Costa Coffee shop in Brent

The servers are very impatient, except for one woman, perhaps of Polish origin. He is very nice, but everyone else is a condescending phlegm. The drinks ordered are very tasteless, battered and not enough compared to the size ordered. We've been coming here for years, but this was probably the last time.

Cafe was dirty tables not cleaned. Floors sticky, man behind the till has terrible attitude. Slow service. Not a good experience

This costa coffee closed toilet since months ago and advising people use shopping center toilet, I am costa coffee member and I have health problem and diabetic person I need go toilet urgently but they bring excuse and telling me its out of order I don't understand they don't have any manager or supervisor for fix this problem or they don't want take responsibility about clinging, it's very shame.

Event day, 90,000 fans desended on Wembly and no hot food available and no toilet working. Really disappointed.

Went to this lovely coffee shop after long time spending at shopping. We find the coffee was really refreshing. Cleanliness, friendly service, and most importantly refreshing coffee- must a place to visit and try.

First visit to this Costa. The service was excellent. The young man (Chiku) who took our order was very welcoming and greeted us with a smile. The other team members where also were very helphull in there own way by cleaning a table before we sat down and asking if everything was okay with our drinks and food. Thanks all at Wembley costa for a great customer experience.

This is one of the worst costa coffee I have ever been to as I had ordered 2 white hot chocolate and strawberry milkshake and 1 chocolate and hazel hot milkshake both the drinks and the attitude of the barista who made that was awful, the drinks were dripping from the cup and I had to ask for another cup.

I love hot strawberry milkshake from costa but while shopping in wembley mall today, the Indian lady staff working there gave a disgusting look while we ordered our milkshakes and she filled up the cup way too much and it was leaking , when asked for a new cup , she rolled her eyes at me , I even mentioned I wanted sprinkles in my milkshake which she didn’t add and the consistency of the of the strawberry milkshake was really really bad , disguising, felt like I was drinking plain milk , the pulp wasn’t mixed well !!!! Disgusting 🤮🤮🤮🤮 Never buying it again

Lovely stop off before heading to Wembley arena to see Niall Horan. Had a lovely toasted sandwich and a delicious hot chocolate and a lemon muffin. All really great, hot chocolate was lovely and hot and staff really friendly and efficient and kept the tables nice and clean.

Nice place for meetings in a rather chill setting. Comfortable and quite good coffee, the quantities are generous. There is a bit of noise so it is also not ideal if you want to work there while being concentrated but pleasant for any other occasion.

Always there is a Costa Coffee in near by area. For a coffee and small bite like cake it is the best option. This store is good. Close to the Wembley Stadium. Have good connectivity to Central London and other locations. Jubilee and Metropolitan serve Wembley Park.

Bit dull and gloomy. Staff nice. But can't give high stars as the toilet was broken so you had to leave and go elsewhere

The toilet here is always closed and never gets cleaned or actually looked at. Very upset with this and the lack of care.

I've been going to this Costa for ages! I always order a caramel hot chocolate. I explained today that it tasted off - more like toffee not caramel and I explained this to the Barista. To which the original barista who served me along with 2 other staff told me "they don't do toffee" and just dismissed the fact that I told them it tasted off. Needless to say.. I'm sticking to the Costa in Wembley place where the staff are way more friendly and the drinks actually taste like they should !!

Had to wait a little while to be served, only two staff behind the counter. Hot Drink, made quickly, can't complain much.

As always Costa's taste vary from shop to shop you will never get a same taste of coffee from every shop. Barista's in the company should be trained properly.

Indian man Store manager has a disgusting attitude. He made me a vile coffee. As soon as I took one sip of it I could taste that something was off. Then I noticed the milk was left on the counter top at room temperature. Everyone knows that milk needs to be refrigerated otherwise harmful bacteria will grow on the milk when left at room temperature for too long which could potentially KILL you. When I told him that, he got defensive, telling me that he wouldn’t issue me a refund nor would he make me another one as his milk was NOT expired. Clearly he’s not that clever hence why he’s a barista. I recorded the encounter on my phone and I will be making a formal complaint to the head office regarding his disgusting conduct and when I find his name I’ll be adding it to this review also.

This branch does not accept the Blue Light Card. They also didn't have any cinnamon and no stirrers, sugar, napkins etc. Appalling.

Barista: newbie nos proper or sufficient training were given Standards: Costa standards wasn't met. Drinks tried: Chocolate fudge Brownie Frappé Compared to other stores it was average. I'm pretty sure it was a newbie made the drink. However if a customer is paying more than 4 pounds for a drink it should be perfect. They should give proper and sufficient training. The atmosphere is really amazing with the view of Wembley Stadium and there is a lot of space to dine for both outside and inside. The service was really good.

It's a very good place to hang out with friends and spend time over coffee. Most coffee drinks have very good taste and as well as the desserts.

No cups as washing mashine broken down, no toilet as it’s blocked not in use , no sitting outside as they have no enough chairs for the tables ( tables are enough but chairs are less so 3-4 table was empty but no chair to sit )

Food not a great thing,service is okay, the atmosphere isn't great, understaffed, and they should have more tables outside ,right in front of the stadium (lateral)

Great experience, my partner and I have been to multiple costa’s around London and this is the best. The drinks taste amazing and all the staff are so kind especially Zuba, Daniel and Diya. Would definitely recommend!

Review for store 53, Wembley (near Wembley Triangle): The two members of staff on duty were offhand, a little rude and didn't smile. A friend of theirs was in the queue behind me-they proceeded to chat away in their own language to their friend-it was if customers were in their sitting room rather than in a cafe. Do the staff undertake Customer Service training of any kind?

