We've been here many times, and Good Friday was really buzzy. The service was quick and friendly this time. In the past it has been slow. I ordered the smashed avocado on sourdough toast with 2 poached eggs. I asked for a side of hollandaise sauce which they kindly obliged. Everything was fresh with great quality ingredients. I also had the halloumi fries on the side which were dipped in a sweet chilli sauce. V nice indeed My husband had the fry up which he said was good too. All I would ask is if they can add a few more brunch things to the menu like Shashuka.

Never went there at night but I’m sure it will be a lovey evening because of the wanderfu ambiance and cosy atmosphere plus the attentive staff

Service great Value for money good Naughty sneaky service charge. Luckily they earn it here Wembley Match day Vs Brazil. Lady seating people worked her socks off. Picking out 2s, 3s, 4s, 5s Friendly door staff Two sizes of pizza which is good enough for two of us at Wembley only £7 bargain and it’s good stuff. If you go on a match day. Go early. Queue patiently and enjoy.

Love this place .Has a great relaxed atmosphere when attending Wembley events.Food always very good and fresh When most other places around have a limited EVENTS MENU.This time just had to try the creme brulee doughnuts which were fabulous and so light. Great to be looked after by the fabulous Ophelia who makes you so welcome and makes sure you are looked after. Thank you Ophelia.

We live next door to this place that offers so much potential and sells these great sweet treats and bread. We used to be loyal customers throughout Covid and pretty much went there daily, whether just for coffee or lunch and my husband and I collectively spent several thousand pounds at this place. We were strongly suggesting to the first ever manager that brunch is what you need to have here, which now seems to be the weekend trade, but we only see that from outside, because at one point we had to stop spending our money there. Our young son has a severe dairy allergy. He was once back in September 2022 served an oat babychino with chocolate, which wasn't dairy free and immediately brought up an allergic reaction. Staff were apologetic and we understand that such mistakes can happen. Following the incident, we were no longer able to request dairy free scramble for our son or anything else that would in any way deviate from the standard menu. Not only I find it is non inclusive and non sustainable, but also frankly inconsiderate towards people with allergies, intolerances or diet restrictions. It is so easy these days to have a few vegan items in the menu, a couple of vegan pastries or a vegan brownie, replace milk with an alternative milk, etc. We have mentioned this to the managers so many times now, but nothing has changed. Today we went to ask if they could serve a Margarita pizza with vegan cheese, but were told that the only thing they could make dairy free is a chicken burger, which a 4year old unfortunately won't eat and there are no options for kids specifically, so again we had to leave. Considering this neighbourhood is full of families the place clearly seems to be missing a trick. Such a shame.

Perfect place to go for some lovely food and to study, a grate welcome from the very lovely Ophelia who was so accommodating and advising on student discounts. Grate place and offers bakery classes which I will definitely be booking with friends. I really do recommend. A big shout out again to Ophelia she was amazing :)

Agree with the bad reviews about staff behavior. We were their customers for 6 months, and they always sliced our bread when requested. Last 2 times one of the employees ( it was the same employee) refused to slice our bread very rudely saying it causes problems with « take it or leave it » approach. Never explained what kind of problems given the bread was sliced all other times. Of course we didn’t buy the bread after this disrespectful behavior and not going to return to this place again despite living nearby.

For a place that charges the maximum service charge available, the actual customer service is very poor and unprofessional. Won't recommend the dine-in. I send them an email with my experience and I didn't even receive an acknowledgement.

Visited on Saturday for first time, great find. Friendly staff a very big Thank you to Ophelia. A great place with a funky interior. We will be back

The foccacia is very good, the lemon and raspberry muffin is spectacular. A shame that the croissant left something to be desired. The service is good, but eating at the table is more expensive than take-away. The place is very pleasant and the view of Wembley stadium, having breakfast, is priceless.

Had a great morning at Bread Ahead today! The team was on point (especially, Ophelia) and their coffee and hot cross bun was great! Didn’t try the sourdough pizza this time, but will have to be back!

My wife, daughter and I visited last week prior to seeing Disney on Ice. Orphelia gave us a really warm welcome, showing us to a nice table and telling us a bit about Bread Ahead. We tried her recommendation for food, the pizza slices were really big and delicious. The doughnut and croissants were delicious as well. Would definitely recommend visiting if you are in Wembley and trying it out, a nice place to eat and hang out. Thinking back to the baked goodies is making me hungry :p

Lovely place for a catch up.Modern industrial decor with mouth watering smell of fresh bread. We were looked after be the very friendly Ophelia. Great service

On different visits, we enjoyed different things. But, today we tried Shakshuka and Egg benedict, avocado toast, egg florentine and coffee. Good place to be for breakfast. Quick service and polite staff make the experience better. On another visit we tried mushroom pizza. I must tell you there is nothing more delicious than this in the world. It is huge, compensates for the price, one of its slices can be enjoyed by 2. Can you imagine that?! Service was as usual quick.

