Gordon Ramsay Burger in Kensington and Chelsea

Vinimos aquí para mi almuerzo de cumpleaños, así que estaba deseando. Tenía grandes expectativas, pero me quedé abrumado. Supusimos que como la mayoría de los restaurantes de hamburguesas vendrían bien hechos al menos. Sin embargo estaban crudos y la carne estaba muy roja (foto adjunta). Las patatas estaban frías, sin condimentos en la mesa. Nos quejamos cuando la camarera finalmente vino a preguntar cómo estaba nuestra comida, sin embargo, para entonces solo queríamos irnos. Muy decepcionante. Gordon Ramsey necesitas mejorar tu juego, especialmente en un establecimiento tan alto como Harrods.

Personale gentile e cortese, cibo buono. Ci siamo goduti questa comoda sosta tra un hamburger e una ceasar salad con pollo. Ottimo anche gli shake a fine pasto

My Husband and I came here from Australia, having high expectations. We ordered onion rings and fries plus a coffee. Apparently you are supposed to book your seat before arriving? Extremely hard to find this Restaurant with limited signage. Service very ordinary and also super expensive for what you are served. Once we received the bill, the “optional service fee of 12.5%” was added plus another fee, totalling 7Pounds over the cost of our bill. We couldn’t believe these extra charges when nothing was mentioned in the outside menu, or when we were seated. I think you would call it highway robbery. Definitely overrated and a disappointing experience. Save your money and go somewhere where you will receive better service and better food for a reasonable price. Very sad to say, I would NOT recommend this restaurant.

The food it was great the burger juicy and the hot dawgs was exquisite, however the food were way to big and fatty the burger itself was around 1600 cal and the milkshakes were way to big, the hot dawgs (dogs ) were good but giant again. But the most thing I hated of this restraint was that the wait time was way to long , it took almost 1/5 hours to finish the meal . Atmosphere was really nice 80s vibe

It was the best burger I tried in London without a doubt. We ordered the American burgers and my Mum and I both enjoyed them very much. The only thing we didn’t like was the cheese dip that came with Hellfire chicken, it was strong to our taste. That probably because we were not used to that strong flavour-being non-europeans. We also had the corn dip which was lovely and different. The other thing I liked is the use of vegetables and leaves in GR’s dishes. Healthy & tasty!

Despite the negative reviews, we went there this evening. We didn't have a reservation and got a table for 2 without a problem. Honestly, we ate really well. Everything was perfect. The burgers and fries were really good. The bill was commensurate with the service. For my part, I recommend going there and we found it very easily.

The staff were really kind and friendly. On the restaurant host’s recommendation, we tried both the Ribs Burger and the Hell’s Kitchen Burger, and we absolutely loved them. The Parmesan truffle chips were also delicious and complemented the meal perfectly. Overall, a great dining experience!

Disappointed. I ordered the chicken burger, had to send it back as it looked very pink and undercooked. I was told it was the spices that make it that colour. Asked for a new one and what arrived was a burger bun with a piece of chicken the size of a small chicken strip which was dark and gristly. Bless the waitress who was great and removed the plate and took it off the bill. I left hungry and disappointed.

We sat here for coffee and desert even though this isn’t a place for coffee but it was pretty nice kind of unexpected. Even if you just want to go to a coffee shop I would recommend this place.

A Caesar salad without anything, 2 croutons and expensive

Stipulation. I am a really big fan of this guy. That's why I walked past all sorts of great food courts and restaurants at Harrod's to have one of his hamburgers. What a disappointment! Look at the pictures others have posted. The things look magnificent. In fact, I'd buy one of these just for the bun. However, it is actually a dry, nearly flavorless meal, that left a slightly bad taste in my mouth. The bun could be a prop at a west end show. You have exactly one option for how its cooked. Thoroughly. Cooking meat really thoroughly seems to be the specialty here. The sliced tomato and lettuce, were very nice. Two really awful hamburgers, two soft drinks and an order of onion rings will set you back $108 U.S. on a good day. Sadly, I'll never see that money again. Bottom line, I'd love to see someone pull a Gordon Ramsey on his kitchen.

