Just had the best Philly Cheese Stack i've ever had, it was really juicy, props to the chef

Typical McDonald's looks very new

Seriously under staffed for a Saturday night. Chips were super hot, so I can't knock those. Toilets not the best, but again, not enough staff on to do anything about it.

Only a small Mcds, good service and not too busy.

Dry overcooked fries, no ketchup put in with food for three people! Burger good though

Greasy dripping oil soaked hasbrowns... wud like to see their calorie values checked for pure greasy half cooked hashbrowns. So disorganised when they can see cars waiting

Drink was sadly spilt everywhere and I’ve hardly got any chips :( but delivery was quick!

Absolute shocking experience!! Half my food missing, drinks missing - delivery driver blamed McDonald’s and when contacted the restraunt they blamed the driver! Absolute shambles and disgraceful service

The man who was on the front 11am on 24th was a great member of staff !

I’ve just ordered from McDonald’s princess parkway, I think this delivery had to be the best one I’ve ever had. A young girl delivered my food, on time, perfect communication, very polite & food was still hot. She even requested more sauce for me from the McDonald’s. Couldn’t have ask for a better delivery driver :-) shame I didn’t get her name , said she works at the princess parkway McDonald’s

no food delivered atall. how dare justeat ring me asking for the 4 digits code and then drive to my house with no food just so he can get paid. mcdonalds accepted my order and then rang me nearly an hour later apologising for the fact they are closed so I have no food and no credit on my account. I want all my money back now and compensation

Dirty toilets, burger not nice, and chairs piled up in the entrance so we thought it was closing, it wasn't

awful experience. I waited and hour and 20 minutes for the delivery. I saw on the map that he delivered to someone else 1st too so my food was cold. I only had half of my Coke left too as the rest of it had spilt in the bag and was in fact flat.

Ordered cheesy mccrispy with no lettuce and no pink pickled onion relish… received a mccrispy with no cheese no sauce just bacon and patty

Horrible food, bacon under cooked, sausage had no taste and the egg was like rubber. The hash brown tasted of soap,then just to top things off I threw my cappuccino out of the window because it tasted like dish water.

Our food took 2 hours and was cold. The restaurant is only 1 mile away.

Maybe make an effort with peoples food that they spend their money on? They couldn’t even be arsed to put straws in our bag and only put one of the dips in. Drinks were half empty. Not worth the money spent at all. Do better.

Time kept getting further and further away and took almost an hour to get here. This is the 3rd time you guys have delivered cold food!! It’s a joke

Drove through ordered my drink and the female with blonde bleached hair and yellow broken teeth their don’t know who she is maybe manager very rude ! Took 10 mins for my drink and it was disgusting I won’t be using this place again ! Other staff are friendly

I gave this place 2* a few years ago.... and it seems to have become even worse. Cold food, unpleasant staff and my previous experience they got the order wrong and didn't provide sauces with the nuggets. Also, there is hardly any space to wait for your food.

A small outlet yet a busy outlet. Despite how busy, food presented surprisingly swiftly. Unfortunately, a little tight for long wheelbase vans and minibuses.

Ordered the new McRib. Tastes dry. Tastes nothing like the old Mcrib and is a poor effort from McDonald's. Service was usual excellent standard. Thanks guys you aren't responsible for the menu !!

Food came incorrect, specifically ordered no lettuce and received extra lettuce, had to be thrown away as son is allergic

Food was awful. I had a sausage and egg burger with no egg. It was so old! Bun was soggy felt like it had been on the shelf for ages. Just horrid. No interaction from the staff, all looking bored and unhappy to be there.

Over an hour late and came stone cold, and I’m only receiving half the total order as compensation is absurd, full refund should be the solution, every time I order from this McDonalds it either gets rejected or late, if you can’t keep standards stop doing deliveries

There was no address on the packaging so the driver didn't know where to deliver our order and had to ask the staff to write the number on the bag. This took a long time so our order arrived very late and all of the food items were extremely cold. Not happy at all.

This Mc Donald’s is an ideal stop when getting onto the motorway. With a petrol station on the same site it’s a great pit stop site .

This is the best Mc Donald’s I ever been in I order an ice-cream it takes them ONLY ONE minute! I can’t believe it!

whilst the food was fine the actions of the so-called courier leave a lot to be desired. He demanded a PIN number which I didn't have and was told I have to give the last four digits of my mobile number which I couldn't just remember. This nonsense is a new expectation from your company and it is not acceptable or necessary so stop it!

The food was absolutely freezing The chips was that cold Shrivelled up, They Locked like they was dehydrated and been there for 2 days😔 Drinks was all over the back By the time I got the drinks back to the kitchen the bottom fell out Absolutely ruined all of it.... The toilets need some attention. Poor hygiene. The staff served me nicely. Food : the fries had a slightly bitter taste from the oil used too much. I ordered a chicken wrap but I made the mistake of not eating it right away. When it cooled it became dry and gummed.

Triple cheese burger came as a single. Then a chocolate milkshake became a banana. Gave me a dirty look for asking to change it. Place was empty and even got my mates wrong too

Vino a comer con un amigo antes de volver a casa de un espectáculo en el centro de la ciudad. Pedimos 2 comidas para comer y nos sentamos a comer tan pronto como recibimos nuestra orden. Antes de terminar nuestras comidas, nosotros y otros 2 grupos de personas nos dijeron por un miembro del personal, que parecía ser el gerente, que el restaurante iba a cerrar en 1 minuto. A lo largo de ese minuto, el gerente permaneció en la puerta, balanceando sus llaves como un extra del experimento en la prisión de Stanford. En un momento también pensé que estaba a punto de sufrir de un caso grave de diarrea debido al ritmo persistente arriba y abajo del restaurante, específicamente más allá de nuestra mesa, ya que todavía estábamos comiendo. Deduje que era eso o que los clientes anteriores a los que molestaba tomaban el asunto en sus propias manos y probablemente le metían un montón de pajitas de papel por la espalda. La mirada contorsionada en su rostro y el ceño fruncido hacia mí y mi amigo apoya esta teoría. Inmediatamente después del final de 1 minuto, como todavía estaba comiendo mi comida, me informaron por ‘putin’ que tenía que irme, lo que resultó en que mi comida inacabada se tiró a la papelera. Peor servicio al cliente que he experimentado.
