2nd Worst bar I’ve ever been to. Expensive, dead and rude staff. Do not recommend - avoid!! Photo taken at 10:30 on Friday night.

Was only £14.50 for three comedians, Absolute bargain! Of the three comedians I had paid to see only one was there which was a bit annoying as I had paid to see Stephen Bailey, oh well the one I did see were funny. I would recommend this venue as you can see great live comedy every night of the week (apart from Mondays) and its cheap. Be aware that you will need photo ID upon entry and also they take your photograph.

Went to see a cabaret/ Drag show. On Saturday. We were seated at the entrance were the performers make an appearance so my head and chair was being pushed and knocked by 7 feet drag queens. All the tables were squished together which was a safety hazard. The place looks glam on the outside but dark, dated and filthy inside. I have to be honest. The only drag acts I enjoyed was Rihanna and the singer. The rest were terrible especially Beyonce who should not have been the main act, Both Rihanna's performers blew her out of the water. My two stars are solely for her. She was amazing!

Entry was £5 on a Friday night. The lady at the admission desk was polite and friendly. Went up the stairs to find the place about two thirds empty at midnight. There wasn't a balance of male, female ratio. More males than females. The drinks were v expensive compared to other nightclubs. The music played by the DJ wasn't anything special. The security staff were OK. The best thing about the club is that it has a good balcony which overlooks Leicester Square with good views. This venue has enormous potential but as others have said it's fairly "dead". It needs to modernise, it can do better, it's in an excellent location.

DJ was so so good with his playlist. Security outside were so helpful with access when there were issues accessing ID on my phone. Customers that were there was a great mix and led to great atmosphere. No drama or trouble. Staff were so friendly and helpful! Met great people there that would love to again! Need to get their details 🤞🤞🤞

Whenever we visit Leicester Square we always eat here, tucked up a side street, up the stairs is the restaurant, beautiful decor high ceilings, staff always friendly polite, clean, food nice, good choice, although sometimes takes a while too come out depending on how busy I guess, there is a club here also I believe, been many times, and will continue too come back 😀

Ruby Blue was absolutely awful. The £5 entry per person was so unnecessary. The place was dead and everyone in there was very creepy. Would not recommend to anyone, especially girls in their 20s. Everything is overpriced for the poor experience you get in there. Myself and a friend didn’t even stay in there for one song. Absolutely appalling. I live in London myself and am embarrassed that there are places like Ruby Blue that label themselves as clubs and must rip off unsuspecting tourists daily.

Place is basically a scam, offering 60% off drinks on Friday for £5 entry, everyone who was fooled into paying went in, found out the discount was a lie, saw the place was empty and left again

If 0 star was possible, it deserves 0. We payed £5 for 60% off but there is no 60% off

Went in on Saturday midnight (so peak time for any central London club) after paying such an entry fee, only to find there were barely any people inside. Came out in less than a minute. Shocking since it's located at such a prime location. Would not recommend it!

The promoter said it's busy when we arrived paid the entry fee, and it was empty. Hardly anyone on a Saturday night in, maybe 10 people at most.

This place has a poor management and unqualified staff, it's a shame because the vue is amazing and location is superb. It is overpriced for a below average hygiene and a poor quality. Hopefully, new management will take over. Meanwhile, just AVOID.

I wouldn't order craft drinks as the pipes are not cleaned. I ordered a coke and it tasted like dirt, which is a bacteria that should not be in your stomach and I felt sick afterwards after drinking it. I will be bringing my own drinks next time.

Wasn't happy with the bar staff who lied to me about happy hour which the Indian guy said there is no happy hour only reduced price when football is on which it was, around 9pm the football was still on I ordered another drink which was a coke come to £4.50 but it was 1.75 bit the bar staff said happy hour finished I challenged his policy as he confused me saying there was no happy hour before, but he wouldn't barter or put prices down so I just left in disgust. I won't be coming back here again, there are lot's of 1 stars on here for a reason.

