Creams Cafe Wembley in Brent

the cookie dough middle was burned on all 3 of them rock solid

missing items, cold and chewy crepe, not happy

the crepe...was over cooked and hard. it was a struggle to cut into the crepe. worst crepe I have ever eaten

They didn’t give me what I ordered

Food was delivered late and left outside in the rain with no call or update untill 4am

The meal was not nice, the cake was stale and the milkshake tasted weird . Felt like a waste of money.

1/5 stars - Extremely Poor Service I have to give one star because no option for zero star. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location in Wembley. The staff seemed completely uninterested in attending to me. When I approached the counter, the staff member didn't even acknowledge me, let alone ask for my order. I had to politely ask if I could place my order,but she was continuing to fun and laugh with another staff member. To make matters worse, I had to repeat my order three times, and even then, I didn't receive any confirmation or assurance that it was correct. I went from there and still no response. The lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed by the staff was shocking. As a customer, I expect basic respect and attention, which was clearly too much to ask from this team. Avoid this location at all costs if you value good customer service.

I really enjoyed coming to Creams Cafe Wembley, it was my first time trying dessert there but the Vegan Belgian Chocolate cake was amazing! It went great with some nice warm custard! I would definitely recommend the cafe to everyone!

I had a great experience at Creams! The summer drinks were absolutely amazing – so refreshing and full of flavor. The waffles with strawberries and bananas were fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. Will definitely be coming back!

Not the place for eggless dessert! Choice is extremely limited and they are not even able to offer eggless plain vanilla ice cream. Nothing off the menu can be ordered as eggless and only limited vegan options available. After getting frustrated with the limited options my child decided to go for a simple cone ice cream.. but they had no eggless cones so could not even order that!

If you're visiting just for the good tea, temper your expectations. What they serve isn’t freshly brewed — it's simply tea sachets (masala, cardamom, etc.) mixed and served. Very heavy on Suger°. Don’t be misled into thinking it’s made fresh based on their outside ads(classic chai glass).

Always been having the classic crepe with lemon & sugar. No ice cream and no whipped cream! So good, I usually have 1, but end up having a lot more.

The milk cake was very dry and it was not good at all the the milk cake is supposed to be very very milky but that tasted like a sponge cake

The waffle is very good here And the staff is very cooperative here.

The waffle was at the perfect amount of sweetness and each one had a unique taste.

My wife and I ordered 2 coffees with doughnuts and had to wait over 10 minutes for the drinks to be brought to our table, which were barely lukewarm when they arrived. We then had to wait another 5 minutes for the doughnuts to brought over and these were clearly microwaved. We were not impressed and will not be returning.

Waffle was ok. Fruits were fresh but the chocolate doesn’t taste good. Couches were ripped and it was a bit chilly inside but the staff made sure the tables is clean which was nice. Too cold for eating ice cream inside though.. Also staff was soo pushy about getting a review…

Loved this dessert parlour! The cookie Dough was delicious and beautifully presented. Staff were friendly and the place had a nice, clean vibe. Great spot to satisfy your sweet tooth—highly recommend!
