Costa has always been my favourite place

Had a quick bite to eat while on a tour.

Nice food I just had snacks and a cake with a bottle of orange juice, friendly staff.

Several items on the normal menu were not available. Management needs to try harder. Staff did the best they could under the circumstances

This is a handy coffee shop if you want something before you go to one of the nearby theatres.

Staff were very welcoming and quick to clear tables (thank you). The seating area was spacious. However, the place was quite dark. Perhaps a few more lights would help

The ambience and nice and warm, the staff seemed to be ignoring you most of the time - but worse of all; the door seemed to.be left open which resulted in all the smoke from outside seeatinf drafting in .Wasn't busy at all.Could.be better.

Coffee and warm milkshake were delicious

When you arrive 40 minutes before store closes and see chairs on top of all desks and can't even get a toastie because "the toasting machine cools down for 20 minutes, but you can eat it cold" you know you are going to go to a nero 5 minutes away from there. I really like Costa, I really do, and I urge you to visit one just to try the coffee. Just not this one. But hey, at least Pranay goes home early.

Good sized Costa but it was quite dark inside - needs some better lighting. Typical experience otherwise. Plenty of seating with some outside tables too.

Super comfy chairs in the back half of the facilty. Quiet, with good use of space and comfort, not cramped together like other stores I've visited. Staff was super friendly and made a great cup of coffee. They delivered my cup to the table for me, which I greatly appreciate as a Handicapable person. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Atmosphere was warm and relaxing. It was a good calm in the middle of my busy day.

Friendly, hardworking staff. Love to come into this branch to order my coffee, and read a nice book.

I went in to grab a hot drink and quick snack ahead of an evening business meeting. Lovely customer service from Dayana who was welcoming and couldn't do enough for me. I will definitely pop in again when I'm next in Holborn. I was really impressed, and I rarely say this.

Stuff here closed the doors in our faces even it was 30min before closing time. I think that the management should impose a system to control the employees.

This is the worst I ordered a coffee and they gave me a HOT COFFEE like who gives people a hot coffee like Tf I had to wait 1hour for it to cool down worst service I have ever had. Terrible, would not recommend.

Nice place to chill,have a coffee,latte,ice cool drink,toasted cheese and ham 🥪😋. Whatever you fancy! And Big Plus is that, the staff were very welcoming, respectful and gave the place that added warm feeling 🤗 definitely go there again when I'm working at the theatre again.👏🏻

We visited 24th February at 4pm. Very friendly staff, the girl who was working (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) was really nice to my grandson. Great service and delicious latte. Definitely use this Costa again.

No waitress was wearing a face mask. Appalling. This is no longer a personal choice!

Rude staff kicking people out of the place when next to the closing time. I heard one of the guys from behind the counter saying 'Out!' as well as shouting at the customers that there was one minute to close not even letting us go quickly to the toilets before leaving. Just simply rude!

Very quick service and a lovely hot chocolate served here.

Not bad just one toilet so you have to wait which isn't good. But the service is a bit slow. But they are very friendly.

Bought a coffee here today and the female barista with pigtails (in her hair) was extremely rude. Normally the staff make excellent coffees, sadly she let the team down.

A standard Costa in Holborn. Good, friendly service.

We went in Costa to get a little warmer I had a Hot Chocolate & some wafers that were not very nice, no taste, no crispness at all. A busy place.

This is my great location for coffee and catching up with friends. Pop in here regularly. Staff are always pleasant. It can get busy with office workers.

Ok, generalmente no son terribles, pero bueno, en Londres hay muchos lugares independientes mucho mejores. Vale la pena mencionar que, aunque en una cadena, las Cote Brasseries sirven un excelente café, no tienes que ir a una comida completa, ¡evita las otras! T. A. Popped in here before. Coffee is always good, as are the cakes. Very friendly staff. Costa toilets are always dirty, wherever I go. Cleaning means, mopping spraying and not just putting initials on a sheet of paper.

Tidy, clean Costa. Staff is friendly, not too busy with a plenty of seats. They start to close earlier than the opening time.

It help they packing up shop at 18.00 when the noice on the says that they are open too 20.00

Just like any other Costa coffee branch but beware of pickpocketers. However, the staff is brilliant and will inform you to keep valuables safe.

You want a descent coffee which is not over roasted (starbucks) then pop in to your local Costa. Ps in December try the black forest hot chocolate ...

Can be overcrowded with uni students but perfect on weekends