Digusting guy at the entrance. Please don’t go to this establishment who has no respect for anyone. Just there for the money but no respect for the people ready to put a lot of money. Avoid this tourist establishment

Best nightclub in central London. Had terrific time there celebrating my bday with my mates. Highly recommended if you wanna have good time especially when there’s something to celebrate. Staff was very attentive and professional. Five stars

The Kiki drag show was nice but dont drink alcohol here guys , me and my friend as well are intoxicated , I assume the quality of the drinks are questionable..

Popped in here after everything else had shut and was thankful for somewhere to have a quiet one. There was a club on the middle floor but the top bar was more chilled. The chilled vibe was ruined by the fact that when we got near the end of our drinks we noticed residue which is either dirty glasses, dirty pipes or a dirty dishwasher. Disgusting, look at state of the one on the right! Cloudy as anything with white bits in the bottom 🤢

Great place to chill and watch football! Reasonable price beer.

We went there for a comedy event. The seating area was severely packed to the point that was claustrophobic. The bar was ok, nothing amazing. Drinks were low quality, however, very overpriced (£9 for a low quality glass of wine is not acceptable). I would not go there again for the place or the absent atmosphere, unless I am going to another comedy evening with better cast.

My friends and I were on a pub crawl to celebrate my best mate’s 20th birthday and after I made a slight disruption to the companies faculties, I was threatened to be detained and possibly arrested by the police and forced to pay £100 for damages I didn’t do. The CCTV footage I was shown supposedly of me committing a criminal act also couldn’t prove to myself or the people I was with that this extreme damage was done by myself. But as I am young and was vulnerable against the bouncers and management, my word was effectively silent and pushed to the side, forcing me to be taken advantage of by the company and empty my pocket to fix a hole that was already in the ceiling before my arrival. Don’t provide any form of business to this company. They look for any possible way to scam money from young adults looking for a nice night out. I hope that this isn’t a frequent occurrence for people like myself and Ruby Blue improve on their disgusting actions.

Absolutely horrible club! Not even 1 star for it.

The 3 stars is based on the venue and entertainment. If it was just based on the comedy night, I will give it a five, but the venue was disgusting. It was meant to be at a different venue for the event changed the day before, the venue is in bad need of been redecorated or as my partner said not down. The floor is really sticky. The walls could do with a paint, the whole place was just disgusting. However, the comedian was so funny and if it wasn’t for them I think I would have left.

We actually mistook this for a neighbouring cocktail bar but with hopes still high paid £3 each for entry. I would describe it as ‘classically tacky’. On our visit it was practically empty despite being a Friday night. Cheap perfume fills your nostrils as the slightly disenchanted barmaid serves you a low grade gin & tonic. Neon and pink lights flicker onto the empty dance floor so you pop outside for the only redeeming feature - the balcony. The general state of repair isn’t good, it’s all very tired and in need of some TLC. With all due respect you’d expect to find a place like this in Leicester, not Leicester Square. Probably best avoided.

Kiki's Drag Show was absolutely brilliant. Great performers and plenty of laughs. The outfits, the make up, the dancing, the lip syncing and the singing was top notch..... The security staff at the venue though were super rude. The show finished and literally less than 5 minutes later we were shouted at and told to 'get out'. They were rude and abrupt and didn't even take in to consideration that drinks weren't even finished. The show ended on a high but the security staff really soured the evening.

We visited yesterday for the comedy show.. the arrangement is fairly acceptable but the floors are so sticky and the ladies bathroom is terribly dirty.. I wonder when was the last time this place was cleaned!! I hope this review catches their attention

Absolutely one of the worst bars I've ever been too in any country. Whatever you hear, DO NOT GO HERE. They charge a £15 cover, the speakers are not that loud, yet they are breaking up... So sad! I don't know why they're charging a cover, considering the first floor of the bar was literally empty, the second floor half full and yet the bar tender, at 11 pm, couldn't make half of the drinks on the menu. Again, i cannot stress this enough, do not go here. Do not wast your money, there's so many better places around with better music, better speakers, more drink choice, and a better atmosphere!