Yes. I did eat all 5 pieces of chicken. There is a but. Water glass had a gamey smell as if it was not sanitized. Waitress took my appetizer order. I told her that I would order a burger later. She must have forgotten as she cleard my chicken wing plate and did not ask if I wanted to order a burger. I assume she decided I need to go on a diet and only eat a 5 wing appetizer. The wings plate looked good even if I feel that it was overdone with unreadable garnishes. Who wants to eat raw chillies, raw onions, or raw cilantro? But, it looked good. For almost 14 British pounds, 5 pieces of what tasted like frozen, then thawed out, then billed, then breaded and fried is pricy. The chicken must have been in a very salty brine for a long time. The hot sauce which I asked to be put on the side was tasty. But, salty. Same for the blue cheese sauce. Overall. Not what I expected from restaurant bearing the name of chef Ramsay. If hired as a consultant, I would recommend more focus on food quality than food (Bling, Bling) . Bling brought me in. Food will not bring me back. WOW. 5 B. POUNDS FOR SMALL BOTTLE OF Water. With dirty glass? Amazingly bold.

Sorry for Gordon Ramsey to be associated with this establishment. 1st order of Truffle fries came out not hot. 2nd order ..... I would prefer McDonald's. Explains bad reviews. Our mistake for not reading ahead of time. Save your $.

“Rib burger” The best burger I've ever eaten.

Not pleased with the food. Got a Caesar salad and wasn’t happy with the taste of fish inside. The fries tasted odd - not typical to a burger joint at all. Had 5 different waiters at the table all doing different jobs and just overall too expensive vs quality / taste of food.

The whole experience was amazing! Gaga was amazing and super friendly from the start when she seated us. The service was attentive and friendly (as usual) and the food is just the best! Great experience overall. Thank you and I will be back again soon!

This was awful. My glass was dirty. They didn't have the wine or offer any others to match the price. Service was awful considering they weren't even busy. Our waiter was awful, we clearly asked to cancel the wine and she ended up cancelling the whole entire order so we were sat there for 20 minutes with no food for drinks. Considering it was Gordon Ramsey we went with high expectations but it was truly a Trainwreck.. just an average burger. For the price of about 40 McDonald's cheeseburgers.. Highly don't recommend coming here.. The chicken was also disgusting and everything was overpriced!! This was so the horrendous, horrific dining experience ever. Wouldn't recommend upon my worst enemy. If I could give it zero stars I would. 👎

Gordon offers fantastic food! You might have to wait in line for a little while to get a table but it's worth it. The staff has a good level of service and the food is served fairly quickly. The food is in a higher price level. In other words, amazing food!!

Great burger, waitstaff looks like you're annoying them.

we heard about this place and the famous Gordon's chain of restaurants, and booked a table, we were greeted warmly, offered to sit at our table, there were crumbs from previous visitors on the seats, it seemed strange to me for a three-Michelin star restaurant, otherwise it was very tasty, the approximate price for a burger is 19-30 pounds

I ordered their signature 1849 burger which is amazing I really like it. The beef was very well cooked this evening was very good as. It’s in Harrods so not a lot of people were queueing or waiting, which is a plus.

At Harrods. Who has a burger restaurant and only cooks the burger well done? Apparently Gordo does! Really? ‘We require that because the meat is brought in from outside” huh? See wine pour foto: mini glass and Mini pour! 5 stars for a very friendly staff!! Burger was like roadkill!! Thank god for Bleu cheese!!

