¡El mejor desayuno! Tuve una mirada en línea para el lugar adecuado para el almuerzo y se estableció en Bold Street Coffee ... qué gran decisión ... perfección total! Fui por su firma Bouy... tenía huevo revuelto, queso, tocino ahumado y una empanada extra de salchicha (hash brown también) es como desearías que resultara un desayuno McDonalds si a la persona que lo cocinó le importara... y los ingredientes eran de primera categoría... el té y el café eran encantadores al igual que el servicio. Gran lugar para caer y tomar un gran brunch! Recomendar/recomendar/recomendar debería estar en la Guía Michelin! !

Mi amigo y yo vinimos aquí para el brunch, mientras que en Manchester - el lugar estaba lleno y tuvimos suerte de conseguir una mesa (alguien acababa de salir cuando llegamos). El té / café era delicioso, y el desayuno cocinado era increíble (me alegro de que tengo un hachís extra marrón sin embargo). El personal era amable, y el servicio fue rápido. ¡Regresaría!

Fantástico desayuno. Chef Dennis es un gran cocinero. Los frijoles caseros eran sin duda un buen toque. Definitivamente iré de nuevo.

Conocí a mi sobrino para el brunch antes de Navidad, la comida era deliciosa, cafés en su punto y el servicio era impecable. Definitivamente será mi ir a lugar cuando en la ciudad.

Llamamos hoy y pedimos 2 tés, huevos revueltos en tostadas y papilla. Los huevos estaban bien, pero la papilla tenía un sabor desagradable y era tan robusta que mi esposa no podía comerla. Después de 2 bocados mi esposa se rindió, así que lo llevé de vuelta al mostrador y le pedí al gerente un reembolso. Preguntó por qué y le dije a mi esposa que no le gustaba. Ella respondió bien que no damos reembolsos porque no le gusta!”. Dije que no le gustaba porque era extremadamente robusto! La mirada en la cara de los gerentes lo dijo todo, así que dije olvídalo y volví a la mesa, esperando que la dama viniera con mi reembolso. No lo hizo, simplemente siguió sirviendo. Volví y dije que no podía pagar por algo que mi esposa no podía comer. Además, no debería tener que explicar de nuevo que era infeliz. ¡Bajo sufrimiento tengo mi reembolso! Muy decepcionado con la actitud de esta señora, no volverá!

El café era bueno, el servicio era genial, llego temprano y encuentro un buen lugar para estudiar por unas horas al menos una vez a la semana. Es un lugar muy concurrido, pero está en el campus, que es ideal para los momentos en que tenemos que rellenar entre conferencias. Abren a las 8 am, lo que es otra ventaja ya que las cafeterías de los alrededores no abren hasta al menos las 8. 30 / 9 am Siempre será mi primera opción, recomiendo encarecidamente

Pequeño y estrecho lugar, pero la comida y las bebidas son excelentes. Fuimos a brunch y tuvimos una deliciosa fritura, comida encantadora, todos los productos locales y llenamos un agujero. Buena selección en el menú, solo la crítica es un ambiente de asientos estrecho. Estábamos en la parte trasera y era difícil de maniobrar.

Horrible comida la comida que pedimos era un huevo bou y frijoles en tostadas huevo estaba realmente demasiado cocido como un frisbee y frijoles sabían como si hubieran sido pateados sobre la cocina sucia por el desaliñado chico francés de aspecto

Muy bonito lugar y moderno. Personal muy amable que explicó los tipos de grano de café y otras preguntas que tuvimos. Sin embargo, el café era una mezcla clara sin opción a una mezcla oscura. Fue muy afrutado, lo que no es de nuestro gusto desafortunadamente. El latte helado era más o menos solo leche ni siquiera era color café

A fantastic cappuccino and tasty eggs Benedict. Family had sausage patty, egg and cheese brioche baps. We were all happy with the food and the service

We love coffee and always drink quality coffee at home. This coffee was outstanding! I had the piccolo and my husband the brewed coffee. The coffee was perfectly made. Milk at the right temperature and you could feel the aroma burst in your mouth. We came back for coffee every day on our Manchester weekend and bought a bag of beans to bring home.

Absolutely disgusting food cold undercooked sausage bread was mouldy that's what happens when they employ people who haven't a clue how to cook service slowwwww and coffee lack of taste tables dirty toilets wee over the seat what the heck is going on in this joke of an establishment never again shall we be coming back to this hovel of a place

Great coffee, shame about the food. We ordered a bacon busty on white bread with brown sauce & and sausage butty on white with brown sauce. The sausage butty was cold and sent back. The bacon butty was on granary with ketchup ! Again it was sent back !