I just went there at 8 pm to drink and eat. The door man stopped me and said are you alone, I said yes but am going to and drink. He said the bar rule , no one alone is allowed to get in.

Bouncers were extremely strict on entry they didn't let in a member of our party who they said was drunk but was completely sober and they were just flexing muscles by not letting her in which was a shame. Some other people they kicked out probably deserved it though as they clearly have a severe no drugs policy so it's pretty safe. They are strict on moving people along to protect the fire exists as well which does make sense but we were constantly being shuffled around the room by bouncers because of it. Like the moment we got our drinks told to leave the bar area. The music was also just slightly too loud my ears were ringing after wish I'd brought my earplugs! On the plus side the heightened security meant I felt safe and the music was great the vibe on the dancefloor was fab everyone was dancing their hearts out till the end of the night. Slightly older 25-35 crowd too which was a positive!

Its a very good Bar, with a nice mix of music and a couple of tradional Bar games.

Went to the drag cabaret which was great fun. But I guess they only rent the venue for that event. Be aware of the balance on the card machine before you pay for drinks though! They were trying to charge us different prices for same round, lying that they poured a double when I clearly saw them using a single jigger. The total amount didn’t even add up as one of the 3 drinks was a can of beer. Bar staff thinks they can overcharge you for drinks as the night goes along thinking that you’re drunk and won’t notice!

Bad organization, we've bought tickets for an entry before 11pm. We were there at 10pm. We waited 2 hours outside and we had to pay an extra because we went in after 11pm. They told us that we should have planned it and came before...

They oversold tickets to a new years eve celebration. So after midnight a line formed around the block. They let people wait in line in the cold forever, only to shout out later that no one else was allowed entry, the venue was full. They ruined the night for many people. For all the people who BOUGHT A TICKET in advance, spent their time and money travelling there, waited in line for hours, they completely ruined the night and the celebration of a new year. So it's good to know that buying a ticket for one of their events doesn't provide you with a guarantee that you will be allowed to actually use your ticket. All they will tell you is that you should try and get your money back by sending an email to the promotor. This is pure robbery!

Trato desagradable y racista por parte del portero de la discoteca, no nos dejo entrar por ser españoles. Simplemente buscabamos una taberna para ver el futbol y no nos dejaron por no ser ingleses. Deja mucho que desear este nivel cultural por parte de esta gente que solo espero y deseo les traiga cosas malas en el futuro.

Son absurdos. Mi pareja y yo queríamos ver el partido de fútbol y, tras preguntarnos a que equipo apoyamos y responder a UK no nos permitieron entrar. Acojonante. Pero según vemos en el resto de reseñas nos hicieron un favor al no dejanros entrar a su antro. Buena suerte amigos ;)

I turned up in a suit,haven’t drunk alcohol,i had got a ticket to entry, and the security just didn’t let me in because i was alone…i was so many places in the world but this welcome is disgusting…just avoid this place…

Popped in to watch a World Cup game in the afternoon. Only bar open wad upstairs, real grotty, end of the pier feel to it. Only one beer being served, and that wasn't coming out of the pumps! Having paid for a pint and waiting 5 minutes the barman asked if I wanted a smaller sized can instead. No. Another 10 minutes and I finally got a foul smelling pint in a plastic cup. For 6 quid. Plenty of screens showing the game, but plenty of revolving disco lights shining in my eyes. While the TVs on. At 3 in the afternoon. Abysmal experience. Be wary of any glowing reviews.

I went with my colleagues to watch a football match from the world championship from of Qatar. The room was completely freezing, wearing our coats all of us and drinking a beer with a plastic cup!! Staff very unhelpful and desinterested. We left at the half time to another place much more pleasant as the Kings Sports Bar at The Empire Casino, witch is very close and we could finally get warm!!

Solo customers not allowed entry due to risk of trouble… I was refused entry purely on the basis that I was on my own… very odd policy as I’d been out with friends and just wanted to watch the football. Apparently 5% of solo customers cause trouble (lies, damn lies & statistics). These discriminatory policies are ridiculous, surely the multiple door staff should be able to assess the threat level of both individuals and groups at the door? If you’re on your own don’t bother going, there’s loads of other choices.

