A great choice for burger lovers. I tried both the beef and chicken with buffalo sauce. They were both tasty, but the beef was too oily for me, so I liked the chicken more. The chicken strips were really good, and the truffle fries were delicious too. The burger is big, so I recommend sharing it if you’re not too hungry.

I’m a regular at GRB: the food and service here are outstanding. I’ve been served by Dragana several times and she is always so friendly and accommodating. You can tell the burgers are made from high quality ingredients, cooked well :)

Sensational experience, we travelled from Sydney,Australia to London and could not go back home without tasting Gordon Ramsay's hamburgers 10 out of 10

Came in for lunch excited to try something with Gordon's name attached to it. Had I read the reviews I would have steered clear. Instead I ended up with a very solid burger with high quality ingredients and great flavours which should be expected since you'll be paying at least double the amount you would expect to pay for something like it. My main complaint is the fact that it wasn't a smash burger like described, more like a "slightly flattened" burger which just ended up being normal sized patties like the ones you'd get at a McDonalds. My friend ordered the sweet potato fries which were great but it was quite disappointing when you discover that the large silver cup they bring them to you in is mostly filled with air and you only end up with barely a handful of fries. I will not be returning here anytime soon.

We had a dinner here for the 2nd time and was another great experience. Foods were great and enough to feel full and the waitresses were so kind always asked if we needed anything etc. Those whom think its too expensive for a few burgers and onion rings go to mcdonalds then😀 Highly recommended place!!🥰

I had lunch with my wife at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant in Harrods. While the prices are quite high, the quality of the burger and lobster roll fell far short of Gordon’s usual standard. The burger was overly dry and underwhelming. I wouldn’t recommend it—there are plenty of excellent burger options in the area that offer better value and taste.

The beef burger I would recommend. Had the chicken burger which was a bit too sour and fell apart. The Parmesan fries are a must try omg.

Had what appeared to be a piece of tooth or bone in my burger. No comp no apology just an attempt to explain it. Didn't even take my soda off the bill, paid full price. Waiter who served me however was great, very attentive and nice. I had to send the burger back. He offered to replace it but by the time I found it I was 75% done. Manager seemed annoyed I complained, but basing that purely off facial expressions so could be wrong! I'm based in Australia and this burger wouldn't even register in the top 100 I've had around Melbourne. First time at a GR restaurant and unfortunately very disappointing as I'm a huge GR fan! Might be worth him popping in to review it Hells Kitchen style. Again, the waiter who served me was fantastic and deserves props. This review is solely based on what was in the food, how it was (or wasn't) resolved, and the quality of the food. No photo as I initially had no intention of reviewing and let bygones, but felt slighted by how it was handled. Oh, and paid roughly 90 Australian dollars for a burger, Chicken tenders and a coke. Prices were outrageous for sub par food, even still questionable for great food, which it was not.

The burger was certainly tasty, but man, man, what a lot of money for a coke (small bottle), milkshake, portion of chicken pieces, burger and fries.

Great service and the burger was amazing. Had a great birthday meal here and head chef Gio even came out to wish me happy birthday! Would recommend to everyone

We had both regular beef burgers and the chicken burger. The chicken was surprisingly juicy and flavorful, while the beef burger was a bit too dry—especially for a burger in this price range. The prices are quite steep, with burgers close to £30. On top of that, there's a £1 service charge per guest, as well as a seemingly mandatory 12.5% service fee?? Very unclear why these charges aren't simply included in the menu prices. That said, the food was tasty, but I'm not sure it fully justified the high cost. The restaurant was also very crowded, and the noise level was quite high, which made it hard to have a comfortable conversation.

This branch is not good for somereason, I have eve tried Gordan Ramsay in Las Vegas and it was the best burger of my life, but this one not even close tbh.

With it being a Gordon Ramsay restaurant, my expectations were naturally high. The service was good – we were seated straight away, offered drinks and menus, and given some helpful recommendations. The food arrived quickly and looked appealing. However, I was disappointed as soon as I bit into the burger – it was very dry and lacked flavour. The wings were decent, but nothing special. What really shocked me was the price: nearly £100 for two burgers and some wings. I get that it’s in Harrods, but at that price point, you’d expect top-quality food – and this was far from it. Honestly, if the food had delivered, I wouldn’t have minded the cost. But in this case, it just didn’t live up to the name or the price tag. Gordon really needs to focus on getting his own restaurant right before trying to fix others.

Terrible value for money, the sandwich is good but with these prices (26.50 pounds minimum price) you expect much much more. The raw materials are common, little choice and it doesn't give you the possibility to decide how to cook the burger. The best thing were the chips the same ones you find everywhere, but here at exaggerated prices. Definitely to avoid

Food was terrible had the smash burger, it was chewy and one of the worst I’ve had. The price for the quality of food was a joke!