Sadly disappointing, and doesn’t live up to the hype. American Burger: over all, not much flavor. I expected a little more, especially from the sauce. The only redemptive feature was the juicy patty, but still bordering on the “slightly below average” to “average” rating. The brioche bun looks nice, but between the meat juice and vegetables, it did not hold up well and quickly became soggy. Just Fries: that’s exactly what they were…just fries. I’ve had better tasting fries at other chain burger restaurants. Beer-battered Onion Rings: smelled good and looked good, but they were very greasy. The bottom ring had a puddle of grease under it. I was not able to eat the last ring. I didn’t pick up any chipotle in the chipotle ketchup offered as dipping sauce. I was expecting a smoke flavor with a slight kick in spice…nothing. Classic Shake - coffee: probably the best item I ordered. The shake was very consistent, not too thick and not too thin. The coffee flavoring was a bit on the weak side, but still detectable. Overall, I expected so much more for shelling out over £60 for food and fees for one person. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone, unless they really wanted to eat at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. The food was overpriced for the average to less than average quality. I’ve had better at Gordon Ramsay Plane Food at Heathrow Airport.

Many restaurants in this area were closed between lunch and dinner, so after a long train ride we were just happy to find somewhere to eat. We both ordered the Hellfire Chicken Salad and truffle fries. The fries were good, the salads were awful. I immediately noticed how much water was in the bowl (apparently they don't have a salad spinner). The menu said it would be grilled chicken breasts but there were no grill marks, it looked poached and was flavorless. On top of that the avocado was brown. With the service charge, we spent over $95 on this very mediocre meal. I was expecting much better.

We decided recently to try the Gordon Ramsay burger at the Harrod unfortunately, it was very average experience and intern with the hype and the name at first the burgers were very average and taste, and they were overcooked while we have explicitly requested for medium books came and unable for three burgers. We paid 200 pounds. I don’t think we’re coming back again

I recently visited Gordon Ramsay Burger and had an amazing experience. I ordered the Hellfire Chicken Wings, Truffle ‘Mac & Cheese’, Hell’s Kitchen Burger, Blue Cheese Burger, and Croquettes. Each dish was a delight. The Hellfire Chicken Wings had the perfect amount of spice, the Truffle ‘Mac & Cheese’ was creamy and indulgent, and both burgers were cooked to perfection with juicy patties and flavourful toppings. The Croquettes were crispy on the outside and deliciously soft on the inside. The service was top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They ensured that we had everything we needed and checked in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our meal. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming. Whether you’re a burger enthusiast or just looking for a great meal, this place is definitely worth a visit.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ I recently tried the Gordon Ramsay Burger at Harrods in London, and it was an average experience. 🍔 The burgers were okay but didn't quite live up to the hype or the high price tag. They lacked that special flavor or wow factor I was expecting from a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. The service was fine, but nothing stood out as exceptional. For the price and the name, I was hoping for a more memorable meal. If you're at Harrods and curious, it's worth a try, but don't expect anything extraordinary. 🤷‍♂️

We had a nice diner planned at this restaurant for our first day in London. Sadly our train had a delay of 5 hours due to an accident on route. We called the restaurant 6 hours before our reservation to notify them that we were not able to make it due to the powerfullness of the delay. (We also requested a change in reservation but this was not possible without the 30 pound cancellation fee). Anyone would expect that there would be some understanding for this inconvienience, however, Harrods still maintains their 30 pound fee for a cancellation (nice way to earn money). I'm sure the food is great, but compassion is not part of this restaurants menu. Ramsay, is this really how you want to show compassion? Maybe rediscuss the policy of Harrods!

We wanted to try the experience. The burgers are first class, the truffle fries excellent and their beer very light. Being very full, the service was late and hasty which is hardly justified by the very high price paid in the end (three burgers, a pack of truffled chips, two of normal chips, two bottles of natural water and two small beers = 175 pounds ). The choice is yours!

The food was good, but the service was never good. No matter how many times we called them, they didn't come, and only one friendly male employee came to us. Is it because we are Asian? Plus, white people who came later took the order first. We waited for over 10 minutes to place the order. The staff was too slow and unfriendly. Some Indian employees were especially unfriendly

Had the mac and cheese croquettes,.lamb burger and mango cocktail! Was amazing, the service and staff were outstanding! I would definitely go back here, was a bit pricey but totally worth it!! Highly recommend this place.