The service is very friendly and the shop is always clean. However, the internet rarely works. I'd recommend this Costa if you're catching up with friends, but not to do online work.

Arriving in London we needed lunch. This was near our hotel and fitted the bill. Usual Costa fare on offer, and quite acceptable. Not too busy as it was almost past lunchtime

Hi, I’m taking the time to write this review because I believe staff members should be recognised for going the extra mile to satisfy customers. I have been a customer at Costa for the last 6 years. This store specifically, is my second time and I already remember the excellent customer service by especially one of the gentleman that works there. Mannerism are impeccable, kindness and I truly believe he is an asset to your organisation. I don’t know his name, but I’m sure somehow you will know who it is I am referring too, he might be around his mid 20’s , I assume. I hope Allah SWT blesses you in so many ways, thank you for making a difference to people’s day with your kind service!

Staff should be more informed on the offers that Costa has every week. I went in today morning o get a coffee and a cake for £1 (deal of the day only) So the guy working there told me that I have to buy a coffee first and the deal will only activate from tomorrow onwards. I believed him as I didn't read the term and conditions of the deal. When I got back to work I realised I could have gotten my coffee (full price) + a cake for £1 ONLY today. Just disappointed as I am not gonna buy another coffee now in the evening. It isn't such a big deal, but they shouldn't confuse customers and they should know better what is going on. Talking from the experience. I used to work for Starbucks.

Asked to leave bang on closing time after having just been served a hot drink 10minutes before. No warning that they were about to close. No apologies, no empathy, just aggression. Cheeky so and so said that opening times are on the door, of course, that's what you do when you go into a coffee shop, check to see if there is any chance you will be turfed out before you have finished. They refused to just do what these places usually do which is not let anyone else in and and let us finish our drinks in peace. The coffee machine was 'out if order' , yes, of course it was, they had obviously cleaned it early so that they could go home without having to hang back after closing time. Lazy. Also very aggressively rude. Will be complaining.

I am Costa customer for years, use to go for a coffee almost every weekend.I love to go out with my family or friends for good coffee an have a chat and we all like to have the drink in a glass/ ceramic cup. But in the last few months things has changed. Today I’ve been to Costa coffee in Wembley outlet and yesterday in Costa Wembley Park and the staff said they can only serve the coffee in takeaway cup as their dishwasher is not working.This was also happened in one of the Costa near Piccadilly Circus. This one was even worst, wen I asked them if I can use the toilet they said the do not have one. Anyway I use to believe the story with the dishwasher at the beginning but since I have this answer for few months and in different location, now and I don’t. They better tell the truth to the customer and not come with the broken dishwasher excuse..The paper is changing the taste of the coffee and I don’t like it. So price went up and product quality and services went down. No me going for coffee in Costa any more.

A bad experience. We were not allowed to sit on the chairs was told to leave. or use their toilet was locked . As had done previously the. Cold coffee was full of ice and far tooomuch coffee a,terrible blend. Very bitter though I checked first

One of the staff members was quite rude when I've asked for a big favor for letting me plug my phone to a charger before my battery run out after being consuming for a couple of hours in the shop. Just a small gesture that could have saved me a big headache. Well done guys! (learn some empathy)

Clean efficient and the usual good coffee!

I’ve come here with my dog multiple times and it was never an issue with any of the staff. Today a staff member told me that they weren’t pet friendly and the dog wasn’t allowed inside, which all together I already found weird since I have worked at Costa in the past and all stores have always been pet friendly. However, fine if that is the case. But then the male barista working at the till (at 17:15 on 24/4) refused to give a cup of whipped cream on the side even though I had said I’d pay for it and he can just charge me extra for the whipped cream, or even charge an extra drink. He refused and said they won’t do it as he knows it would be for the dog which I just think is ridiculous. Bad customer service and I won’t be returning.

İt was good but unfotunatly not clean

This is for the branch located next to Pret in the outlet. There are a few branches quite close together. Busy naturally given location but not too bad on a Wednesday afternoon with indoor and outdoor seating. Big range of drinks, cakes, pastries, sandwiches and more. Costa are also stocking a small range of M&S snacks. I just had a black americano to take away which was fine. Not really difficult to get wrong. Reasonably clean. There was only one member of staff present. She was pleasant enough and service was fast but she could have been friendlier. Costa tend to have or maybe it is me a bigger selection of food and drinks than other similar chains. I am still not a huge fan and only tend to go for convenience. I tend to find service is hit and miss and branches normally filthy which puts me off!

Been here over year…always excellent service from delivering through uber eats and eating in. Love how they care about beans points even when ordering through uber eats.

First visit here.Friendly staff member who served us, with a smile too! Coffee was good, hot chocolate too. My only gripe was the waiting area for coffees was quite narrow and a little close to tables where customers were seated.

I loved the ambience. Very great staff. Brewed the coffee in a very finest way, which I expected.

Busy but very good atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Social distancing was on point so nothing to worry about there. The que was long but staff handled very well and very quick. Prices are good here and love the location as close to the car park so as you arrive can stop or even when you finish your shop can breeze through and revive on the coffee. Thankyou😊

Not a good place for a coffee this one. The place seemed somehow neglected, as if little care was being taken. I've been in plenty of other Costa Coffee (and other assorted chain coffee places) places that were much nicer and friendlier.

I like Costa very much! With Costa I go back in Italy every time I take a cappuccino! Precios memories for me.

Avoid this place, Asian guy working there provides horrible service to non Asian and English people, seems like to me someone loves discriminate European people. I don't recommend this place at all.

Super busy on a Sunday and the milk wasn't frothed well at all. But it is a really cozy coffee shop with beautiful decor.
