Waka waka noodle in Manchester

Lovely pizza made while we waited, which wasn’t long. My picture doesn’t do it justice, I was almost finished before I remembered that a i might be writing a review.

AUTHENTIC HALAL ITALIAN PIZZA. My weekly fix for an absolutely amazing pizza every time!! 10/10 Ordered the pepperoni pizza and my God was it absolutely succulent, OUT OF THIS WORLD. Very easy on the pocket as well.

This pizza is amazing. It has the fundamentals of traditional Italian pizza with an innovative twist to it. It looks like a Neapolitan pizza but has more structure to it. It’s not a ‘simple’ pizza, you can tell a lot of work and research has gone into it. Anyway, it’s hard to describe with words, you have to try it for yourself! We were blown away and will be back. Best pizza in Levenshulme. Surprised this hasn’t gone ‘viral’ with the Manchester foodie Insta pages. The owner is also a great guy.

I’ve lived in Italy for nearly 18 years of my life and i can guarantee that the pizza is authentic italian taste. The dough was doughing. The pepperonis and mushrooms were very fresh. The customer service was good too. The staff was professional. By the way i really liked the motorcycle wall art on the wall. Would defo be coming again InshAllah.

The best I would say😍..i ordered the fungi (mushrooms) one and it was delicious and very lightweight. Felt like I was in Italy..the fresh tomato paste, the fresh mushrooms, the cheese and most of all the base…Amazzzzinggg…I didn’t want it to be finished🤣. Will defo be visiting again InshAllah.

Wow. What a find. So many places have focused on looking good for Instagram these days, but this place has focused on taste. I was told this is real Italian style pizza and it absolutely was! I had the pepperoni pizza, but can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu. Halal too. Proper local gem 😍😍

Wasn't sure when I heard about the transitioning from noodles to pizza but then I tasted the pizza: this is the real deal. 48 hour fermented dough Neapolitan style but with a little extra crunch. Short menu done well. Garlic butter on the crust is a nice touch. Well done Walid

We had pizza from here yesterday, it was delicious!! A craft beer place (Overdraught) a few doors down allows you to bring food to eat so it was perfect! The pizza was-really well made, tasted fantastic and the person was really attentive and made it to order and even offered suggestions. Had lots of vegan options too 👍 Very reasonably priced too. Well worth a visit (or many if you live there) 😋😁

I had heard a lot of good things and wasn’t disappointed. Amazing pizza - really fresh and authentic. A wide range of interesting extra toppings available, and the service was 10/10. My new favourite local pizza place.

Scrumptious authentic Italian stone baked pizza. This place will taking over south Manchester in no time! Flavours, crunchy, soft, cheesy, and fresh. From start to finish absolutely finger licking goodness! I’ll be back!

THIS PIZZA IS THE BEST PIZZA IN MANCHESTER!!! Me and my wife absolutely loved it. The pizza was fresh and really reminds me and my wife of New Haven style of pizza which is in the USA. If you want proper American style pizza, this is the place to go! Really tasty and really fulfilling and better than all these other pizza places that are around in Manchester. It really reminded me and my wife of the famous Frank Pepes Pizza from New Haven CT, USA. Proper Neapolitan pizza. Real and authentic style of pizza. So good, definitely going there again and the owner was really nice, really great service. 10/10, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This little takeaway is absolutely lovely. Really generous servings and a really good price. A lot of these reviews are false reviews by delivery drivers. This takeaway will not give your food to a delivery driver who doesn’t have a bag, as it will go cold.

I'd been a big fan of this place for a few years, it was my go-to local takeout. The second to last time I visited though, I'd been given some suspicious chopsticks - looked a little grubby but I thought nothing of it Then the last time I went, as I left I asked for some chopsticks and the owner handed me a pair. On the way out I noticed the paper was already torn, and I thought I better check because of last time I pulled the chopsticks out and they were honestly vile. Covered in pieces of food. I immediately stepped back in and held them up in shock, I said "can I get some new ones". He snatched them outta my hand and insisted they are new, as he handed over some actually new ones. I followed up with "no I mean unused", laughing - still in shock as I've been a loyal customer and couldn't believe what was happening. He carried on saying no they're definitely new just some of the packs are open How much are you saving on re-using chopsticks mate? They must be so cheap, and they're made out of wood so they absorb food and saliva. It's the most disgusting scrotey practise I've ever seen and you can't even do me the courtesy of apologising when I catch you at it Szechuan beef vermicelli goes hard though so 2 stars

For £30 i anticipated a high end Chinese. Instead what i got was aload of rice,chips and noodles without a proportional amount of chicken. The wings they did serve with the meal were unspiced and dry, hugely disappointed. The salt and pepper chicken was tasty but i counted and i got 14 bites. Probably be my last time ordering from here feel a little ripped off.

I helped him do food delivery He said he do not allow cyclist to do delivery. I said pls tell me staff member name to help me communicate with the delivery platform. He just shouted me get out. He was extremely impolite and rude. No sympathy to courier. I heard other customers complaint that if you leave a negative feedback here, they would report to Google to hide your comments instead of review their products/ service. shameless guys!

Unfortunately, we were not happy last week. We have ordered from here several times, for large orders, but we have all noticed that the large snack boxes become "less big" each time (we even weighed them to make sure) and now only have a small sauce pan inside instead two. Additionally, the meat and vegan meat alternatives tasted chewy, as if they had been left in a hot pan for hours, and the noodles were overcooked and mushy. What a shame, this was our 'go-to' takeaway but we couldn't justify spending almost £70 on food we barely ate and most of it ended up in the bin. 2/5 - Very disappointed. Delivery was fast (probably because the food was pre-cooked), although the delivery driver had difficulty finding me. The delivery guy complaint that he got treated rudely by takeaway staff member just because his food bags seem little bit old.

