McDonald's in Manchester

I gave this place 2* a few years ago.... and it seems to have become even worse. Cold food, unpleasant staff and my previous experience they got the order wrong and didn't provide sauces with the nuggets. Also, there is hardly any space to wait for your food.

Called in on the way back from Airport. Only small but does what it says on the tin. Quick service and food ok. 👍🙂. Thanks. Steve B.

A small outlet yet a busy outlet. Despite how busy, food presented surprisingly swiftly. Unfortunately, a little tight for long wheelbase vans and minibuses.

Ordered the new McRib. Tastes dry. Tastes nothing like the old Mcrib and is a poor effort from McDonald's. Service was usual excellent standard. Thanks guys you aren't responsible for the menu !!

Food was awful. I had a sausage and egg burger with no egg. It was so old! Bun was soggy felt like it had been on the shelf for ages. Just horrid. No interaction from the staff, all looking bored and unhappy to be there.

Much better than the German Donna Kebab place up the road at least you know what you are getting

This Mc Donald’s is an ideal stop when getting onto the motorway. With a petrol station on the same site it’s a great pit stop site .

Greasy oil soaked hasbrowns...for the 3rd time.

This is the best Mc Donald’s I ever been in I order an ice-cream it takes them ONLY ONE minute! I can’t believe it!

Food was cold again and one box of chicken nuggets was missing, I would like my money back & for the missing item

Was busy both drive through and walk in but managed well and didn't need to wait long for service

whilst the food was fine the actions of the so-called courier leave a lot to be desired. He demanded a PIN number which I didn't have and was told I have to give the last four digits of my mobile number which I couldn't just remember. This nonsense is a new expectation from your company and it is not acceptable or necessary so stop it!

The food was absolutely freezing The chips was that cold Shrivelled up, They Locked like they was dehydrated and been there for 2 days😔 Drinks was all over the back By the time I got the drinks back to the kitchen the bottom fell out Absolutely ruined all of it.... Ice cream is melted ice cream tea Different colours with different drinks in it...

The toilets need some attention. Poor hygiene. The staff served me nicely. Food : the fries had a slightly bitter taste from the oil used too much. I ordered a chicken wrap but I made the mistake of not eating it right away. When it cooled it became dry and gummed.

Good delivery driver. Needed to validify my order.

Cold chips and as per lots of other McDonald's seem more interested in delivery orders.

Triple cheese burger came as a single. Then a chocolate milkshake became a banana. Gave me a dirty look for asking to change it. Place was empty and even got my mates wrong too

They have milkshakes, the order was hot and correct.

took me about 10 mins to convince the courier i was the recipient even with my phone. my food was cold by the time i came to eat it

Popped in for food with a friend before heading home from a show in the city centre. We ordered 2 meals to eat in and sat down to eat as soon as we received our order. Before we finished our meals, us and 2 other groups of people were told by a staff member, who appeared to be the manager, that the restaurant was closing in 1 minute. Throughout that one minute, the manager remained at the door, swinging his keys like an extra from the Stanford prison experiment. At one point I also thought he was about to suffer from a severe case of diarrhoea due to the persistent pacing up and down the restaurant, specifically past our table, as we were still eating. I deduced it was either that or the previous customers he annoyed took matters into their own hands and probably shoved a bunch of your paper straws up his backside. The contorted look on his face and scowling towards myself and my friend supports this theory. Promptly after the 1 minute finale, as I was still eating my meal, I was informed by ‘putin’ that I had to leave, resulting in my unfinished meal being thrown in the bin. Worse customer service I have ever experienced.

Absolute disgrace. drink spilt everywhere and no straw, no dips that were requested. food that cold it's scale. disgusting.

Delivery driver was very polite

Driver lying to me. Saying that I ordered from Chorlton. When I always order from Baguley McDonald's, as I work around the corner. Not happy being lied too.

The toilets were a disgrace. Bin overflowing , with soiled loo roll on floor , hand basin dirty . The room so obviously doesn’t get cleaned regularly enough ..I dread to think what the state of the kitchens are like ! ? 🤢 Will never stop there again let alone eat there. In fact I recommend a hygiene inspection asap!

Dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to. Rubbish everywhere, and the toilets are only for the brave or foolhardy.

Unfortunately Missing half of my order

Absolutely outrageous how my food order can arrive with no drinks atall! And the driver promised he would go back to the shop and get them for me as he has clearly forgot to pick them up and didn’t!!!

My coffee was empty as delivery was in bike and all coffee split also on my food I have dumped the food .. I tried to run after delivery driver but he peddled off .. I would like a refund

There was no option to add milk for the teas and lattes and it didnt come with any bit annoying

Dirtiest McDonalds I’ve ever been in. Tables and floors obviously not been cleaned. Toilets disgusting.