Gordon we love you however we were disappointed. Good points : burger was very tasty Bad points : extremely expensive we paid £29 for a burger . 200ml coke is almost £5 Your fries are NOT fresh , bog standard frozen fries WHY ? For the price you charge surely you can make some freshly cut fries ? Also why on earth do you charge table charges £1 per person on top of a 12.5% service charge ?

We had a great experience! The food was good, the service was amazing, everything you could ask for. Dominic served us today, and he turn the music off during athan, which I don’t see happening in a lot of British restaurants. That’s all.

The burger shop is located in the middle of Harrods, but the prices were ok. The burgers were really great, the Wagyu burger was also great, there was a lot of truffle on the fries. The reordering of drinks was a bit slow. The staff were very friendly!

Mixed Experience at Gordon Ramsay burger The Hell’s Kitchen’s beef burger was a disappointment. The meat was low quality and lacked seasoning. I'd rate it 4/10. However, the garnish combination on top was phenomenal, deserving a full 10/10. On a brighter note, the spicy lamb burger was juicy and tasty, perfectly complemented by the chosen garnish. It gets a solid 9/10 from me. In summary, the restaurant could significantly improve by enhancing the quality of the beef patties, especially since it's a burger-focused establishment. Shout out to the staff—they were very attentive and respectful throughout our visit.

We found this place quite by accident on the top floor of a shopping center. Surprisingly few people. Very tasty hamburger and liked the service.

Restaurant in the center of Hardoz A tidy, clean and elegant place We ordered a plain chicken burger. There were no additions to our order. Crunchy zebon and coriander. We asked for it to be divided in half. The most delicious Caesar salad I have ever eaten in my life. It was very delicious and balanced, with thin slices of apple and we ordered it without chicken. Sweet hummus with a special mixture, comes with pieces of bread Delicious crispy fried potatoes

The quality of the meat is extremely dry and poor, the only thing is perfect is the bun and the sauce.. i will not come again unfortunately Gordon, close the shop.

I brought my son and his aunt here for lunch on a trip to Harrods. Lunch cost £50 per head. This was a London tourist experience for us. The food was impeccable. The onion rings were amazing. We ate everything we ordered - three burgers, two sides of chips and one onion rings and two drinks each. It made for a fun experience.

I got the forest burger and could only get half of it down. The onion rings were good. Incredibly expensive but I guess it’s a tourist trap. Was not expecting this from a brand that markets itself as being of the best quality and experience. The staff was great though and very attentive.

I took my 10 year old granddaughter on a vacation to London, Harrods was a must stop. I didn’t think ahead and neglected to make reservations. I tried my luck at the tea room. The staff was so snobbish and dismissive. As we are leaving we see Gordon Ramsey Burgers. My granddaughter has no idea who Gordon is but she wants a burger. I do know who Ramsey is so I tell her I’ll try to get us a table. Shyly an approach the hostess. This beautiful lady with a kind smile greeted us. I explain that I neglected to make a reservation but if there was a possibility that we could get a table for two. He said give me a minute let me see what I can do. She comes back and said I can seat you now and I’m giving you my favorite table. Her name was Gaga, what a contrast to the other servers we encountered at the Tea Room. She even checked back to make sure everything was to our liking. People like Gaga make an experience memorable. Now the food, it’s was sooooooo good I just wished I was a bigger appetite to be able to eat everything. All our food was prepared perfectly. Truffle fries are a must! Prices where good.

