Creams Cafe Wembley in Brent

I ordered a Create your Own with strawberries, white chocolate sauce and chocolate shavings and this is what I arrived when I opened the box. Im absolutely speechless. However this only applies to my delivery, Dine in is much better.

Amazing staff, amazing services, delicious food.

They actually forced me to give a 5 star rating, while we are enjoying our ice cream they asked us more than twice to give them a rating. We eventually accepted their request and they made us do a 5 star rating. But overall they have good ice cream. I’m just not happy of how they forced us to do a 5 star rating.It is good for family deserts? I think it is. Just a little expensive though.

Waffle wasn’t crunchy, it was very soggy

I had a very disappointing experience at Creams in Wembley Central today. We ordered a waffle, and the taste was terrible. The dough was raw, and even the nuts tasted off. When I asked one of the staff members about it, she admitted that they had changed the flour and that everyone was complaining about it. If they know the flour is causing problems and customers are unhappy, why are they still using it? We ended up leaving the waffle uneaten and walked out. Definitely not going back.

The Ambiente is mesmerizing and breathtaking. From the sparkly✨ decor to the clean and comfortable seats 💺.But now we haven't gone to the best part: The FOOD. I still dream about their mouthwatering deserts. From creamy ice creams🍦to nachos all the way to waffles and lastly to their big selections of drinks 🥤.It's close to a parking house 🅿️and easily accessible👩‍🦽‍➡️ This IS a must go if you ever plan to go to London/Wembley. I have to go because I'm on my way to Cremes and enjoying a waffle. 🧇

I came to London for holiday and I stumbled across this creams shop. I had such a great experience both food and staff. And the menu has so many options I never saw in my hometown. I can only recommend this place!!

I had a long day and decided to get some ice cream. I went into the shop and realized the variety of things they offer. I got a strawberry crepe, a milkshake and chocolate ice cream. I am a picky eater so I struggle to find food that I enjoy. It was so good and I really enjoyed it. And the shop has really good decorations. It’s so fun and the vibes are great. They also had a great selection of music. Can’t wait to come again with my friends, it will be so fun!!

Took nearly 1 hour for order to be delivered. Ordered at 9:22/23pm and arrived 10:15/16pm. Not sure why our order was stuck at creams for 40 mins before it even got delivered. Originally was supposed to arrive 9:50. Won’t be ordering from creams at this time I guess usually you’d expect it to be less busy.

It was great experience to visit Creams Wembley Stadium London during my trip to UK. The in store services are impressive and all products are fresh and full of unique taste. I recommend to all friends and families to visit this store and enjoy the warm hospitality of Mr Qazi and his team.

Really disappointed after visiting few times before where from great experience we had a very disappointed Friday evening No air con working apparently already for a week and I cannot believe place like this can’t afford engineer to come out and sort it out Ice cream served leaking and we where told to eat quickly Cold drinks offered and again received a hot coke Crazy place