I love this place to revise; they do the best sandwiches ever! Ophelia was so lovely. She made sure we were so happy and content at all times and provided excellent service. Me and friends come here often to study, relatively quiet and calm atmosphere, have never felt disturbed. Food is great and so is the coffee. Service has always been good, especially Ophelia who made us feel very welcome and was lovely to talk to!

I will travel to buy my donuts. With Bread Ahead at Wembley, it is far easier than going to Borough Market. Delish.

We went there before making our way to Bubble Planet. We were two kids and two adults. I can never fault the food there, but the service was very slow, and staff looked rather sad/disengaged. It is not the first time I have visited this place, and previously visits I had the same experience. You better order to take away...

Had been looking forward to sometime for going here and trying the food. We arrived late afternoon on a Sunday and ordered a large pizza, drinks and the garlic bread. The pizza was a bit of a let down. On the plus side clear sourdough taste throughout however quite crispy underneath and relatively rich toppings on top. Don't get me wrong, not a bad pizza at all but given expectations, not as good. Factor in the price of £26-28 for the larger 18-inch and we were left questioning the value for money. The (forgase?) garlic bread on the other hand was decent and we loved it. We will go back, just not for the pizza!

I had the breakfast here, and it is fabulous(English breakfast). The pastry is also great, but the coffee is nothing out of ordinary. Overall it was a great experience, even though I was a bit disappointed by the waiter who chose to add a 12% to the bill without asking me(they ask you to pay upfront). This is not cool at all, but I’ll return for the food.

Everything tasted so good! Hearty, healthy food... I had the bread ahead burger .. the bun alone was just freshly made and delicious! My family had several breakfast dishes.. also very good... lovely food. Great service also, they managed a huge crowd with ease and waiting times for food to arrive was decent. Great all around!

Unprofessional behavior, we were asked to leave our table in 15min because we had finished our meal. Rolls and Benedict eggs oily and unpleasant. No fresh juices. Not recommended.

I was about to order something from this establishment until I noticed that there were uncovered pastries up on the counter and I witnessed another customer coughing next to them. Disgusting I certainly won’t be eating there!

Was in Wembley and dropped by Breadahead to have a doughnut and coffee. This breadahead branch is also their baking school on the top floor and was quite busy during the lunch hour. Most of their sandwiches were gone, luckily their doughnut selection was still plentiful. Great thing to see is their freshly baked bread on the counter. Will have to buy some next time I am there to try the taste. Unfortunately their barrista was swamped with orders and I had to wait a little while for my latte. However, I was able to sit down and enjoy it whilst reading a book.

Great find in Wembley park. It has now become the place I buy my bead from every week, even though we don't live in this area. I love that it is dog friendly, has lots of space, and a good vibe. We have had the pleasure of eating what I feel is a really spectacular pizza (it's just perfect!), good coffee and are making our way through as many cake and donut sapling as we can (the lemon and blueberry muffin is really special). The service has been a bit hit and miss. The fist few times I went, it was fabulous, friendly and I felt the team were attentive. This last time I went, I got no feedback from the staff, which I was a bit taken aback with. Nonetheless, everyone is allowed a bad day, and the produce is excellent. Shout-out to your staff member who owns a golden retriever. She is so hard working and a joy to have around. She really has customer service in her heart. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

We had ordered a whole pepperoni pizza (recommended by the lovely Ophelia who even reassured to us that is is halal), along with some halloumi fries and some hot drinks to finish the meal off. Everything was great, but Ophelia's great level of customer service has now made us want to go back even more!

Walked in made my enquires was about to walk out when Ophelia came over! Amazing person ❤️. She introduced me to the halal pepperoni pizza and not only that but helped with my initial enquiry! Bill was nearly £40 but totally worth it! Ophelia is amazing!

This is not the place to get good coffee. Mocha was horrible. Cappuccino was watery. Carrot cake was nice. Ambiance is good. But be mindful of price difference with dine in and take away prices.