I learnt that a good breakfast cannot be taken for granted. The key is making sure everything arrives at the table hot. So full English looked great on the menu and tbf also on the plate but then .... poached eggs luke warm but also hard yolks, cold mushroom, cold sausage cold spinach and the acid test cold grilled tomato. Hot hash brown -yay! Hot sauce beans were hot and very tasty but sort your timings out guys. My companions also had hard yolk poached eggs and some eggshell on my wife's meal for good measure

Coffee was excellent. More importantly the staff were lovely. In particular smiling Ruby, from deepest Dublin, gave a level of experience that would persuade me to walk past several other coffee shops in order to use this one.

Visited BSC this morning. I ordered an iced latte and was told it would be brought over to me. When ordering, the girl serving was extremely rude, sarcastic and dismissive. It was as though she didn’t want to be there and made me feel quite uncomfortable. I was told my coffee would be brought over, which it never was and sat at the end of a counter for ages. I ended up going to retrieve it myself. Such a shame because the coffee itself was actually really nice, however I will not be returning until the staff learn some manners and the service vastly improves.

Called in on a recommendation but left feeling ripped off. Very friendly staff and food was okay but pricing needs to be looked at. If the 'vegan option' just means taking off a lot of ingredients then that should be reflected in the price which would be pretty steep with the original ingredients on....£11.50 for one piece of toast with avocado topping and a few seame seeds. Drink was very nice but again, turns out it was a can, 330ml for £3.50. So £15 for a piece of toast and a small drink! Paid upfront so not much to do except suck it up and come on TripAdvisor to say OK, your food and drink is alright but try and give customers some value for money. It was a one day trip to Manc, expected to part with some cash while I was away but would like at least some value for money. I'm not rolling in it, like most people, so come on folks, give us a break and don't exploit us to this degree!

Disgusting. There was so much salt in and on the meal I had to run to the toilet to throw up. Be very careful feeding a child this food. Told the waitress who said she'd let the chef know. No apology. No offer of refund. If you need to puke, come here.

We have been coming here for a good while now and always had an enjoyable time and great food A few new faces have emerged some waitresses and chef whilst we were waiting on our food to arrive the chef took it upon himself to bring our meals to is as the floor staff were run off there feet he said he had only been working here for a few days but he was so polite and professional can't remember if he's called Ryan or Bryan bit a really polite young man food was amazing as per he missed out red sauce on a bacon butty and he was so apologetic bless him this place goes from strength to strength best place in manchester

One of the finest breakfasts we have ever had!! So good, we went back for the second day. Food was incredible, would definitely recommend the bacon butty, the granola and the pancakes. Wonderfully fantastic friendly service from the Irish girl from Dublin. Felt extremely welcome. Thank you so much!!!

Not the best experience and a far cry from the original BSC in Liverpool. Cold drinks are heavily overpriced for essentially 3 mouthfuls of pre-made ice tea. Either offer larger size options or reduce the price of the only option (small) as we’d managed to finish the drinks no more than 10 paces out of the door and spent £8 for the pleasure. The air conditioning clearly was faulty as it was warmer inside the shop than in the steet, plus the staff looked absolutely frazzled and ready to doze off due to the heat. The staff member at the counter looked at us like we’d insulted a relative when we asked if he could check the ingredients of the ice tea for allergens (some ice tea has traces of barley in it) and he just stared at us for a solid 10 seconds before spurting “it’s just fruit” and didn’t even look at the ingredients. Great. I’m going to put it down to the heat that he was short with us but doesn’t mean it wasn’t noticed. A real shame as I’m a big fan of the cafe on Bold Street so had high hopes for this venue, but I guess something has to give when you expand. There are far better options in Manchester, namely Pot Kettle Black and Black Milk that offer better value and a generally more welcoming atmosphere.

Superb breakfast whilst listening to some great music. A little spoilt for choice in the area we opted for this cafe because it offered bacon butties. (Just what we fancied). But in looking at the menu we all chose something different from the wide range of dishes on offer. Service was very efficient and the lovely Jake B offered the prospective uni candidate in our party lots of helpful advice on the Manchester Uni experience. The food was superb - all cooked to perfection and Jake took a Polaroid for the wall (all with our permission of course!) An excellent find; highly recommended.

Arrived for a quick sandwich on Saturday afternoon and was greeted by several staff members who were very plesant and helpful (in between eating their lunch, eating ice cream as they served, at the counter or drinking pints of water at the counter). Ordered the steak sandwich which was underdone nd chewy. The chicken katsu sandwich was pleasant. Over priced for what was presented. Stars are for the pleasantries from staff.

Came by with some friends after a coffee. We got what we wanted with great service a simple conversation goes a long way. I sat nearby someone eating some baked goods which looked great, if we hadn’t already eaten then I would have definitely ordered! Would return

Lovely coffee, friendly staff. Visited just for a takeaway coffee. Had a lovely flat white, creamy and smooth, think the oatly milk elevated the flavour. Have visited one located on the University Green before, always has a buzzy atmosphere and quick service despite being busy.

I had a takeaway coffee from here today that was okay and staff were very friendly. The cost of the coffee however was incredibly expensive, especially in comparison to the other coffee shops in the area and I wouldn't return for this reason.