The burger was not good unfortunately. The bread was a bit dry & the meat was nothing special. Overall a bit dissatisfied. & it is too expensive! The service was great & the hostess was really nice!

London is absolutely off the chain ridiculous with its prices for ho-hum food. This place was no exception. Went to Harrod’s with my son and we gave this place a try. I had the Winter Salad with chicken. Chicken was bland af. The salad was a typical salad. His burger was meh. Service was essentially non existent. Took longer to wait for the check than it did to sit, look at menu, order, and eat. $113 US dollars for lame food. Par for the course here… For all our faults, no one tops US for food options, quality, and service. Can go to a Chilis for a $10 burger that is bigger and better than this one.

I had a fantastic experience at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant. The Hellfire Wings were packed with bold flavor and just the right amount of heat, while the smash burger was cooked to perfection,juicy, flavorful, and satisfying. A special shoutout to Dragana, who provided top notch service. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was spot on. Her hospitality truly made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back!

Nice set out restaurant. That's where it ends .one burger,nine chips.two dips,and onion rings.as you eat your burger,and none chips,you can see, a small oil slick starting to run from the onion rings.the burger is just a stodgy mass,of tasteless nothing .the fancy named curry sauce, is just cold and spicy,nothingness. nine chips is a joke .for the amount that it costs,I beg you not to even go there.a total rip off.

Fabulous service, gorgeous food

We had an amazing time and above the delicious food, Rafaella was simply outstanding, so charming and incredibly efficient serving us! We will definitely go back from Mexico and look for her in our next visit to London! Gracias amiga.

We went to Gordon Ramsay restaurant today and ordered an American cheese burger and the Oklahoma burger. I would say it was very average and not worth the price at all! I won't go there a second time...

Seriously one of the most amazing and magical experiences, the staff’s were incredible inviting suggested me to go for the French Onion Burger which was seriously so delicious I came back for more. All I’m going to say is Brava Brava Huge thanks to Gaga and Lauretta who welcomed me with open arms. I will highly recommend this place 10/10

I encountered an unfortunate experience with one of the waitresses who was very rude to my 1 year old and our family.. However the hostess Dragana was an absolute breath of fresh air during this time. Much thanks to her for her warm accommodation and kindness.

Hell's kitchen buger was amazing. Really good quality and definitely worth the price. I would highly recommend it if not tried before.

Completely disappointed by the quality of food and service! Chef Ramsay needs to do Kitchen Nighmare show here. We had burgers, Caesar salad with shrimp and onion rings, everything lacked flavor. Service started outstanding then our server disappeared and we were forgotten. We had to flag down a server for drinks, and condiments. Been to many other Chef Ramsay restaurants and this did not come close on what you would expect. Overly priced for terrible food.

So I am a irregular at Harrods and this restaurant knows me Gaga has always looked after me. She is so kind even to the extent that she recognises me and the people I come with . She is awesome. She’s the reason I always come back because of her service and her kindness. Emily is just as good.

3 burgers + hot dog + chips +2 bottles of water £140! That said , the burgers are really good quality- we had sweet potato chips ( without sugar !) and they were delicious. Service level seems to depend on how much you are spending .

Their burger and onion rings are really good. I also appreciate that we were given a heads up on the waiting time 'cos of the long queue. However, what I did not appreciate is how expensive it is! You would not notice how expensive because of all the additional charges. On top of 12.5% service charge that we weren't even asked if we want to pay or pay in full, they also have a 'cover charge' on top of that! We paid £70 to £80 just for 2 burgers and onion rings!

Food was delicious, as we expected, but we were so pleasantly surprised with stuff. Their were so kind, especially lady called Dragana. Next time we come in London we would definitely come here again….

I ate next level burger. Meat should be much softer. It is a very hard meat. Bread is good, souce is good, home made ketchup is ok, meat should be much much better. Not worth tom to pay 50.

Tables that barely fit a family, The staff cooky and rude The burger is terrible! We couldn't eat it. I told the manager that it tasted weird, and he shrugged his shoulder and said that it was made with cured meat and not for everyone's taste. And we got changed the same. I think Mr GR should do an episode of Hell's Kitchen on his franchise.

The burger was worth every calorie. We walked to it which contributed to more hunger. It satisfied every craving you may have.