I didn’t understand at first because she caught me by my back! I almost felt. Then no excuses, she just wanted to have the final word, she started to scream… a real drama queen. Polite people just say « excuse me could you move?» for example, but NOBODY HAVE THE RIGHT TO HIT PEOPLE! She should be fired because there is no excuse for violence! find another job, alone with no people around there if she doesn’t stand humans. The man did’nt helped either. When I see the other reviews that’s always the same… pathetic. I’m going to FILE A COMPLAINT!

Spent £10 x5 for the entrance.. No DJ, only like YouTube playlist, awful. Everyone left the place after few songs so as we... I could play better at home. Such a waste of money!!!

We turned up an hour before closing and they happily discounted the entry fee for us to get in which was nice, the staff were friendly, the venue wasn't busy but to be fair we only wanted a place to have a drink and listen to some music. The place looked a bit worn, the glasses (plastic wine glasses) looked very battered. However for what we went for we enjoyed it, DJ played good music and took requests too, there's a balcony over looking Leicester square, which is a nice touch, but you can't bring your drinks outside, which is understandable but a bit of a shame as well. I think with a little TLC this place would be a lot nicer, but we'd go again if we ever wanted a late night drink in London.

Racist door staff, they called my Irish friends ‘paddy’s’ thinking that would be funny & refused me entry - even though I had paid for a ticket to the event and had scanned my ticket & ID. A member of my party was unaware they needed a physical copy of the ID as many places let you use a photo and the booking didn’t specify a physical copy - the door staff (Nick, the female bouncer and event manager Sav) were extremely unhelpful while were trying to get some information on the event organisers, so that my friend could be refunded their ticket. The staff very reluctantly gave their names to us after hearing we wanted to complain. The female bouncer then refused to let me enter after my friend had left - even though I had already purchased my ticket and had ID. It was clearly a situation where the small amount of power had gone to their heads - paired with their ignorance and stereotypes on people.

Went here for 99 comedy club, floor was disgusting, chairs were extremely uncomfortable and it cost £22 for an amaretto and coke and a glass of wine