Usually when i go to harrods i eat in my favorite restaurant in the food hall ( the grill ) but i was craving burgers that day which available in the grill restaurant but i thought why don’t i try Gordon Ramsy burger in 4th floor , i wish i didn’t, i ordered double smashed burger , onion rings and fries, the first bite of the burger was a shock to me cause it was hard it has rubbery texture , then i tried the fries, i couldn’t finish eating a single one , there was awful taste maybe from the oil they use , then i tried a quarter piece of the onion ring that also had the same awful oily taste , i was shocked nothing tastes good, i finished my whole cola just to wash the bad tastes I experienced, i asked the waiter for the check and he never even asked if there is something wrong with my order, he just asked if i want to food for takeaway , really overrated and i don’t recommend this place to anyone , the only good thing about this place is the picture of the burger that i took .

We walked past Gordon Ramsay’s burger and the reason to try was because of Kitchen Nightmares. The Hell’s Kitchen burger was fabulous. The bun was toasted/grilled on the cut side with butter and the beef patties were juicy and tender with fresh mozzarella. Love my first bite of the hell’s burger. 🍔 Beer-battered Onion Rings was one of my favourite dishes. Thick onion coated with thin and crispy batter. Truffle 'Mac & Cheese’ Croquette was surprisingly tasty. Definitely will visit again.

DO NOT GO HERE! Don’t waste your money. Thought it was going to be great because of name and atmosphere, but hugely disappointed for a 25£ Burger. Food looked good and then it went down hill. Bone in chicken burger- hurt my gums and tooth. Beef burger was raw and had to send it back. Then waited another 15 minutes for replacement to come. Asked for extra napkins and they only gave us the cup napkins for us and not the proper napkins. Then the bill came and they had put the “tip” in automatically as a service charge. No service recovery offered, nothing!! What a joke…

First time at GR Burgers and it’s was immense, everything was so tasty and I’m not usually a burger fan but I’m a convert. We ordered the Hells Kitchen and the Blue Cheese Burger, the absolute to die for Truffle and sweet potato fries. Not only was the food just amazing but how the service from Dragana was more than 5*. At the end of the meal she came to the table with a birthday surprise for my partner which we did not expect at all. Just the perfect touch to the meal and service. Thank you Team Gordon @ Harrods.

This reminded me of an old Zellers store restaurant. The waitress was awful . We had just eaten before coming across the restaurant and wanted to try it out . So we ordered small things from the menu. We had finger food. It was ok for finger food. Maybe I expected more. The prices were too much as we were paying exchange rate so everything onbthe menu was double for us . A 20 some dollar broker was now 40 something to me I wasn't prepared to pay that much. The waitress was awful she would smile and carry on conversation with other patrons who were clearly ordering more than us and was LESS THAN when she attended our table . Very disappointed I would give this restaurant 2 spoonfuls out of 5

The place is great! It's a burger joint, you do not expect to get a stake here or a lobster here. Everything was amazing, every penny was worth of it 👍

My experience at Gordon Ramsay Burger at Harrods was fantastic. I ordered a burger with onion rings, and it came with a side of fries. The taste was absolutely incredible, The service was excellent, adding to the overall enjoyment of my meal.

We hadn’t booked but managed to get a table , only one of us had a burger , one a chicken salad and one a starter plus fries , also we had a side order of onion rings , the food was excellent , the staff were friendly and professional especially when discussing my daughters aversion to coriander . Just loved everything about the whole experience , and the house ketchup was amazing , was told how it was made too 😀 it is expensive but was expected and worth it

You get what you pay for with this place. It tastes great and the staff are very friendly and professional, but naturally the prices are going to be extortionate - especially when chips on their own cost £9.50. Be prepared for a hefty bill (I already knew all of this beforehand), but it is worth it for the Gordon Ramsay experience.

Ordered the 1849 burger which was such a waste of A5 Kobe beef as the only cooking options are medium well and well done. Was reassured that the burger wouldn't be overcooked but severely disappointed with the food. The fries weren't much better, too thin and short. Goodman / Bleecker / The Connaught all serve a much better offering.

