The local Tim Horntons is a slightly disappointing one. The staff are amazing and very helpful with any questions you may have and it’s a lovely quiet wide open space. Pleanty of space to move around and lots of seating. The food is your standard TH selection however I always find the drinks to taste very watery. The only one so far that hasn’t is the Mocha which is quite nice. Located nicely to stop off on your way into town or further out of manchester

It's not a bad place to grab a bit to eat i sometimes eat the cooked breakfast only problem is it can sometimes be over cooked and freezing cold at the same time really don't know how they seem to manage that really good coffee. It can get really busy in the afternoon on weekends

Lovely food and drinks. Very friendly attentive staff. Only thing we weren't keen on was dogs being allowed inside. When eating food do not want dogs yapping near me, sat on chairs, which then people have to use or being allowed to wander round.

The Asian lady is the sweetest I have seen in any Costa! Honestly, her way of dealing with the customers makes your day!

Awesome facility with lots of comfy seats, accessible toilet and good food. The music and atmosphere are a delight too.

Spotless, very friendly and caring staff, fresh food and relaxing atmosphere. Make sure you try the biscoff cheesecake 🤤.

Popped in for a coffee, reasonable price for city centre

Went in there in the morning for a coffee the queue was getting bigger and instead of making coffees there where to people there by the coffee machine and catching an attitude when customers asked for their drinks to the point of one of them saying you will get your drinks when you get it got so annoyed asked for a refund the guy at the till tried to fob me saying that the machine was not working and I was waiting for 5minutes for a refund declined to refund me for every because he had made the sandwich as a customer if I don’t want the product and didn’t touch I should be made to bug it awful experience do not recommend not going back there again the two guys in the morning very disrespectful to clients and full of attitude arrived there at 8:16 to order a drink left there 8:30 with no drink and a bad experience. There is a picture of the items I could not return cause he freshly made them

I've must have been going to Philpotts for over a decade now, since the store first opened. The staff are always friendly, the bacon is good and thick and the sandwiches are really tasty. I am a firm Philpotts fan! 😃
