Caffe Concerto in City of London, Westminster

The staff in this specific cafe are extremely rude and unprofessional. Just don't go, just walking in there will ruin your mood. Ended up going to the other Caffe concerto nearby and staff were lovely. So it's literally just them. Please either retrain them or put them under review.

I enjoyed the food there and Shobhit served me he was very nice

Slow and bad service.. We sat and the table was dirty and we told them about 3 times and they brought the order and did not clean it. Then someone came and wiped it with a cloth and that's it.. We ordered a cake and it did not come and we asked for the bill at the time but they remembered that they did not bring it.. It was unbearably crowded.. I will not repeat the experience.

We went in for an afternoon tea. The first thing was, that the waiter didn’t greet us and after the question if we could get a specific table he looked annoyed. After all this we got ignored and didn’t got the card, so we went out. As well old food stood on other tables and all in all it wasn’t clean. I don’t recommend this cafe.

Terrible service, I walked in and the gentleman immediately made a face. Everyone was very rude. I ordered a takeaway slice which had a price on the display and they charged me £3.09 more.

We happened to just try this place out for afternoon tea and we were completely taken by surprise! The food is exactly as advertised. Service is exceptional! This place deserves 5 stars!

The food arrived late and cold. We waited for our order for about 20 minutes and the staff were not friendly.

Establishment to avoid... didn't have time to taste anything, the manager kindly packed us up because we weren't seated as we should have been after snubbing us for a good 5 minutes. Finally, I think we didn't like that we were a family of 5 with young children!

The establishment's ambiance is pleasant, however, the service and dessert offerings fall short of expectations for a location of this caliber. Additionally, there is a persistent issue with staff members forgetting orders, necessitating multiple requests for the same items.

£30 for a cappuccino and two juices that looked like water with food coloring and a piece of cheese and lotus cake with no taste at all. If you go with children you better spend the money in the Tesco chain supermarkets, at least you know what you are buying and the price is reasonable and the service is pleasant

It was really great experience at Caffe Concerto, food was good and delicious. Specially service was satisfied , I would like to thanks to Tahmina one of the best customer service she had provided and my wife is so happy to have such service. Thanks guys.

Shobhit was a great server and the cakes were lovely.

Came for a light snack but was met with a tempting full menu. Had no idea they would have such a range. Had to resist but the food and drink range is huge. If you’re interested in unusual and unique foods this is definitely the place to go. I would definitely recommend the rose latte as is very nice. Would definitely come back again to try the rest of the menu!

It’s a really nice place and the food is truly great

The service is very, very bad and I do not advise anyone to come there because we ask for a drink and food and they come out and come out to us (I would never recommend the visit and I wish they would change the staff because their behavior and intelligence are very poor 👍🏻)

Desserts are way much expensive. (9 pound at least) However, coffee is excellent and good value for money. (Americano is 5 pound) Atmosphere is cosy and nice. Toilet cleanliness should be improved. Worth trying.

The delicious cakes as well as the coffee, at least the Americano, were wonderful, the atmosphere was very pleasant, but without a doubt the best part was the store manager, she did her best to ensure that everything was to our taste and her professionalism and dedication were evident. , made us have a very pleasant time.

If you like tasty food, dessert, and drink, this is not the best place, but it's location is perfect.

Haughty waiters, laughing at each other. 2 undrinkable hot coffees, 2 cakes £33.60. We didn't get a fork, we had to eat the £10 cake, not bad per person, with the cutlery laid out for the main courses. The man working in light pants, I think he was the boss, was very unfriendly to us. I regret the minutes spent there.

We had smoothies and lemonades, which of course weren't exactly cheap, but they were very tasty. Shobhit served us well, the only small drawback was that he cleared away a not completely empty drink without asking, even though it would have been drunk.

I had a cake from here to only go home and throw my guts up. I called in the next day to let them know about it and they can't do much is the answer I got. Headoffice doesn't answer and none cares used to be a nice place but now like many others say "just a tourist trap"

Disaster! The waiter who greeted us clearly doesn’t like his job and forgot how to smile. The table and chairs were filthy and the floor was sticky. Left immediately.

The dryest cinnamon roll to ever exist I fear, crumbled the minute I touched it. Extremely dry, seemed like it was stored since the medieval ages. Bless the waitress though she was very nice. Five pounds for that disaster of a desert was atrocious, wouldn’t even be worth 20p 😭 better off getting my dessert from Tesco

Order the mushroom risotto , reconfirmed the order and give me the chicken risotto, absolutely disappointed.

Terrible experience. Took 15 minutes to get 3 stale pastries and one lack luster coffee. Members were moody and the prices on the front were nearly half the price than on the bill. Don’t go here

I’ve ordered 4 cups of gelato, three for 2 scoops and one for 3 scoops, but the waiter keeps saying “3 cups of what? 4cups of what?” He’s showing his impatient and doesn’t want to serve us. Second thing is he is not gave us a scoop as I ordered, every scoop he gave us just a half. How come we need to pay for the whole price but only getting a half product and no service?

Superb scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and the little things like rocket with pomegranate seeds to accompany. Shobhit was a true gentleman and a lovely host.