Amtomello is a lovey person and made me a yummy pizza with so much love, I loved interacting with him. Thanks to him I tried the pizza for the 1st time at bread ahead. thank you mate I will be back all because of you

Very friendly staff even on a very busy day. Chirag was very accommodating and kind to check on my family every time he passed by us. Food is also very delicious! Highly recommended

Firstly, a BIG thank you to 2 exceptional members of staff. Ophelia and Esajned on Saturday and again Esajned on Tuesday. Went for brunch on Saturday and Lunch on Tuesday and even though it was really busy, they were both attentive, super polite and friendly and just couldn't do enough for us. Esajned even remember me on Tuesday even though it was so busy. That meant a lot. Nothing was too much and they definitely went above and beyond. Such lovely people, both of them. Ophelia was just an absolute delight. As well as juggling all the tables she was responsible for, she made time to just talk to us and connect with us which was so so nice. Such a lovely lady and pure gem, and Esajned was such a polite young man and so patient with all our special requests! Never made us feel rushed even thought he was in high demand. We had a nice breakfast on Saturday which included The English Breakfast, The Veggie Breakfast and on our most recent visit we also had The Poached Eggs Smoked Salmon and a César Salad . The menu was noticeably smaller than previous years which is a shame as there used to be a multitude of breakfast choices but nonetheless, what was there all looked enticing. They used to also do a sausage patty which was sooo tasty, but it's changed to normal sausages and although very nice, they're just not the same. We ordered dessert too - an almond croissant, a vanilla donut and a creme brûlée donut. All delicious. But the creme brûlée was the absolute show stopper. However, just a tiny moan. On the Saturday, it was exceptionally delicious because the dough was so light and fluffy and not too dense, absolutely filled to the brim with the incredible crème filling but on the Tuesday, it was a quite disappointing as it was dense, heavy, doughy and very lightly filled with Crème, hardly any at all actually. Not sure why there was such a difference but maybe something to look into or just I was unlucky with the one I had ? To top of the experience, the very lovely Matthew Jones with his signature beanie on took time to say hello and have a chat with us whilst visiting his Wembley store. Such a lovely man, so humble and down to earth. Hands on helping the waiting staff clear tables, being present and taking time to talk to customers. What a utterly lovely man! He was there both days and really interacting with his staff. So nice to see. Thank you for the experience. And again, Thank you Ophelia and Esajned - you were the stars of the show! Truly humbled and appreciative of your attention and great service. Still 5 star for me even with the donut blip ! See you soon

Grossly overrated, just like all their other spots. Their bakes are always very hard and dry, if you’re looking for bread that you can cut without breaking your knife, stay away from this place.

We had a wonderful lunch time! The staff Roma is super friendly and nice! She recommends us the Korean chicken burger which are super good!!! Will come back for baking class next time!!!

Celebrated my dad's birthday here. Living in the local area, we've had some of thier sweet treats such as the doughnuts but never dined in before. The food was tasty, but the service in particular from Ophelia was first class. She was very attentive and friendly!

Chirag is exceptionally good with the customer and puts their needs first. He was very accommodative and managed the eggs for me at close to 2pm which is a feat…my family was very impressed with food service and ambience at Wembley Bread Ahead!!!!

The bakery and grilled halloumi cheese were delicious. Ophelia, our server, was very sweet and helpful. We had a great time.

Me and my friend had to wait 10 min just to be seated. It was a Wednesday morning ( the place was not busy at all). The barista ( a blonde young woman) saw us and ignored. We asked her if we can sit and she was not helpful either friendly with her answer. Once we ordered, our food was on a tray for so long and no one care. Coffee of course was not hot.

Food and coffee always delicious and staff always friendly and helpful, especially Chirag and Sahiti.

Lovely bakery, however would recommend taking away as the staff are extremely miserable and unwelcoming. Hot food left to get cold until staff can be bothered to bring it to you. Xldaelt don’t want to be there.

Saw them on instagram- flew from Tanzania to London and visited this place with my wife’s family! The crème brûlée donut was to die for! Everything about this place is phenomenal- they really are Bread Ahead! The quality of bread and the detail in their food is incredible! We were served by Chirag who was very kind and accommodating! We had the pizza, the pancakes, donuts, falafel burger and the avo on toast! Very very happy with everything!

Terrible service. Staff member clearly fed up with the work had the worst attitude. Appreciate the staff might be overworked but that is no excuse to treat people (let alone paying customers) disrespectfully. Had I not paid I’d have gone somewhere else. Staff member was loudly asking if he should “kick them out” across the till in front of me, ‘them’ being customers that JUST sat down on one side of the restaurant (1 hour before closing time of 6pm). I explained I just paid for coffee that I ordered for dine in and he told me to sit in another section. 30 minutes later, he comes to kick me out. When I explained that I paid as i thought I could stay til 6pm, he raises his arms in front of me in a huff and storms off which got me angry. If you don’t allow people to dine til stated closing time then state this as you’re taking orders so people know to go elsewhere. Closing the place before the stated closing time and then being rude about it to paying customers is entirely unacceptable. Just terrible service overall.

