Visiting Caffe Concerto Regent Street was a wonderful experience, and I must thank Nawal B in particular for making it stand out. Especially after visiting different Caffe Concerto branches in London. The moment I stepped inside the restaurant, Nawal's charming smile made me feel so welcome and at home right off the bat. She showed me to a lovely table and went through the menu with me, making recommendations that suited my preferences. Her service approach is far more attentive than most; she offered to refill my drink without me needing to signal, and she only checked on me once my meal had arrived, ensuring everything was perfect so as not to be intrusive. Nawal B balanced warmth and professionalism beautifully, and her passion for service shone through. Thanks to Nawal B, I left feeling that my whole dining experience was elevated and felt personal instead of mundane. Having someone be that considerate is pretty rare to come across. I’ve no doubt I will return, not just for the amazing food and atmosphere but because of the phenomenal attention given by Nawal B. Strongly suggested!

I recently had breakfast at Café Concerto on Regent Street and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding level of service provided by Andrea V . From the moment I arrived, she demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Her courteous manner, efficiency, and attention to detail contributed significantly to a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Andrea is a credit to the establishment, and her service undoubtedly reflects the high standards of Café Concerto. I would gladly return and highly recommend the venue to others.

One of the best and most beautiful spots in London! If you’re looking for amazing coffee and delicious desserts, Coffee Concerto is a must-visit. Our server Shobhit was excellent and we really enjoyed his hospitality. He had good knowledge of dishes on the menu and was very prompt in answering our queries.

Our food was very slow to arrive and when it did arrive it was lukewarm, verging on cold. We sent it back. We had asked for tap water to drink and received small glasses. There was no carafe or jug left on the table and never an offer to refill our glasses. At one point three people arrived and were sitting down at another table. The waiter threw the menus on to the table for them. We declined to pay the optional service charge.

Delicious and lovely …. Nice and friendly staff

The staff was very friendly, the music was just right, although the palmier was a bit soft, when I was expecting a crispy one.

We were very disappointed by the service during our recent visit. As an Asian family, we couldn’t help but notice a difference in how we were treated compared to other customers. Although we arrived earlier and ordered both food and cake, another table—who came later—received their cake well before us. When I politely enquired at the counter, the staff member, Soare, responded with a dismissive tone and rolled her eyes at me, which I found both unprofessional and deeply disrespectful. I don’t know if this was racial discrimination, but it certainly felt very unpleasant. While other female staff were kind and courteous, the overall experience left me feeling quite uncomfortable.

Noor was a wonderful server! Made our visit here a highlight of our day.

This place is very beautiful and comfortable

They don't even deserve one star, absolutely rude. According to them, to sit at the table we had to order their desserts and not just ice cream. We couldn't even add a chair for the little girl. Eventually they asked us to leave

The staff didn't want us there! first they said that they couldn't sit our party of 5 because they could only sit 4 people at a time, and then they literally said it outright. We could have ordered to go but the staff was so incredibly rude that we left

Beautiful and delicately decorated place, careful and gentle attention, cakes and sweets of excellent manufacture, good hot drinks, the weakest thing are the ice creams, they are regular, the prices according to the place and the quality offered.

Bitterly disappointed. Poor quality food and cocktails, cakes synthetic tasting. Extortionate prices for no better than a Greggs

Staff clearly needs training. When I asked for the bill, the waiter shoved the card machine in my face without clearing my plates or letting me review the charges. It felt transactional and rushed. Train staff to let customers breathe between their last bite and payment

It's a very beautiful little patisserie to sit down and grab a bite. We had several cakes and desserts and they were all very light and full of flavour. Our server Samsul was very nice and attentive, rounding out a very pleasant experience.

¡Tengo un mal bicho estomacal y estuve en el baño toda la noche enferma! Tan enfermo. 24 horas después y sigo vomitando. Básicamente arruinó mi sábado. Tenía un americano negro, una pequeña botella de agua y la mille feuille. Supongo que cuando pasé por los 20 años: 30 por la tarde, las tortas habían estado destacando en la exhibición todo el día y la pastelería de crema en la mille feuille fue lo que me enfermó. Probablemente había salido mal. Había estado ayunando, así que solo tenía galletas saladas y agua antes de venir aquí y eso no podría haberme enfermado. He estado en otras ramas antes, pero ya sea bebiendo o cocinando. No volveré a comer pastel. Necesitan asegurarse de que se almacenan correctamente. Tampoco es barato. Muy caro. Ojalá nunca hubiera ido. Tuve mucho que hacer hoy, pero pasé la mayor parte en el baño o en la cama.

A great place, visited many times. Lovely chicken pasta for an afternoon meal. We had one member of staff by the name of Andreaa who we always look out for and get along with.

Came here for some picky bits and a coffee and they didn’t disappoint! Samsul was our waiter and he was quick, great and professional! The portions here are big for what you pay so I’d definitely recommend! Enjoy!

Really overprice. The manager (with glasses) was really rude to us. He was unprofessional althought the server that gave us our food was really nice and polite. The manager should improve it's manners.

Came for Valentine's Day, we ate very well although the service was very long. However this was made up for by Samsul who, to be honest, seemed to be the only one managing everything and that with a smile and always listening. Big thanks to him who was adorable!