Our bag was stolen in the middle of the coffee shop, by two girls who were sitting next to our table. The store manager (the blonde) was almost in collusion with the two girls because before the theft she left the store to finish her work and returned after she learned that I had seen the store's cameras, and she refused to show me the photography and asked me to call the police. Unfortunately, theft taking place in the middle of the store is absolutely unacceptable. Brilliant service. We didn't particularly care for the marshmallows in the hot chocolate. Ahmed immediately replaced it and Shobhit apologised profusely.

I stumbled upon this place by chance while waiting for a tea shop two doors down to open. This berry tart was very delicious. Inside was a bit of hard, fresh clotted cream that made me feel so happy that I had come to England. I want to eat it 5 more times! 😆 But I have to go back to my country😭 I would like to thank the staff for being so kind.

I went here after Piccadilly Theatre. Great that they were open until 11pm for food orders. Service was excellent- welcoming and straight to take my food order etc. Lovely atmosphere in there and great people watching spot. Food however, was not very nice at all. I had a flatbread to begin that was okay, but then I had calamari, king prawns with some mango, avocado and lettuce leaves with 2 bits of baguette with cream cheese and salmon. The calamari was okay, the prawns were dry and overcooked, mango was solid and not juicy at all. The bread was not toasted at all which I found weird. It just was not tasty at all and was a load of things thrown together on a plate that was GBP30. Cocktail was nice but that is about it! Would I recommend - no and would I return- yes for cocktails and cake but not for cooked food.

My experience at this place was extremely disappointing. The staff members had a terrible attitude and showed no signs of basic courtesy. I had to wait for what felt like an eternity, and not a single staff member bothered to greet me. To make matters worse, a man gave me the most aggressive stare, leaving me with the impression that they discriminate against individuals from East Asian backgrounds. I felt unwelcome and disrespected throughout my visit. I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was impeccable. Despite the bustling atmosphere, Cristina, the General Manager, went out of her way to make our celebration extra special. Her kindness in bringing out the cake with candles and leading the birthday song truly touched our hearts. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories for us. We look forward to returning to Caffe Concerto soon.

Worst service was sitting more then half an hour they didn’t asked anything

The red velvet cake and Black Forest slices were a bit dry. Not fresh. The waiter forgot to bring us tap water as requested.

We went there in March 2024 to take a lunch break. Dishes ordered very good, the hot chocolate was excellent, pleasant place, the service is correct but needs to be improved.

Ordered their savoury tartines. It was a really good lunch for 2.

We liked it a lot, we ordered a cheesecake and it was one of the best I've ever had, the coffee was pretty good, apart from the local one which is incredible. 10/10

We went to the Caffe Concerto Regent Street branch today with my daughter and ordered Spaghetti Smoked Salmon Pasta & Rigatoni Concerto with fresh apple juices. It was a delicious as well as an expensive experience!

We had a lovely coffee and cake (a huge slice of delicious lemon cheesecake) at Caffe Concerto today. The service from Kashir was excellent - he was really friendly and attentive.

The place was nice the food was nice but you have to be ready to eat a heavy breakfast or maybe it just depends on what you get. For me I got a French toast and a gingerbread hot Chocolate it was good the vibes are great but my only complaint in about the customer service the people with me on the table asked about some dish and he replied with aggressive explaining not very welcoming (they are foreign) So it kind of pisses me off

It's super cool, I really liked it. The cups are large. Be careful not to get involved in ordering coffee before bed and not being able to sleep 😂😂

This place looks better on the outside than it actually is. Got the lemon meringue, looked amazing in the window but it takes like it’s been unfrozen and they used the 15p lemon curd from Asda on the inside. Probably the worst and most expensive lemon meringue I’ve ever had. There was also a really rude tourist group who were rudely staring as soon as I walked in and snapped at me to close the door behind me after I just popped in for a to go pastry (was in the restaurant less than a minute) However my server was nice and served me quickly. Shame because has potential form the decor and shop window but clearly a bad quality tourist place. Save your money and get off the main strip for any chance of a decent pastry and atmosphere. Again, my server was really nice so nothing on the staffs part that I saw. More so food quality and the attitude of customers in there. Londoners avoid 🥴.

The overall service was smooth and we were shown to our sit almost immediately. The staff were friendly and helpful. Roy served us today and he gave excellent service.

We waited 15 minutes for two cakes, a coffee and a tea, even though we already had a table. The tables next to us were served before us. My tea (almost £10) and pistachio cake (£15) tasted like crap. The tea tasted like water, the cake was dry... I don't know when the bathroom was cleaned, but I have a guess that it hasn't been cleaned in a week...

I would like to express my disappointment with the service in one of your restaurants. The staff was very unprofessional and the customer service was just missing… The waiter got my drinks order wrong. I ordered organic golden late and strawberry lemonade. They got me raspberry lemonade and some Matcha latte after 25min waiting time. When I asked the waiter/ manager if he is sure if that’s my order because I ordered Strawberry lemonade and Golden Late, he said “Are you sure? I don’t think you ordered this”. When my partner also confirmed that he heard me ordering Strawberry lemonade and Golden Late the manager/ waiter said: “And now what? You want me to change your order?”, when I said “yes” he just grabbed the drinks and gone away. Meanwhile our cakes were served, before the drinks. After 20 more minutes finally my drinks were served. I ended up waiting 45 min for a lemonade and latte… I am not even sure if I wasn’t overcharged because they charge me for wrong drinks, but after my complaint and 45min waiting time they finally got me my order.

Very gracious service, delicious food and the ambience is cozy and welcoming. The background music is really soothing yet contemporary. We will be back!
