This cafe is amazing 🤩 the cafe even has a special menu like orange hot chocolate! ☕️ very exotic but beautiful in my opinion. The staff are very helpful and nice!

Great coffee but prices now crazy. £3.80for a latte regular size. Feel like I am subsidising their subscription. Will go elsewhere now. If other coffee shops go to this level l just make my own coffee

Nice vibes and the staff are nice but the toilets are disgusting. No soap. The floor looks like it has never been mopped. Dirt by the door and handwash. I know you probably make the staff clean the toilets as most places do (which is not their job can I add), but PLEASE may you hire proper professional cleaners, it really ruins the experience of coming here.

Another coffee chain trying to look like it's not a chain. Super stressed staff (often, only ONE person to do all of the work, including cleaning making food and dealing with customers and making drinks and taking drinks to tables. A bit of a joke really - I've asked the staff about this and the response you usually get boils down to horrible upper management and apparently it has been like this for years. Super depressing place to be

Stumbled upon this en route from the Manchester Art Gallery to Waterstones. Looked like in independent (it is, but Liverpool-based) - a refreshing change in this part of Manchester where the chains predominate. Lovely atmosphere and appears to be popular with locals - always a good sign.

My favourite coffee place! The mugs are my favourite - company less so (hence the broken heart). Hopefully my next return will be in better circumstances

Carl was friendly, knew his coffee and latte art skills were impressive. Definitely coming again. The atmosphere was very relaxing.

Was heading to the John Ryland Library (I hope it's open), and jumped off my bus a stop early. Took some artsy shots of and alleyway called Dalton Entry and spotted this coffee house nearby. The two girls were lovely. I really really REALLY enjoyed by tomato and mozzarella panini. It truly scrumptious. I'll come back when I'm next in Manchester.

I ordered a sausage and bacon sandwich, was appalled to find out this only consists of a singular sausage and a single piece of bacon, on a considerably large bap. i was basically eating a butter sandwich. they then had the audacity to charge £3.20 for this

O dear o dear what a cafe to dine for dinner. Completely the wring choice. Ordered the fish chips and peas and for the high price it wasn't up to standard. Cold plate to start off, frozen chips not cooked in the middle and soggy batter on the frozen undercooked fish So disappointed as it was nearly empty so time was on there side to get it right The staff were nice front of house but sadly definitely won't be recommending this cafe and will never return.

So poor, overpriced. Really rude staff, young brunette was rude to us. £15 for a chicken sandwich too that was incredibly greasy. Avoid.

Food was nice but the cafe was untidy and tables were dirty not wiped and trays with rubbish not cleared away. Maybe better to visit when not so busy
