After a concert last night, me and a friend went into Starbucks as it was opened late. I ordered a cool lime refresher, which I get in every Starbucks. There is an option to have this drink made with lemonade or water, I specified water as I hate lemonade. Upon trying the drink it was clearly made with lemonade, and aside from this no lime could even be tasted. I believe this was just lemonade with nothing else in it. I straight away brought it up to the woman making the drinks and she just shouted ‘that is made with water’. It wasn’t , so I tried it again but I just couldn’t drink it. I brought it up to the man at the till and he said ‘she says it’s made with lemonade’ Now considering it was cloudy and all he’d have to do is look at it, I said would you like to try it? He then proceeds to tell me they can’t make me another one as they’ve ’ran out’ of cool lime juice- this was definitely never even used in the first place and I was given a £6 cup of lemonade I don’t even like. He brushed it off with a ‘sorry for the inconvenience’ and walked off. I had to pay £6 for a drink I don’t even like- and they did absolutely nothing about it. I am disgusted and considering the current cost of living crisis this has really got me down. They have let down not only my whole experience of my trip away, but also Starbucks as a whole. I frequently get cool lime refreshers, and I have never experienced this. It’s one thing to make a mistake, but to shout in my face and try tell me I’m wrong when it’s clearly lemonade; then not fix the issue, is just really disappointing. Usually you should at least be offered in store credit. I wish I could have spoken up at the time about this and demanded a refund but I was so taken aback and to be honest upset with how I was being treated.

I want to file a complaint against Starbucks because the manager continuously followed me while online meeting, pressuring me to buy coffee. I paid with my credit card and explained to the manager that this behavior wasn't Starbucks policy. Despite this, I felt harassed and opressed while seated seeing the manager following me during the court of my meeting. This occurred at Brent Townhall offices, which is also a community space. In my 20 years of enjoying coffee globally, I've never encountered such treatment. I felt like an unwanted, homeless customer because I didn't make a purchase immediately, even though I intended to. A disgusting attitude. I end up buy a a basic chocolate I left on the counter and went to purchase my coffee from Costa

The 2 girls working this morning, ray and Samie were so rude. I ordered a iced white mocha but didn’t taste like it had the white mocha in it. Took me a while to get their attention cos they were too busy talking to each-other that and when I said about it they both argued with me and told me they had put it in. I asked if I could have it remade as i didn’t like it and they said no. Luckily another girl with blue hair, I didn’t catch her name, helped me when I asked her and remade it for me and gave me a free drink voucher to say sorry and apologised a lot. Think I’ll stick to the other Starbucks around the corner if those other 2 to are working.

The worse Starbuck in London. Staff Fa*z (can’t really see that lady’s name card) always have excuses for every mistakes she made. She forgot my order I wait for 10 mins then ask her she ask me to show my receipts, and paid location of it. She said because there are three Starbucks around there. I mean I was just order my drinks in this counter. And I told you my name when I order it. Later on she give me the medium one but She charged my drink for large size price. She said it machine’s fault. Is that any possible she massed up the size of cups? Then she said that extra might be service price. But when Starbucks charge service price in London? Is that service deserve service price? I always go to another Starbucks which near Wembley park station. Even in the busiest time of day they never make any mistake. I don’t mean people can’t make mistakes. But if you do have why not admit you are not familiar with your work instead of find other excuse? It ruined my day

They got my order wrong and when i went to ask to make it correct I received bad attitude from Connor. They reused the same cup and became wet and sticky. I asked for latte and the texture was for macchiato and they reused the milk and was extra hot. Worst experience ever and waste of money.

Quite poor service. Ordered a cold brew, no ice and no milk. There are three staff working there. One making the drinks, one at the till, the other restocking. The one making the coffee was clearly overwhelmed and there was no sense of urgency from the other two staff members. The man at the till, eventually made one or two coffees. But with around 8 people waiting, should have done more. The person who seemed to be the manager, prioritised stocking shelves over helping them deal with the line and the backlog of orders. A woman told me she had been waiting for 10 mins for a hot chocolate. I waited for 12 minutes for a cold brew with nothing else in it. I saw the woman make it, it's literally poured from a container. They also didn't serve customers in order, there were people who got their drink instantly after ordering and others waiting for ages. Horrible lack of urgency from staff, no attention to customer service and just lazy. Hopefully the other Starbucks in Wembley is faster.... I worked as a Barista for 3 years, customer always comes first.

