Creams Cafe Wembley in Brent

I’ve lived in wembley my entire life and I have never had a bad experience with Creams. The staff are friendly and attentive with any requests. I would highly recommend Creams to other people.

5/5, every time I come here, the food is amazing the perfect balance of sweetness and cold ice cream makes it so delightful. I would definitely recommend it to others since it has a variety of of things in their menu.

Excellent service laraib made the best crape here really recommend. I normally come for the Massala tea as this is the only brunch doing it as far as I know.

It was my first time visiting this cafe so I was very happy to see it firstly The atmosphere was lively the music enjoyable and the cafe clean and welcoming. The dessert variety, especially the customizable waffles, was great. However, the service was also good, and staff communication was excellent. With a few improvements, it could be a fantastic spot!. Highly recommended for visiting this cafe.

I recently Visited Creams Cafe and had a mixed experience. The atmosphere was vibrant, with enjoyable music and a clean setting. The dessert selection was impressive, especially the customizable waffles and crepes. However, service was pretty good , and communication with staff they are such a very helpful and friendly, this one lady such a pretty she is very kind and helpful she was very nicely described the food which was I’m confused. some items like cakes and drinks need better quality. The cafe has potential, and I’d be visiting next time.

I ordered 3 scoops ice cream and it was huge! Really good value for money. The knickerbocker sundae is very nice too.

Wembley site staff was very pleasant I was greater at the door. Made my order it came with no problems A very satisfied customer will come again. Shiisti was very nice and her customer sservice was excellent.

Me and my best friend came to this creams and the staff were horrendously rude and impatient, it took 35 mins for food to arrive. When the food was finally served it was cold and messy. It tasted like it came from a freezer and when brought to our table it was slammed down on the table, food is highly overpriced for small amounts of food. The prices are horrendous and unfair

The experience I had was quite disappointing today. I requested to use the restroom, but was informed that it was out of service and directed to the one in the parking lot. After making that trek, I returned to place my order. While I was ordering, I noticed someone exiting the restroom and inquired why I had been sent to the parking lot when the restroom in the café was operational. They responded, "We thought you weren't a customer since you didn't order first." This was an incredibly the most ridiculous response. As a nine-month pregnant woman, I had to rush to find a restroom while the one in the café was available. To make matters worse, they didn’t even apologize afterward. The staff at this branch seemed unwelcoming and poorly trained. Creams is my favourite spot for desserts, but this location clearly needs to improve their service and train their staff better.

Good place for parties and large scale special events and an overall positive customer support

The waffle was nice and loaded with toppings. However, service was kinda slow - to order and for the dessert to arrive. Cafe's cleanliness can be better.

Nice spot to have lunch or a snack! I tried the crepes with strawberries, banana and chocolate. I must say as a pancake lover I think the crepe could be better in terms of flavor (it wasn’t very sweet). But the chocolate and ice cream toppings compensated that. My recommendation: try their masala chai I loved it! Lovely and helpful ladies ar the bar.

The food was good. The milkshakes were all right and they had lots of flavours including fruits and chocolates like Snickers. There is a wide variety of waffles and crepes but they are all sweet, no savoury options . A lot of things look big in the menu but when they give it to you it's actually a lot smaller like the cookie dough so be cautious there. It's warm inside as they have heaters too to protect you from the cold, be prepared to spend upwards of 80-100 pounds in a group of 6. The overall atmosphere and food is nice so overall it's a good place to go for a celebration but I wouldn't go to often tho however that's because it's very sweet and chocolatey and so it has lots of calories.
