Pizza was surprisingly yummy. The fungi came with a spicy tang but it works! Also they brought us a free dessert of honey cake, melt in the mouth delicious. This could be our new pizza regular! Thanks!

I'm half Filipino, so for any fellow Pinoys planning to visit just a heads up, the food here is Filipino-inspired, so don’t expect the exact flavours you might know from home. That said, it’s nice to see some representation in Manchester! We tried the chicken tocino bao. I usually like tocino a bit sweeter and caramelised, so I wouldn’t have minded less pickled carrot, but it was still tasty. The chicken sisig was also good. I personally prefer sisig to be more on the salty side with a bit more texture but still enjoyed this version. There are condiments on the table like soy sauce and chilli oil, so you can tweak things to your liking. The Kare Dan was a cool twist on Kare Kare. I actually liked it with just the veggies and egg on top, I ordered it with chicken but no meat is needed tbh. I added some chilli oil, but I do wish there was an option to add bagoong (Filipino shrimp paste) or something salty and umami like that to round it out. Didn't get to try the cakes this time so will have to go back to try those.

Overall 10/10, service was polite and prompt, decor and atmosphere was pleasant, food was delicious.
- Pie was filled generously, packed with great flavour and a delicious crust.
- Mash potatoes were smooth and seasoned perfectly.
- Cauliflower cheese was very cheesy and creamy (mouth watering).
- Mushy peas gave a refreshing taste.....the taste was amazing.
- Gravy was on point.
- The chips were crispy and fluffy.
- The beer was, well a delicious beer.
I would recommend and will happily be coming again.
P.s No picture present as I could not control my desire to tuck in.
This was the first day they reopened after renovation. Even the boss said it had never been so busy. It was full the whole day, and customers came in like clouds. Rumor has it that the food is so good that customers come from far away, and four of the six of us are from London.

The food took a while to come. I found it very tasty but its only one small bun for £10. I'm not too sure of value for money - i was certainly hungry after this.
First time ordering a takeaway from here, we got the classic set meal with two veggie curries. Will 100% be ordering again. Great food, portion sizes, and value for money - all with a friendly service!
