Went to watch el Classico with my wife (she is a regular client), we were seated and promised that the game will be displayed on all the TVs, well that was a lie because they started displaying it and right after 5 minute someone started changing the channel in a very crazy way so I had to watch the game on my phone . Bottom line : poor customer service and poor place that is not worth the hype, If I could, I would’ve gave 0 stars and btw congrats you just lost a customer.

Always very busy , difficult to order food they asked us to scan the Qr code to see the food menu there was no option for online order waited for a while but nobody came to take order of us so simply we left

You ask for a recommendation... They are extremely happy to offer me the most expensive sheesha (which I didn't mind). But then complainned and acted childish as I had my own bottle of Juice and were willing to kick me out. I don't drink fizzy and shouldn't have to buy one. Immature and customer service was extremely poor. Guy charged me for a Fanta when I specially asked for no drink. Absolute joke of a place.

Ordered £55 worth of food (for 2 people) and they charged for a cup of hot water (tap water from kettle). I mentioned this and they had said owners rule. The food wasn’t worth the price. The only plus was the service was ok (not great but ok). I would not be going back there but that’s just from my own experience

I had an amazing time at Lux Longe! The atmosphere is very nice and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. What really made the experience special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so friendly, kind, and attentive. They made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Highly recommend Lux Langue if you’re looking for great food and amazing service!

Me cobraron de más varias veces, lo que fue frustrante, especialmente como cliente habitual. Espero que aborden estos temas para mejorar la experiencia de otros.

Best place for a shisha in Manchester. Flavours are good and the pink tea is amazing. The customer service from all the staff is brilliant but Asma always remembers us and looks after us. No complaints 5* all day.

Es un buen ambiente relajado y como mujer me sentiría cómoda viniendo aquí sola, a diferencia de la mayoría de los otros lugares de shisha en los que he estado. No he comido la comida recientemente, así que mi reseña se basa solo en la shisha, las bebidas y el ambiente. Nunca he tenido una mala shisha aquí. Los batidos son geniales y el personal es acogedor y amable. Suelen mostrar partidos de fútbol en la televisión, lo que es genial para mí. Los baños están muy limpios y cuidados.

I had an amazing time at Lux Lounge! The food was absolutely delicious, and the shisha was top-notch—smooth and flavorful. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxing with friends, and the service was spot on—attentive. Definitely one of the best shisha lounges around. Can’t wait to come back!

Definitely the staff is too rude and unprofessional. Prices are too high and with tasteless food. I will never go again.

£10 for a mocktail?! This place is really expensive, the menus have the wrong prices (old) and are misleading. There were no menus at the tables. The menu at the bar has out of dates prices, as do the online menus that the staff directed us to use. If you see one drink described as "virgin mojito", and another on the same page described as a "strawberry mojito", you expect a cocktail not a mocktail. Plus they are really very expensive for a mocktail, more expensive than the mocktails at The Ivy (Spinningfields) or Malmaison!

Stay away from this place! The staff are incredibly rude and lied over the phone, forcing us to buy more sheesha than needed. When I asked to complain, the guy told me to hurry up and go somewhere else, saying it's their rules. If I don't like it, I should go. There are so many cafes in Manchester, and this one is definitely one to avoid. They don't care about their customers at all. Super rude, one big mess, and a waste of time. I've told our big community of friends and family to stay away too. 0 stars!

Over-priced (a small water bottle £3 and no free tap water!!). Tasteless decor and bad music. Insists that you should order two shishas between 2 people!

I went there last night, and I ordered a ceam garlic prawns pasta, the best pasta I had ever seen so delicious. I ordered as well kebabs it was nice as well I would to thank the chef for all the food he made 😋 😀 😊.

Extremely rude blonde girl at the till with an attitude, had to change the shisha twice, poor service. Shisha tastes like coal and place is over crowded. My friend also asked for a tap water and they brought it first, second time they said no you have to buy it, yet they serve alcohol and refuse you tap water. Place should be shut down.

Food is very expensive it does not taste good and also for three people you have to order two shesha.

Definitely rude staff, everything is so overpriced for food that is not even tasty. For three people you have to get 2 Shisha. Never going back there again.

Disappointed in my recent visit here. You'd think they are doing you a favour by you visiting their establishment. Rude staff and extremely overpriced. Will not be returning.

Where to start over priced food. The hummas and pitta was literally cheap pitta creamed hummus no effort in presentation. Fruit platter was terrible with bruised old apples and bananas not worth £12. It’s busy so clearly liked by the locals. If you’re looking for a nice Shisha lounge this isn’t it. Unfortunately such a shame.

New year Eve. Not a good value for the money. Over priced, over crowded. very small table given for a dinner. The advert mentioned 3 options, but only the highest price offered. Belly dancer mentioned over the phone but this wasn't on the night.The size of the soft strawberry drink doesn't reflect £9. The shisha is £20 but they charged £25. Menu wasn't provided to order which is very strange! Very disappointing experience

Reqlly nice looking place inside kind of reminds you of being on holiday, it was really good place to chill until they stopped selling alcohol now it only is a shisha place ,, basically they got terrorised by the neighbours who live opposite so much they hung there alcohol license up . Instead of being men that they are and telling people to not go outside and make noise even after they closed the outdoor area off and ripped it all apart so no one could go out and drink .. they ruined the place.. well I guess it was only good for one thing . When that blag of a virus Covid blew over when all the panickers stopped panicking they was one of the first places in Chorlton to reopen and sell alcohol so of course everyone was there lol , not been back since they stopped selling liquor. If you want good food don’t go there go further down the road to olive and thyme or even Dixie chicken hahaha

I love this place! Especially the warm friendly service from the staff! Patricia is always ready to greet me with a big welcoming smile and attitude, from bar staff ( Ergle ) to floor staff, ( Zaid, Ali, Asma) I always feel taken care of and nothing is a problem, it’s a pleasure to spend my evenings here! I’m very disappointed in their service. I’m a regular customer but have been treated in a horrible manner by the lady serving there. We were there as a family but she obliged us to get many Shishas while we already ordered drinks, deserts and Shisha. I don’t recommend this place at all. Very unprofessional and univiting.

Very rude staff and they're very greedy, you order enough but want you to spend a fortune to sit. Overrated place and not worth it, there are other alternative places that welcome you with a smile. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Best resto/shisha place. A bit pricey but the food is amazing, we had prawn chicken strips taboule, chocolate cake juice and shisha. And everything was super super. Will be back next week.
