Some really unhelpful and rude team members for directions as a made a mistake in turning up to the wrong Costa Coffee for a job interview. Someone gave me the information over the phone, and said it was there.

Man, that dusty shelf right above the coffee? It’s like a science experiment up there. Love the coffee, love the vibe but that thing needs a serious wipe-down. Just clean it up and the whole place instantly feels better. Easy win.👍

I go there regularly. Except for the one lady every other staff member doesn't understand measurement. I always ask for less milk and my order comes with a full cup!! Also a couple of times they did my drink and realised it was too much and poured a little out completely diluting my coffee with milk. I only go there because it's the nearest one.

Went to watch el Classico with my wife (she is a regular client), we were seated and promised that the game will be displayed on all the TVs, well that was a lie because they started displaying it and right after 5 minute someone started changing the channel in a very crazy way so I had to watch the game in my phone . Bottom line : poor customer service and poor place that is not worth the hype, If I could, I would’ve gave 0 stars and congrats you just lost a customer.

Nada más entrar nadie me recibió. La pizza que pedí no estaba buena, era salada y la de arriba no era queso mozzarella sino parmesano u otro tipo de queso. Vengo de Italia y sé cómo debe ser una pizza. Por el precio que tiene esperaba que fuera bueno. La camarera era amable, la otra camarera en el mostrador era muy desagradable, ni siquiera una sonrisa. No creo que vuelva.
