tell them I wanted it in a take out cup at least twice. Coffee was extra hot like I asked which is good as not many actually listen & make it extra hot. Clean & tidy Very handy for a sit down in between shopping.

The staff can not be bothered.They are rude and clearly not liking their job.Treating clients of different cultural backrounds differently.Costa should really invest in their customer service training. Quality of coffee was not as good as in other stores either.

Staff have no professionalism about them, too bothered about upwelling other things than making sure what they are ment to be doing is done correct, toastie was still cold. On a scale from zero to five, I give this shop a five. Primark is cheap and we can buy a lot of things. I was impressed by the size of this store. In the same street we can find other shops, for example : River Island, Adidas, Kiko Paris, the body shop, l'Occitane, etc. Manchester is a good place for shopping.

I was for the first time in a Primark. It's a huge place, I didn't expect that. The prices are really fantastic and low, we can buy in large quantity for cheap. There were 2 huge floors. The positive point is that the store is open on Sundays, it's convenient.