I asked for no pickles on my burger and there was pickles on it and my food was cold and my McFlurry was half melted

Disgusted bought 5 chicken selects and was brought a 5 chicken select box filled with cheese bites (I’m lactose intolerant)

Food cold as journey time kept increasing until it nearly quadrupled from original estimate. I appreciate it is rush hour but wouldn’t have ordered if I had realised how long food would take from time driver set off to arrival

Food was all over the bag, the burgers had come out of the box and were all over.

It is the worst McDonald's going. Likely down to poor management. Orders often incorrect. Cannot handle simple customisations. Staff always seem to be messing about. Few really sound Staff members like the tall skinny young lad who's been there for years. The east asian guy with the glasses goes above and beyond to do things right. Them 2 in particular deserve medals for their customer service and commitment to the job. They don't take any attention or care with the presentation. Burger will usually be hanging out of the bun. Sauce all over the place. Chips are always hot which is the only thing they have going for them.

Poor! Stale cold chips with both big mac meals. My big mac (the burger itself - very dry (with half a pate on 1 of them!) , a scrap of lettuce, cold and barely any sauce, was not made with care at all. Nuggets old and cold, not fresh. Also, why ask what dips people want when you clearly don't pay attention and just throw in whatever you feel like? The 9 piece chicken meal didn't come with any of the 3 dips, all missing but they're the special dips. never would comp about mcds but this was bad.

ordered from the breakfast menu at 10:20 am. it's now 13:30 pm still no breakfast delivered...no app is saying delivered..I have to ring cams in my front garden and I have also been in my front garden for the last 3 hours cleaning my van. I stopped ordering from my local mcdonald's in Baguley because items are always missing every single order food would missing so I switched to the one on princess park way probably my biggest mistake to date on just eat...absolutely shocking customer service.

As fae a McDonalds go this is not one of the best. Its seems that a lot of focus is on the uber and just eat drivers and drive thru... you seem to wait a very long time if your eating in store

delivery was double the time stated when ordering and the drinks was only half full as the other half was in the bottom of the bag. the burgers looked like they had been thrown around the restaurant before being delivered.

No sauce for the nuggets and the customised changes made were not adhered to.

Just your average McDonald's you know, nothing special but it was okay

Given tiny cartons of milk drink not milkshake as ordered the chicken burger was spicy that was not what I expected

Waited 7 minutes at drive through order station no one came through on speaker.. drove round to first window and waited another 4 minutes.. completely uninterested lad came up and asked what we wanted... ordered latte and hot chocolate.. no hot chocolate available so had chocolate milkshake instead... when got drinks the coffee was barely warm and we were given a strawberry milkshake.. didn't realise until was too far to turn back and be ignored again. Literally worste McDonald's experience EVER....

I call here for some breakfast Sausage egg sandwich meal The Food was hot and didn't have to wait too long to get served The car parking for this store is a bit awkward as it's on a compact site so be sure to follow the one way system and also look for the give way signs and arrows. Access to the site is only available if on the southbound carriage way of Princess Road heading out of Manchester

It was a maccies,breakfast was nice on way home from foo fighters

big mac no cheese had cheese on it. side salad was very poor and no balsamic vinegar even though ordered. no straws given for drinks I had a milkshake which is very hard to drink without a straw. Hatrick burger was nice and order came on time.

I had the best burger I've ever had at McDonald's here. It was freshly made, piping hot and delicious.

the food never came, spoke with the restaurant after an hour of it saying it was being made. They informed me it says it's been delivered on there end. 18 hours for delivery and it's still not here as we speak. I hope the driver who stole my food needed it.

Unfortunately everything was quite cold.

The driver was too busy talking on the phone and dropped the drinks and in effect soiled the food inside. DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE, NO HELP WHATSOEVER

No food at all delivered my son is type 1 diabetic and left him needing medical attention for us

This never arrived. After the app saying the driver was waiting to pick it up FOR ONE HOUR AND FORTY MINUTES!!!!! I rang the McDonald’s and they said the driver picked it up but the app wasn’t updated so looks like the driver had a lovely free meal at the expense of a hard working single mother!

Wraps didn’t come right, ordered without stuff as my daughter was allergic and still came with the stuff on so she couldn’t even eat it

The food and the service were very good. Most people drive through this McDonald's so the atmosphere inside was a bit subdued.

Place was dirty ( wasn’t busy so no excuse) the managers who were on front were super rude. The only good thing was good portions, even tho the food was messy but had alit inside them. Wouldn’t recommend this place

Just eat delivery is absolutely fine, both packs sealed and nice delivery man. Issue is with large fries, no care taken, cardboard consistency and cold and no where near the amount that is usually in large. All items cold or luke warm