TOTAL CRAP- Ramsay should put this on his Kitchen Nightmares show. First let's start withe the poor slow service. The you find you can only have your burger well done of very well done! The burgers are dry and tasteless. We couldn't even eat them. The buns are good. We ate them with the lettuce and tomato. Fries- just meh. Fot 25 pounds a burger, i expect more than inedible! Both Harrods and Ramsay should be ashamed of serving such crap. Simply overpriced tourist trap.

Upscale Burger restaurant in Harrod’s department store. My wife had the cauliflower burger and two of us had their signature burger. Everything was excellent. A bit pricey, but you are in London, in Harrods, at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant.

The burger was cooked to perfection and was full of flavours. The ambiance chilled and cosy, adding to the overall enjoyment of the meal. I highly recommend trying it out if you're a burger lover.

I give it one star because the meat was super bad, very dry, too dry. The cook has no idea about the points of the meat, the rest was good, but the meat spoils everything, the potatoes were good

What a disappointment!! We love Gordon Ramsey restaurants everywhere!! Gordon Ramsey Burger really put a bad taste in our psyche for his restaurants now. We were appalled that this restaurant would not serve their burgers cooked ANY OTHER WAY than WELL DONE!!!! What is up with that? Even in London, even in Harrods......why in the world would Ramsey not let his customers decide how to have their burgers cooked and served? We ordered anyway....but were very close to walking out when the waitress told us "it was well done or take the highway" !!!! Ridiculous. The 6 pound priced iced tea was tolerable. The onion rings were dripping with grease. Almost inedible. Definitely will not return. Customer beware......well done only on those burgers here at Gordon Ramsey Burger in Harrods, in London. Did not even have the inclination to take any photos....imagine that!!

The best restaurant, and Dragana was the BEST HOST ever she was careful, the most beautiful and kind person ❤️ she has my heart and I enjoyed the food as if it was my first and last meal. We will for sure be back

Blue cheese burger had great flavor. But these onion rings - HIGHLY recommend. The best fried food I’ve tasted. Perfectly crunchy. Not soggy. The onion was thick but not too thick. The dippings sauces were flavorful, too. We also had a coffee shake. The depth of the flavors were wonderful. Highly recommend. The price was high. 27 pounds for a burger. 15 pounds for a kids meal. 12 pounds for a small shake. But the taste was worth it. You also pay for still water. Kids meal flavor of burger not really that great - the tomatoes and avocado that come with it though were quite nice. Fries were done fine but nothing special. They had a kids menu with two crayons.

In general the food was good. I tried the american burger, and my husband chose Korean chicken. For the sides we tried french fries and onion rings. In my opinion, I liked the taste of the burger, but if I come back again definitely I will order the onion rings. The taste was fabulous like no mistake. The staff were nice and helpful specifically Lilly, she was extremely helpful and courteous.

This restaurant was very mediocre at best which is not what I’d expect from a Gordon Ramsay place. We started with the Mac and cheese croquettes and they were actually excellent. I ordered the smash burger and it was so over dressed with sauces and cheese I had to use a knife and fork to eat it. Additionally the meat patties were strangely tough which I’m not even sure how that’s a thing with thin ground meat. I only ate about half of it. My wife got the yard bird burger which was was way better than mine but also drenched in sauces, it’s impossible to pick these things up without a massive mess. We asked for more napkins but only got 4 little drink napkins which were useless. I’ve eaten at this restaurant in Las Vegas and thought it was excellent, but in London it was a huge disappointment for me.

Good burger but nothing special. It's expencive and it's just beacuse of Gordon Ramsay's name! There are better options in London. It's worth trying though

Meh...a little underwhelmed by this place. Burgers were good, but what burger isn't, with melted cheese. I had the squash salad with chicken (extra fee) and goats cheese (extra fee). My 'lettuce' looked like branches pulled out of the grass that i had to cut with a knife and my squash was undercooked. Standards not up to par, for the price. Disappointed..

All staff members are amazing especially Dragana;she really makes us feel so special every time we come!