They are advertising the new Chocolatey pretzel frappucinno with a chocolatey cream on top and some crunchie toppings, well guess what? You just get normal cream on top and that’s it! Whaaaaat? And you pay £5 for it. This kind of drinks are never like advertised. Total dissapointment. I’m sorry i did not take a picture of what i actually received but i am sure i am not the only one experiencing this so no proof needed.

I visited this Starbucks with my friend and unexpectedly found that my card was declined at the till. I had money in my account, but for some reason, none of my cards would work. The Barrister very kindly gave us the two drinks complimentary. The quality of the drinks were superb. Santa and Connor were helpful, friendly and incredibly efficient. The store was just about to close and they very kindly allowed us to enter and purchase a drink so they were working right up till the end of their shift. Their knowledge of the drinks available was impeccable and they helped guide us and other customers to the perfect drink for our individual tastes. The toilets were maintained to a high standard. I loved Santas Canadian accent! 100% would recommend the police.

My partner and I stayed in Wembley for an overnight stay. After a walk about the town centre, we ended up at Starbucks in the Brent Civic Centre. Store was tidy, clean and very welcoming. Staff were prompt and courteous. I got chatting to the manager, Connor, who was extremely friendly and exceptionally helpful, advising of places we should visit. We were so impressed with the service here, we returned later that day to enjoy another lovely, seasonal coffee! Hats off to Connor and the team. 👏👏👏

Service is usually quite slow, but it's close to work, so I end up going there, but that doesn't usually bother me. I went in today, waited longer than usual for my Mac n cheese, when I started eating it, it tasted sour, I knew the cheese was off, I checked the date at the bottom, it was out of date! How does this meet food standards, that somewhere like Stabucks are selling people out of date food? Their reaction when I told them the mac n cheese tastes off and is also out of date wasn't great, they didn't apologise and instead said, you can have another one, as though they were doing me a favour? The second one they gave hadn't been in the oven long enough and was still cold. I won't be going there again.

I always get coffee on my way to work from here i was on a rush today 13/09/2022 and also wanted to get the Halloween themed cup which was £2.50 but she charged me £3.50 i didn't realize until i reached my work place and suddenly checked the bottom of it When i asked her about the price she checked and said its £3.50 I wanted to make sure because my friend already got it so i know she over charged me well thats not the end When i asked her are you sure its £3.50 she was like (Its still cheap do you want it or not) i felt really bad but i was in a rush so i said yeah i do want it Its not about the money always she was really rude I wanted to start my day with a coffee before work its the behaviour which was unexpectedable

QUEUE FOR SOMETHING ELSE! Went recently for a quick bite before coldplay in Wembley and there was no queue here at all. So we thought ‘brilliant!’, what a steal. All those chumps are queuing for ages elsewhere and we’ve found an absolute steal of a Starbucks with no queue. Little did we know this reaction would fit perfectly into a ‘top 10 moments people celebrated too early compilation’. Firstly, no cold drinks cause they had no ice? I suspect this was as it was close to closing time and the staff could not be bothered. We were rushed to eat our food despite closing not coming for another hour. However, the worst of all was the food poising of the following days. It’s always nice to be stumbling through the streets of london between tube stations on the brink of throwing up so thanks Starbucks. Avoid this place at all costs.

This place is probably the worst coffee shop I’ve ever been to. There’s constantly new staff working and never any consistency. The Manager seems to be too incompetent for their role and is never around when I’ve asked for her. Also the closing time seems to be different every single day, again no consistency. The staff clearly seem stressed and overworked and tired. Something really needs to be sorted out.

I have never been to a Starbucks this bad!!!! horrible service!!! the person prepares your coffee and you have to guess which one is yours. Put them all together on the left. And the social distance???? the coffee is inedible! it looked like it was hot water that washed the machine. We threw away the coffees!!! I'm not coming back for this one!!!! Ordering trough the app is a waist of time. Every time I order through the app I have to get there, see 3 people in line get their orders, ask if my order is ready and only then do they acknowledge it’s been sitting there for over 15 minutes. If they are going to ignore their system they might as well not offer online ordering. It took me 3 times of the same to write the comment.

Went to many Starbucks in my life. I went to many different Starbucks in Germany as well as in the UK. Almost all of them were the same, however, this Starbucks made the best Java Chip Frappuccino I have ever had. The person that made the Frappuccino is Harry. Please give this man a promotion.

I’m not the type to leave bad reviews but my experience was so horrible. I respect and understand the pressure of all staff during covid and this could be some internal issues that has caused staff to act this way but it need to be looked into. I accidentally picked up the wrong drink as they didn’t called out the name, instead of the barista telling me that’s not my drink, I was literally got shouted at in front of family and friends and other customers and it was so humiliating. Also my order was wrong but that wasn’t even a problem, the same barista gave me such an uncomfortable stare when she had to make my drink again.

