Very good atmosphere and an excellent range of games, so even if you have to wait for a game there will be another one available to play. Staff is very friendly as well.

Me and my friend went to this venue to play a couple of games of pool, and were surprised by the customer service Jimmy and David both warmly and enthusiastically provided. There were two options of pool table to play on, and they were fantastic. Great venue, great location and great staff. Again Jimmy and David were both incredle.

Came in for a game of bowling on the last day of our trip to Manchester. We paid for our game at the machines directly inside the entrance, then headed in. It was only after we’d got inside that we discovered we could’ve paid 50% less because I have a student card, but this wasn’t advertised anywhere, nor was there an option on the machine. I explained this to a lady at the desk, and all she could suggest was for me to buy MORE activities at a discounted rate, rather than refunding me 50% of what I’d just paid. We did eventually get the refund, but not without a bit of a push back from the staff member. The bowling itself was good; the lights and effects made it very fun and modern feeling. We did have a few issues with the lanes breaking down and balls not returning, but this was fixed within a few minutes each time. It would be good to have an ‘assistance needed’ button on the bowling, similar to Hollywood Bowl, because it’s a really long walk back to the desk each time something goes wrong, which gets annoying. All in all, the actual experience was good, but the staff experience was worthy of 1*, so this did affect it.

We really enjoyed our activities at Roxy! Rachel was absolutely amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we had a fun night.

The environment was great the communication between staff especially with Teya was excellent, clear, precise and friendly and she was always available. The games were well set out and you won't be over-entrenching on other people's games. 11/10 will return.