Small shop but really good food. The only downside is only accepting cash if buy there rather directly.

Wake Wake Noodles has good food and is also quite relaxing

Great customer service, extra big portions and he convinced me to try the Chinese chicken curry with egg noodles and he made it with extra spice for me. Would definitely recommend. 💯😎

Tried 1st time today and will definitely be a regular. Exactly what I was looking for. Taste 100%! Big portion sizes too!

Unfortunately we weren't happy this evening. We have ordered from here on numerous occasions, purchasing large orders, but we all noticed that the large munchies boxes are getting 'less large' each time (we even weighed them to be sure), and there is now only one small sauce pot inside rather than two. Also, the meat and vegan meat substitutes tasted quite chewy, as if they've been left in the hot hold for hours, and the noodles were overcooked and mushy. Such a shame, this was our 'go to' takeaway but we cannot justify spending almost £70 on food which we hardly ate, and mostly went into the bin. 2/5 - very disappointed. Delivery was quick (probably due to food being sat pre-cooked), despite the delivery driver struggling to find me, and taking five attempts at understanding the delivery code I was repeatedly stating.

Loved the oodon Noddles with chicken and siracha sauce. Good portion but bit on the pricy side.

So so so so good. Awesome food, massive portions, and they went the extra mile with service. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

Their was not much spice .... for me it was a fail. It was too boring the chips was too dry.

Amazing vegan options!! We got the mock beef teriyaki noodles, Szechuan mock chicken and rice and salt and pepper chips.... Absolutely delicious! Can't wait to go back to try more. The mock beef was soooo good, made from shitake mushrooms. The staff are so nice too! Great place, wholeheartedly recommend a visit.

We order from here all the time... they're our absolute go to take out! Food is perfect every time...vegan options are MINT and one portion of rice feeds me for 3 days! They once sent the wrong order and honestly had a fresh cooked replacement there in minutes - amazing customer service... 5* all round!!

Good portion size, very flavourful and fresh (as it should be). Dine in isn't very comfortable but apart that excellent.

Lovely staff and even better food. Well seasoned and fresh prepared in front of you. Bought the ho fan noodle with satay sauce and chicken. Flavour was absolutely delicious and the meal was appropriately portioned. Would definitely recommend. Note: place is cash only

Simple menu, but amazing food. So full of flavour. I I had fried rice with chicken, beef and king prawns, each of which was tender and tasty. Also, the spring onions and carrots in the rice were lovely, fresh and still crunchy.

Fantastic choice for vegetarians. Would recommend take out rather than dine in as there isn't many seats. Food tasted fresh and flavoursome, would definitely visit again.

Food was delicious, huge vegetarian/vegan options.. had the salt and pepper chicken, and the seitan chicken. Portions were huge and great value for money. Excellent service too!

Really good vegan stuff. Great portion sizes for the price, arrived really quick. Only slightly more expensive than panda garden, but the food is better and pretty much equivalent in portion sizes. Maybe a little too salty Very considerate staff: I ordered noodles with vegan squid, and the chef himself phoned me up to explain that the squid doesn't go well in the noodles, so he will (free of charge) fry them separately and put them on top.

Excellent food and service. Bought a 14" vegan munchie box and the owner kindly also gave me some vegan calamari to try. All thr food was freshly made, served hot and tasted amazing. Would definitely buy again!! Thank you!

Love it!!! Best egg noodle take away at Levenshulme. The price is probably a bit in the higher side but the taste outweighs it. And they give you sooo much you'll be full before you could eat the half of the stuff.

Food is good but you need take cash for food as this well established business doesn't have card machines to accept payments.. It's not hard to get a card payments now a days..

Situated on a busy road, so it can be tricky to get parking during rush hours if you drive. The menu on here is an old one so I asked for a new one and attached the photo here. I ordered vermicelli with king prawns. The taste was good, flavour was on point, biggest prawns I've had in a while. However, I asked for extra spicy and I think the gent may have forgot to relay it to the chef. Personally, I'd prefer the vermicelli to be a bit drier though. Portion was a bit small compared to other competitors who charges at a lower price point. It was cash only whilst I was there and the nearest cash point is the Tesco just few minutes walk down the road. Food was well packaged in a normal takeout box, then put into a paper bag. While paper bag is more ideal for environment, it was raining heavily and the paper bag can easily break if it got wet. Overall a very good experience, considering how difficult it is to find similar food places that are halal. Guy was super friendly, place was well cleaned.

Portion sizes are huge. Customer service is exceptional. Food is delicious. They have a great vegan and vegetarian menu as well. The owner is a great guy and the shop is always very clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

Such a nice clean place. All appropriate precautions taken such as adequate spacing masks and social distancing. Best of all were the noodles made fresh. Try their buttered chicken. And salt n pepper chips for sure. Thank you for a return to normality on a Saturday eve. Will be back for sure!

It's nice but I would be careful about the level of salt that is being added to the food.

Consistently delectable rice boxes. My personal favourite is the mixed meet rice box with oyster sauce (as it comes). This means you can enjoy the very fresh ingredients! But whilst You really don’t need the extra sauce, because everything is so fresh!, it really does add to it! I was recently encouraged to try the Singapore sauce and I am now in debate as to weather i name it my new favourite!

Just ordered here for the first time after friends and family saying I MUST try. I got the egg noodles with beef in black bean sauce and it was absolutely delicious!! The beef was great quality! I also got chicken wings and king prawns which were honestly the best I’ve ever had! Can not fault this place will 100% be the new take away for us! High Restaurant quality food! The staff who took our order were lovely and as I’m abit of a trip away for delivery there was no issue and the food came hot! I could eat all over again.
