This is what 28 pounds gets you these days. A supposed sharing plate which poorly failed to live up to its branding. It also came to the table within 5 minutes, room temperature. Truly disappointing. I obviously don’t go to a pub to get good food and I totally understand that prices have gone up everywhere and portions have become smaller as businesses struggle. But I just wish kitchens would put a little bit of effort into it. Our dirty plates were also never cleared as we finished our wine. Again, a reflection of how the general level of service in pubs has come down everywhere.

Nice local pub selling unpretentious but very tasty pub food. We had burger (with egg for the Kiwi hubby) and Caesar salad. Reasonable prices. Only one real ale which was good, and the house white was very drinkable and, again, reasonably priced.

Frankly no taste of cappuccino And those who took the girl in the cold even less

Great pub, Great drink selection, Great crowd and Great Atmosphere… the only downside was the barman… Big guy, dark skin, I believe his name was Paul… made weird comments towards us and constantly looked at us with strange eye contact throughout the evening… I don’t know if he was drunk or what but he wouldn’t leave us alone and made our experience so uncomfortable we had to leave just to get away from him and even as we tried to exit he then tried to get our personal contact information… such a weird strange man… I wouldn’t come back here if I see him working… otherwise it’s great place to be

The Best Sunday Roast; We made a ransom stop and had the beat Sunday Roast lunch. We’ve now put it on our BEST list. I highly recommend specially if your local. Fantastic atmosphere, service and food.

The vanilla custard doughnut was pure heaven! Soft, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweetness. Definitely coming back.

The portion of food is too small for the amount you pay. They say salad bowl but it’s on a small plate with little amount of food. Very disappointed.

Top location, fantastic, atmospheric venue with great views for a memorable milestone birthday lunch. Staff were very accommodating, helpful and polite, including providing exclusive use of the "Crows Nest" room for the event. Good quality food at reasonable prices.

I am a regular customer of Costa. I have visited several shops, but for me, this particular Costa is the best because of their excellent service and the friendly behavior of the staff. I ordered a coffee and some snacks and received instant service with a warm gesture. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate their prompt service. The environment was attractive. As a customer, I would rate this shop 10/10. I can’t wait to visit again soon.

What a great find! This place had an atmosphere to match the food. Estphenie was serving us and certainly brought the energy! We loved everything about Jalisco, the staff were amazing and the food was exceptional! What a place!

This place has closed down the owner made it so expensive and the food was rubbish in the end that it closed down. The staff were lovely and hope they went on to better things
