Customer service also not good Even they don't know have to pack When they packing they put in shompoo and the food in the same bag

I doubt the staff here know that a flat white isn't supposed to be BOILING HOT. So hot in fact, it'll burn a layer off your tongue if you sip it. Staff need urgent retraining but unlikely to happen.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating, as well as being a lovely atmosphere inside the shop

Really cramped. Wouldn’t let a 3 year old use the toilet and said to use the underground station toilet.

Had picked up my daughter from school for the first time in months as i dont usually get a chance to do so due to work, decided to treat her to a costa hot chocolate, we sat in to have our order as the was a downpour outside. My daughter, eight let me know during her drink that she needed to use the loo, bad. I asked the barista if my eight year old daughter could use the loo and she was despeate. She just fed me some line about its policy to not let customers use the loo. I repeated the fact that she was eight, we lived a 15 min walk from the area, and she needed to use the loo badly. The barista just turned her back on me. I had to then rush home with my daughter in the pouring rain, my daughter did not make the loo on time. Never again costa. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Not happy with replacement don't eat Danish with raisins should have called to ask 🙄

Just stopped to have a real cup of coffee, as opposed to an instant variety at home! Staff are attentive and friendly and the cafe is clean and well stocked. Quite small inside, seating outside for smokers if you don't mind staring at traffic! Nice to be able to relax and have a coffee and watch a video on my phone :)

I want to share this review for the people who like frappes. I visit 3 times with 3 diffrent weekends , they said to me like don't have tropical mango bubble frappe. They suggest me chocolate brownie one , and that was so disgusting. I don't know why they not provide proper training there employee. I tell them Nearest costa branch HARROW ON THE HILL Station one, they provide quality service and propers drinks. Visit both place them please share your review here. People spending £4.25 each drink but they don't care and not providing service. I will not visit this store anymore.

1 piece of advice I'd like to share with Costa is when you're serving hot chocolate, make it's quiet warm. Few times so far have been put off hot chocolate cos they were cold. Cheers

Coffee was like water. Really bad and not like usual.

I asked for a sweetener. they sent brown sugar. I am diabetic thanks for the sugar. No mixing rod. I asked extra hot soya flat white but the drink is cold. Poor service. Delivery was fast.

I didn’t receive my food and my drink was cold. The restaurant should have called me to let me know it was unavailable instead of giving me nothing

El personal allí está preparando el café a sus propias medidas. Sabe diferente a otros cafés de Costa. El personal en su debería estar más capacitado. ¿Dejé de ir a este café Costa después de 2 malas experiencias?

El servicio al cliente es repugnante, una pena. Espero que la gerencia despida a la chica italiana.

Peor Costa nunca! ! ! Si pudiera dar menos de 1 estrellas sin! ! Peor atención al cliente nunca. Fuimos a eso de las 5:30 pm los domingos y era servida por y señora de Europa Oriental. No tiene sentido de servicio al cliente. Queríamos unos sandwiches panini. Ella dijo que no servir a quienes estaban cerrando porque pronto, aún había al menos 25 minutos antes de la hora de cierre. No había ninguna señal o aviso en cualquier lugar para decir que no podemos pedir 25 minutos antes del cierre. Yo calculo que sólo perezosos y no quieren hacer su trabajo! Nos insistía en la sándwiches, ya que teníamos tiempo. Ahora ella empieza a crear una escena y comenzó a discutir con nosotros! Pedimos hablar con el gerente y ella se negó a conseguir uno! Finalmente nos dieron otra señora, debe haber sido su colega, que intentó decir lo mismo pero en un tono más educado. Pero luego acordado hacer los bocadillos de todos modos el punto en el cual la primera ahora empezaron a tirar el maltrato verbal! ! ! Teníamos suficiente y decidimos irnos. Peor NO VAYAS! ! Están dando un mal nombre Costa. Sin duda este avance a costa de la franquicia.