I go there to sit amd study and it provides the charging plugs so i can work on my laptop without wprrying about the battery. This is a perfect place for me to study because the library there closes early on weekend and i dont have anywhere else where i can sit comfortably. I always order a hot chocolate with cream on top and the staff are really quick to prepare it. The only improvement it needs is temperature. sometimes it hets really cold and i dont think the heaters are doing good enough job.

One of the three Starbucks in the area. Friendly staff and a very good ambience. Since it is very close to many popular places such as Wembley Stadium, Wembley Arena, Brent Civic Centre, Wembley Library and the London Designer Outlet it might sometimes get crowded especially during event days.

I work locally and used to come in here every day sometimes twice a day. As of lately I've been so disappointed with the quality. Around 3/5 times a week my order isnt correct and at the time of day that I am in there it is always quiet so I'm not sure how hard it is to get it right. I feel like this branch is more of a training hub for new staff as I never see the same people, which I don't have a problem with but I am starting to resent how expensive it is.

Ty starbucks this is my favorite starbucks not only that they have a drive threw.they always get my order right even if they are new employees. They are always cheerful. Starbucks is always pretty consistent. I really like t)3 addition of mini toasties on the menu albeit that the cheese in the chilli one tasted a bit fake. The main challenge was my large tea had zero room for milk when I opened it which at 8:00 a.m. was hard for my tired brain to deal with. The team were lovely and the restaurant was very clean.

The assistant was more concerned talking to her colleague about shifts and generally complaining than serving us. Found a table which was reasonably clean - was going to have a sandwich but opted out customer service was dismal.The toilets were a disgrace - the sanitary bin was overflowing, no soap in the container, floor was soaked the visit was just before mid-day and the checklist on the door was not signed - this did not happen in a few hours it clearly been full for ages as the sanitary bin was rammed - no toilet paper either.

Visited as a family with 2 young children Positives Gails offers a bakery choice in willesden green, when there is an absence of alternatives. We eat regularly from there, chosing from their range of baked goods and coffees, as in Willesden Green, where else can we go? Their sourdough bread is nice enough, as are their range of bakeries, and coffee isn’t bad. Negatives 1) no cash business 2) The company are fine with having one person on a laptop treating it like a home office nursing a cold coffee all day on what should be a table for 4. So it can often be a challenge to find anywhere to sit if you want to eat in and try their cooked selections. I contacted them, and said, hey, on sundays god said to have a day of rest, so how about a no laptop day so people can get a seat who might want to eat your range of hot foods. Company response was that they don’t care, which is a terrible attitude. We now go further afield more often than not.

It was rather unfortunate for the cafe that their coffee machine broke down this morning as it took nearly half an hour to get 2 coffees (26 minutes to be precise). Two other customers in front of us also got their coffees 25 mins after their order was taken. When our 2 coffees did arrive one was incorrect. We had also purchased 2 doughnuts, which looked absolutely lovely in the display, however I agree with other reviewers - not the best we have ever had - doughnuts a bit tough ie. not fresh (?). With the 30 minute wait, we would have expected the coffees to have been refunded at the very least !! The 2 coffees were very small, 2 doughnuts for £15:40 - bit of a rip off. Have had better artisan cakes and coffees for less in London at other independent retailers. Will not be returning. 856/100 min characters

Absolutely disgusting! Nothing like it used to be. Poor, poor customer service, rude and incompetent. Hugely overpriced for a plate of fried potatoes! Avoid!

The staff were so uninviting and seemed like they hated their job, had to ask 5 times where to pay after having a look at what I want and the guy completely ignored me and left it for his colleague who also seemed very unbothered and monotone when I finally did get served. As for the doughnuts, It was my first time trying them. They look amazing but tasted so underwhelming, chocolate and salted caramel had a slightly burnt taste and the “salted caramel” was definitely not salted caramel, just tasted like burnt caramel. The vanilla was just plain and bland no real flavour so I was really hoping the blueberry cheesecake one would be good but it was also a disappointment. You get slight hints of blueberry then it’s just tastes like whipped cream. The only good thing about the doughnuts were the amount they were filled inside but it’s a shame they don’t taste as good as they look

The servers are very impatient, except for one woman, perhaps of Polish origin. He is very nice, but everyone else is a condescending phlegm. The drinks ordered are very tasteless, battered and not enough compared to the size ordered. We've been coming here for years, but this was probably the last time.