The venue itself is spacious and comfortable, the doughnuts were average, but as some others have pointed out, I found the barista/server at the counter particularly rude. We ordered at the counter and the woman at the counter was very unfriendly. We paid and went to sit down and was told by the barista we would have to wait for someone to seat us, but there were lots of empty seats and the server did not appear for some time. When she did arrive she was very friendly. When I tried to go up to the counter to order an extra coffee, the main barista refused to serve us and said we needed to order with the server -however the server was busy and never came round, so I thought I would save them the time by ordering at the counter. I tried to explain this to the barista but she ignored me and said I couldn't order from her. She was not even serving anyone else at the time. We ended up leaving early as we were unable to order a coffee. It just seemed to me they were trying to enforce rules rather than let me order a coffee!

Food was fab and service from Chirag was great. Enjoyable time and not too pricey

I'm disappointed as a local customer who frequents the establishment. The lack of consistency is frustrating – the taste varies daily, and items often aren't available, attributed to the chef's absence.

I'm a regular customer buying bakery a few times a week and with a regret I have to admit and agree with other reviews below regarding staff rudeness. I got used to the staff at the till not greeting customers and asking basic questions in a way that I feel like they don't really care, but upon my last visit, I was charged for my shopping and the girl just walked away from the counter not providing me with products I paid for. I waited for a good couple of minutes to be approached by a different staff member asking if I ordered already? I will be speaking to the person in charge next time as clearly all the complains are not taken seriously and ignorance goes on.

The donuts are nice but are overly priced. The staff member couldn't even be bothered to put it in a bag.

We ordered my favourite Creme brulee donuts today in the Wembley branch. I was in love with this since I tasted one in Borough market. With great expectation I had such a big appointment too when I was served 2 of them that looked like they were leftover. The sugar on top weren’t burnt the way it should be. The dough also felt like a discounted supermarket out of date donut and they paid full price £4.5. It was so awful and really put me off having it again. The service was not so good. You were also forced to pay a service charge (12.5%) at the beginning when you ordered your food, before you really have been served. The waiter and waitress doesn’t seem to care. Only one waitress is serving in good attitude in the whole place, unfortunately not serving my table. One waitress couldn’t stop chewing her gum the whole time working. The only food that we tasted and was nice was the chips. Unbelievable when bread should be the best from its name. I am not sure if it is worth another visit.

We absolutely love the bread and foccacia and all pastries. We are retuning customer at least twice a week, but the staff serving at the till is not really happy for some reason. Majority of time they very blunt and unpolite. Today morning, I was welcomed with no hello back, question "what do you need?" and a sentence "cash or card?" when she brought products I wanted to buy to the till. I understand, everyone has a bad day, however, if you decide to work as customer service, make sure you are prepared to make your customers feel respected at all times. I will be returning, but not for service, for the products only as they are great taste and quality.

Gread food, very kind eaiter and speed service! We have been here for breakfast last sunday but wasn't the first time for us! My daughter loved the pain au chocolat, the only thing is that the babyccino hadn't enough foam, rather then that lovely place!

I waited in line for 10 mins to grab a coffee and sandwich to eat in, to then be told I could not be served because the TWO people serving only serve take out orders. They charge extra for eating in but yet they won't serve you. What a genius idea. Thanks but no thanks, you won't see me back there anytime soon. What a shame because their sandwiches are great but there's plenty of options around.

Food is excellent and pretty good value for money. We had a unique experience in that we had left my son’s iPhone at the restaurant and we don’t live in London so it was about 3-4 weeks before we were able to make it back again. Chirag served our table when we came back and it was actually him that found the iPhone weeks before. He kept it safe for us and made our son very happy when he returned the lost phone to us in perfect condition. Very nice man!!

The other day i went to Bread Ahead in Wembley Park with some friends and was served by lovely Orphelia who was very polite and cheerful and made our experience very pleasant. She is very professional and based on this experience with Orphelia I will be coming back. Thank you Orphelia, your amazing!!!

The ambience is great, it's a large bakery where you can see. how the bread and rolls are baked. The food is good and the staff is very friendly. Except for the boss who didn't want to give us the seat at the window because there were only 4 of us and the table was for 6 people. But there wasn't much going on that evening and no one was sitting at the large tables until the end of the day at 8 p.m.

Brilliant spot for families and great pizza. Staff are so friendly in particular the lovely Ophelia who looked after us so well. Will definitely be visiting again.

Popped in after walking past a few times. Had soup, a cheese and ham toastie and some rosemary chips. The food was lovely, the staff were great and friendly. The soup came with a good selection of bread which I appreciated. Good variety baked goods behind the counter and being able to see the massive baking oven was a nice watch while we ate. My only point is it felt very rushed and hectic. We may have gone at peak time, I will definitely be back, maybe at a quieter time.

We had a lovely afternoon at Bread Ahead Bakery & Restarant. The food (The Club Sandwich & Pepperoni Pizza) was delicious! The waiters were very friendly and attentive. In terms of price and performance, the ratio is great. We felt comfortable and would love to come back. The bakery is my favorite in Wembley and always worth a visit!😊