I am a huge fan of Gordon Ramsay, but i have to say the truth, we were 4 of us , we all had food poisoning , couldnt sleep, we woke up 4 am , throwing up all what we eat 2 Oaklahoma smash burgers and 2 cauliflower VG burgers. The meat was so rubbery , felt like am eating plastic, everytime i remember it i feel to throw up again, The only good thing about this place is the lady that works there, unfortunately i dont know her name, she is brunette with dark hair, she is very nice and friendly.

The burger is not good, they did not ask how I wanted the meat and it was really well done. Not tasty, the potatoes were good. The waiters were not rude, but not kind. I won’t come back. 40 pounds in the waste.

Good burger but no wow factor, especially for the prices that are really ridiculous.

We visited Gordon Ramsey Burger & Shake bar at Harrods today (31st Dec) and was very disappointed with the burgers. I had the farm burger which was very dry and overcooked, to the point where I just could not chew any more and had to leave it. The burger was quite well done and so hard round the edges, I was so please we were given sharp knives ! I know pancetta is dry but this was so dry it was crispy and I had to used my pot of mayonnaise to try and soften it. At over £100 for the two of us it was quite expensive and I would have expected to be able to eat my food. We were there at the end of November and really enjoyed our burgers so today was a big let down. I know I should have complained at the time but the staff were really busy. We had already waited quite some time for a table and then for our order to be taken and food to be delivered.

The MOST 4* experience. Food is good, service is good, atmosphere is ok. This is an experience to try a Gordon Ramsay restaurant at a reasonable price. The burgers are tasty and the bun is superb, but you can find a better burger anywhere else. The truffle fries and sweet potato fries are very good. The onion rings are lacklustre. The atmosphere is fine but ultimately this restaurant is plugged into one of the shopping floors - it does not feel like a Gordon Ramsay restaurant atmosphere. Probably won’t come here again but it was a pleasant experience.

I remembered this place fondly…until today. Such a shame. From arrival, the service was awkward. If anything I felt as if the staff couldn’t wait for us to leave. We were sat next to couples with babies and after they left, more couples with babies arrived. I really do not believe that infants should be allowed in this restaurant. They cry and they don’t eat anything in the restaurant. The couple next to me were also kind enough to ignore their child to the point that he began banging his head repeatedly on my table. The moment I saw a high chair brought out for this kid, I knew the experience had taken a turn for the worse. The burger, which I have praised previously was very disappointing. There was no seasoning whatsoever. It was truly a chore to eat, to the extent that I could not finish it. My experience was so disappointing I requested the service charge to be removed from my bill. A bill which was over £200 to that point! Very disappointing. This establishment was previously a 3 star minimum.

Terrible food and very expensive. Complained and given some free salad to try & take the greasy taste away.Made us feel quite ill actually. Complained again but all they would remove from the bill was the service charge. Horrible experience- yuk

The atmosphere and decor are good and comfortable. I love the bench seating. But the overall feel just didn't capture me. I was hoping for something more special and cosy. It was a bit the same experience with the burger. It was tasty and it was an ample portion; however, it didn't dazzle my tastebuds. I ordered the Oklahoma Smash, and I enjoyed the flavours, but the hamburger patties were very tough, overcooked. That was particularly disappointing. You just expect better from a pricey hamburger. I was impressed, though, with the homemade pickles/gerkhins on the burger. I could tell they were homemade (not from a jar) because when I was a little girl, I made pickles with my grandma, and the flavour and consistency on the Ramsay pickles were just like my grandma's. The onion rings were superb! They were freshly-made and very yummy. I would go back here just for the onion rings, because freshly-made onion rings are very hard to find in the UK. The iced tea was brewed in-house. As an American, I was excited about this. I was a bit disappointed, though, when it arrived because it was British style iced tea, meaning that lemon juice and sugar were mixed in with the tea. American style is just plain brewed tea with a lemon wedge on the rim. Then you can squeeze in just a bit of lemon and add your desired amount of sugar. Oh well. This wasn't a huge deal, but it would be nice to have the option. Finally, the service was very good. The waitress was on top of it and was very friendly. I wish I had gotten her name. We tipped her well.

100 euros for 2 tasteless blue cheese burgers with overcooked meat with 1 fries for 2 at 9.50 pounds and 2 tiny cokes, it hurts a lot. It is INCONCEIVEABLE NOT TO BE ABLE TO CHOOSE YOUR MEAT COOKING IN A BURGERS RESTAURANT!!!! In addition, Gordon Ramsay dares to charge 1 pound per person and 12.5% ​​service! In short, we really regretted having wasted 100 euros on such a mediocre meal. Run away!!!!

I ordered the chicken burger, first one was cold. New order arrived but there was so little chicken in the batter that I just pushed it aside. I will never go there again. Very disappointed.
