Is this the best Costa coffee in Manchester? Quite possibly. Efficient service, clean and tidy. Delightful staff, friendly and welcoming.

Friendly staff and classic Costa fayre. Great for a pit stop when looking around the uni, but gets busy quick as it's not very big.

The coffee is good, the atmosphere inside is so nice. Not recommended from expert coffee fans, but recommended for taking it just in case if you need coffee utgently.

Horrible service. She charged £3.68 extra when I asked, and she offered me a 0.90p return. She could not explain why she charged an extra 3.68 and wanted to refund only 0.90p. A rude lady was Served.

The staff is lovely, the place is always nice and clean but the coffee… the milk is never steamed how it should be, ordered late but the milk is always too runny compared to other coffee shops that I like. You could blame it on massive queues in the morning but it’s the same even when it’s quiet

Only go here after any kind of visit to the hospital. Much prefer Nero for the coffee, ambience and the clientele.

Although busy, I cannot praise the staff, service and drink quality high enough at this Costa store!! Drinks were made quickly with no hassle, and the shop was clean. Friendly staff happy to help too.

Standard Costa coffee. Gets a bit loud sometimes, but really good location. Usual prices, usual options for coffees and all the other stuff they do. No complaints really. You get their usual stuff whichever branch you go into and this one's the same.

Staff are very friendly, and they're great with accessibility accommodations - only issue is that their ramp isnt DDA compliant, it would be if they didnt block the beginning off with tables though.

My phone got stolen here while I was sitting inside, just beware as even you are inside, obviously you are not safe. Two poor looking men just walked in and approached me easily and throw some brochures on my face and took my phone and ran away. It’s unbelievable, especially when they had security inside. They don’t have security camera other than the one looking at the till. Don’t try to sit and study there.

Delicious coffee, lovely service. Prices are similar to other coffee shops nearby, but I love the fact that plant based milks (at least oat milk) is free of charge. Very speedy baristas! Waited less than 1 min after I ordered my coffee.

I love coming here. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Wide selection of sandwiches and treats. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Only criticism is there isn't really anything wheat free or fresh salads. There are various milk alternatives and other options.

I find the staff to be nice here. Few things are more important than that.

Went to costa to treat myself on the way for the train. They had no ice so couldn’t make any cold drinks, this is not a first as they said this last time I went in also. I don’t like hot drinks so I had to get a Fanta out the fridge. I also purchased a cake however I wasn’t allowed to scan my costa card which I thought was unfair as I had purchased from them. Not a great costa.

A standard chain cafe with good service and a decent amount of seating. There was a good selection of food and drinks, however there were limited rubbish facilities.

Usual Costa coffee, but this one had a nice Costa mug chandelier. The toilets were prestine and the staff nice and friendly as usual. I love my Costa coffee so my reviews are always biased, but I recommend this one

Place was quite busy but staff were very helpful with my disabled daughter. One in particular went out of her way to help her get to a table and couldn't do enough for her. Excellent service and consideration beyond the call of duty. Unfortunately I didn't get the kind woman's name but she is a credit to the company.

I continue to be impressed by Costa Coffee's offerings (I am a refugee from Starbucks). This particular coffee bar is really well-run. It's really small. It has lots of tables (bunched up tight), a quirky layout... It's always very busy.... BUT the staff are extremely efficient, fast, experienced, and really pleasant (they are older too.... so they can assess situations and needs in the flicker of an eye). There is a big security guard who seems to be there most of the time... (I don't know why... but maybe that suggests a possible downside?). As far as staffing goes, this is one of the best coffee shops I've been too. But it's busy!

Love an oat milk decaf latte here and a BOSH chocolate slice. A few other Vegan options too. Generally a couple of toasties to choose from. Jamaican Ginger cake and on rare occasions, my absolute favourite vegan dessert, Biscoff Cheesecake! 😁😋

I’ve been to this Costa on multiple occasions and had a pleasant experience each time. Staff efficient and polite, drinks good and the food tasty. Price seems to be fairly standard for a Costa.

This place has had a refurb since the pandemic started and has done away with an odd, dark corner. Costas can be hit or miss on coffee quality, but I enjoyed my flat white here today.

This store the only one I don't like it.

Both staff serving today looked unhappy uninterested and didn't want to wait for me to find my gift card. The older lady just said next time tell us you want to use your gift card before ordering. She looked like she was doing me a favour being there . Won't come again. Setting however and layout very nice coffee lovely. Just a shame the two females serving couldn't have had better customer service. A let down even if it is just coffee .