I went to Ruby Blue last night as part of a hen party, 18 ladies in total aged 25 - 60. We were attending the drag show which was good, and it’s such a shame that such good drag acts are working at such an appalling venue. The drag show had 3 breaks and during the first break one of our party - “Lisa” - stepped outside for a cigarette. Given the circumstances (a quick cigarette in the break) all she took with her was her cigarettes and lighter. Unfortunately for Lisa, a bouncer on a power trip decided she couldn’t come back in because she was “too drunk”. The ridiculous thing is, she wasn’t that bad compared to at least 3 or 4 other girls on the hen do, but because they didn’t smoke, the power mad bouncer didn’t get a chance to pick on them. He decided to pick on Lisa simply for her mistake of stepping outside for a cigarette. When he refused her re-entry, Lisa asked him if she could go inside for her bag, phone, purse, house keys, coat and to tell us she was being kicked out and promised to come straight back out. He said no. Lisa asked if he or another member of staff could come and tell someone in the massive hen party in the VIP area of the drag show, that she was being refused entry so that one of us could bring her stuff out. His answer? “NO. YOU ARE A GROWN WOMAN, SORT YOUR OWN PROBLEMS OUT.” How exactly is she meant to do that? With no purse, money, phone etc? How is she meant to get home or alert us to her situation when you are physically preventing her from coming to tell us? She is too drunk to come in, but you are leaving her stranded outside on her own, with no way of getting out of that situation unless she starts talking to strangers and asking to borrow their phones? Or she has to just wait there for hours in the hopes someone comes and finds her? This as well coming from a venue that has posters everywhere saying “On a date that’s making you uncomfortable or feel unsafe? Ask for Angela”, and “spiking someone’s drink could get you placed on the sex offenders register” and “a smack on the bum is sexual assault”. The sheer hypocrisy of the way they try and promote themselves as being pro women’s safety, leaving a lone young woman in a vulnerable and dangerous position? It honestly makes my blood boil and I’m going to be taking steps to find out if they did anything illegal. Thankfully we noticed Lisa didn’t come back from the break and we went and found her before anything sinister happened because she was actually sober enough to realise that walking off was a bad idea. The next girl - you know, one who might have been spiked as per their fake concerned posters - might not be so lucky. When we got outside to Lisa she was tipsy but not incoherent. We asked the bouncer why she couldn’t come in, he said “she can’t even tell me where she is”. But she was able to tell us exactly where she was and what she was there for and explain that she had asked them to come and find us in the VIP area so we could give her her stuff. Does that sound like someone who “can’t even tell me where she is?” No. It was absolute rubbish. Then we asked to speak to a manager. He never came down. Just absolutely refused to engage with us whatsoever even though the person that asked to speak to him was my 57 year old aunt who hadn’t been drinking. So it wasn’t like she was handling it an obnoxious or drunk way. They completely fobbed us off and even lied about the managers name. At one point he was called Andrew and at another he was called Michael. Either way we never saw him. I wouldn’t want to show my face as the manager of such a disgraceful venue and such disgusting bouncers either though to be fair. I will be making enquiries to see if I can report this incident to any authorities, perhaps licensing at the council or something like that because they are actually placing vulnerable drunk women in dangerous situations with this behaviour. It is just completely unacceptable. Anyway, girls. This is a venue where the bouncers like picking on vulnerable drunk girls and get a kick out of waiting to see if she gets carted off by a rapist apparently, and the managers do nothing to curb their behaviour. THIS IS AN UNSAFE VENUE. DO NOT GO.

We were having an amazing evening, until half way through the drag show we saw that one of our party (17 of us in total) hadn't come back to the table. It got to the next break and we all went looking for her, to find her outside on her own with the door staff not caring less. They claimed she was too intoxicated but were quite happy to leave her outside alone in a busy area and not to come up and find one of us to go to her, she even asked them to get her stuff and their excuse was 'she's an adult and can't tell us who she is with' she recognised us quick enough and when we asked her to explain everything we were doing she did immediately. So according to these men it's perfectly ok to leave her alone, when asked if they had daughters one replied yes, we asked how he would feel and the response we got was 'it's not the same' well yes it is! Because I am 100% sure you wouldn't like your daughter being stranded with no phone or bag and nobody knowing where she is? The door staff are also extremely rude, as we tried to talk with one of them they were too busy leaning on the railings and not acknowledging us explaining the situation, the manager (Andrew) decided to walk off and ignore us. When we were leaving, Andrew saw us at the door and ran straight upstairs, not sure what he thinks we were going to do, we were simply leaving because our friend was outside with another member of the party who stayed with her! We asked another door staff member the name of this manager (because of the earlier situation), to the point he said Michael, he told me Andrew not that long ago so clearly they get this issue enough to change the managers name. The drinks are extremely overpriced and they had hardly any spirits available, personally I would avoid at all costs which is a shame as the drag show was brilliant.

The upstairs bar had some slight issues with music, however, the drinks were great and it looked really cozy. Went to a show downstairs, and OH MY GOD it was great! There was not a lot of space to sit as they use the venue for different events, so we had plastic fold out chairs and had to sit at the table with other people. However... none of that mattered when the show started. It was GLORIOUS! the only downside was the lady in the toilet as she went like "give me money" before she even said anything or I managed to do anything (literally went to look in the mirror). Like... I know you're there to earn tips, but come on, have some manners 😃 otherwise was a pretty good night!

Really bad place, don't go! Starting from rude security/bouncers, roten fruits at the bar, torn and worn furniture, overpriced drinks and being a sad place in general.

My friend was grabbed up by security and thrown ablout because security thought he was playing around woth smoke machine, said they saw it on cctv when asked to see the cctv footage was denied as they were in the wrong all the staff was nice apart from one security guard that had abused his role as security and used it against his inconcent customers. Would only recommend if member of staff us fired.

🚫AVOID RUBY BLUE IN LEICESTER SQUARE. PLEASE SHARE! 🚫 I'm gutted to have to post this but I've given RUBY BLUE Ruby Blue Bar - Leicester Square THREE WHOLE WEEKS to respond to our complaint. On Tues 21st June, myself and 5 friends decided to go to Ruby Blue for some cocktails after the GINA YASHERE show. This was a huge mistake! My good friend, who has diabetes, ordered a pizza at 9pm. We assumed, as you would, would be cooked on the premises, take around 20mins and would be served to us on a plate. 45mins later, we asked where the pizza was. We were told by the staff 'it would be ready in 5mins'. 15 mins later (an hour since we had ordered at this point (we asked to cancel the pizza. We explained that it wasn't acceptable and that it was really important that our friend eat as soon as possible. We were told by security staff that the manager was on his way with the pizza and it would take '5mins'. We were told that we WERE NOT ALLOWED to cancel or get a refund despite the fact it was now late at night with a TFL strike and we were women who needed to get home late at night on long bus rides home. We were told again to wait!! When the manager arrived, 10mins later at 10.10pm, he arrived with a brown box with what he calls a 'pizza' inside. At this point, we didn't want the pizza. We had to leave. We wanted to complain. There was no apology forthcoming. In fact, the manager was extremely rude acting as if WE were the hassle, told us that it wasn't his fault that it took so long and that he had been waiting as if WE had caused him the inconvenience. When we asked for a refund again and expressed our disappointment in the lack of apology, we were asked to leave with the pizza in an unmarked brown box and told we were NOT ALLOWED a refund. I cannot express the rude and belligerent way he spoke with us as if we didn't have a right to make any form of complaint and just accept this treatment of us. As paying customers we'd paid for an experience of having a cocktail and pizza AT A TABLE, ON A PLATE in the space of 1.5hrs NOT wait 1hr 10mins for it to arrive. When we DID open the box our disgust hit new heights when staring back at us, was something I wouldn't even feed a dog yet alone serve to someone who'd been waiting 1hr 10mins! I'll let the images speak for themselves but I'm outraged that this was deemed acceptable in any shape or form. Please note the image is EXACTLY how it was given to us. On opening the box, we returned to Ruby Blue to show the manager. We were told by security at the door that 'the manager's at KFC getting himself some food. We've radioed him and he's coming'. I insisted we wait. We showed the security what was served to us. One of the security men seemed to find this funny and thought it appropriate to mock us and snigger when I was raising our concerns. He refused us entry back into the bar because it was 'past 10pm and we needed ID!' and made us wait outside like animals for the manager who, after 25mins, never came. That evening I instagrammed Ruby Blue with my complaint. No response. The next day I eventually spoke with someone called Basia who listened to my complaint and asked me to email. A further 3 emails and 2 phone calls later, two weeks later, she responded saying she'd pass it on to a manager and they'd call us tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went. Three weeks later, we're still waiting for this to be resolved. Not only have Ruby Blue shown absolutely no care, concern or respect for its customers, serves us food cooked outside the premises without telling us, made us wait 1hr 10mins for it then refused us a refund but their customer service complaint handling service is beyond despicable. Having gone onto Trip Advisor, I'd only wished I read the reviews earlier. They are shockingly TERRIBLE. RUBY BLUE, do better! Hold your staff accountable and value you customers. They treated us like absolute scum and then we were mocked in the process. Treat people with RESPECT and dignity! AWFUL PLACE!

I've been coming here for many many years, and it's always been a good place. Great crowd, good music, friendly staff. What more could you ask for.

We ordered 2 vodkas with one mixer (orange juice) at the rooftop bar and it was overpriced for a place that was as empty as they get. Do not recommend.

I was unlucky to watch the Champions League final here. The good part first, there were lots of screens, great visibility. Now let's start with the bad. There was NO sound, so we watched it with some vague sound coming from one of the TV's at the back. No coca cola, cider, etc at the bar 🤌 warm beer. They made us pay £40 towards food. They didn't even allow us to choose what food. Brought out the worst pizza in the world. One of us was veggie, the other gluten intolerant. When we complained about the pizza, they took it and gave it to the other table🤦‍♀️I mean, for £40, you'd expect to at least see the menu. Lots of people smoking joints inside, the security doing nothing. Abysmal management. Don't go there!

A friend and I attempted to go for a drink after a trip to the theatre - the doorman searched our bag and insisted we weren’t allowed to take in any water bottles which were in our bag….asked for the reason, got aggressive and told us to leave them on the stairs to get in… no chance! Not worth the effort to visit - advertise how safe it is for females - I wouldn’t trust the staff at the door with a dog let alone my safety…… found a much nicer bar/restaurant less than 10 mins away.

Went to Ruby Blue on Saturday 7th May as part of a group of 22 women for a hen do! The show was fabulous! As were all the queens! I had such a good time! Only two downsides to the visit, the ladies toilets in the bar upstairs were really grotty, didn't really like having to ask the lady in there for a paper towel to dry my hands with so just walked out with wet hands. Is she there to sell things to you? I'm sure shes really lovely but can we just go and take a wizz in peace? Also, the air conditioning must have been switched off as everyone was absolutely roasting hot. That wasn't pleasant at all. But the show was funny and the queens were such good entertainment on the night, could not have asked for a better show to end the day with. I loved each and every one of you!

So i ve booked a ticket few dates before,and I would like to walk in late afternoon,just for a drink you know…and the security said No Single entry…dressed nice ,I haven’t drink any alcohol…i ve been so many place in Europe but this is one of the worst welcome…now i understand all the low ratings…just avoid this place as much as you can!

Totally empty on a Friday night, no atmosphere and very expensive drinks

Been to this venue a number of times over the years. Unfortunately this visit we was not that impressed apart from the music. A group of 4 and Wanted to charge £10 entry fee a person around 8pm that was reduced to £5 a person. Only 1 bar availability that was not very busy. Not a great choice on drinks. Staff/security ratio to customers over the top. Outside balcony are not open. Security staff hovering over you as your trying to relax at a table. Toilet attendants pretty much demanding money for some hand soap and paper towel and pull out card machines when you have no cash. In my opinion venue has gone downhill compared to previous visits. Would not visit again when having a weekend away in London as previous visits were a lot better. Positives were security staff at front door were friendly and chatty.

If you like fast bar service, this is the place to be, because no one else will be there. £14 for a double drink is ridiculous, especially on top of a £15 per person entry (entered after 23:30)

I would never go here again. Absolutely disgusting. Only 1 small little pokey room available. Walked up the stairs and back down again for a refund of £10. Only 15 people inside…There were 3 of us…. They wouldn’t refund anything. Manager was so rude and offered us a jug of cocktail which was not worth £30 and very weak in alcohol.

Everything about this place is awful , the bouncers , they decor, the cleanliness and the prices. For a place who cared so much about covid passes, the hygiene was rank. From sticky & chipped tables to dirty toilets with no lock on them. Hideous...

My partner ordered 2 single vodkas and got charged £26 for 2 doubles. Absolutely outrageous 😡. I went to the bar to ask the manager himself to sort this problem out and he said ' we only serve doubles'. ABSUTE JOKE!!!! If you don't want to be robbed stay away. Small cups too, joke

Had a lovely night here for New Years Eve. Bar staff and security were extremely friendly and polite, music was great and night was overall fab! :)

Had been previously told by a security guard that this place is free entry before 9, we arrived about 8:30 but were told that because they are busy, they are now charging an entry fee. Lady on the front desk said she would do £7 entry for us, when we asked how much a drink was, we were told “like 7 pound” but we soon found out the price was in fact double that. You’ll more than likely end up paying good money for mediocre. Spent no longer than a minute inside and was obviously refused a refund.
