This has to be the worst dessert parlour I have been to. Yesterday we got 3 doughnuts, 2 coffees and a hot chocolate. The doughnuts weren’t fresh and were properly bought from Tesco. The lattes were just warm milk. Very very disappointing. The only good thing about them was the service by the waiter.

A really nice experience of this restaurant .very friendly staff and we enjoyed the food . The waffles were warm and crispy and delicious with ice cream . Chai latte was yummy and a must have in warm winter evening .

Very low standard of food now. Reheated, tastes like rubber especially the waffles. Every other dessert parlour is better

Waste of money to buy milk shake from creams Wembley, members are so rude I will never go back to Wembley branch.

There was 20min left for the restaurant closing but they where not taking my order and they the staff was so rude to me the staff was telling me that we have to clean the restaurant so we can’t take your order

I ordered a vegan cookie dough and this is what I received and it was cold so most likely uncooked. The staff clearly don’t care. Disgusting.

Very unpolite, rude staff! A bigger size muslim lady charging clients was absolutely rude and outrageous. She couldn't even politely respond if they had iced latte or offer instead iced coffee. So I asked if they had iced coffee myself. Then she couldn't even respond if the iced coffee would have vanilla ice creams. Very, very rude! The food is good there, tho. I visit creams, those branches regulary. So far this one because of the stuff was the worst!

i went to creams wembley the other day and i was trying to enjoy my desert that i paid for with my hard earned money. There was a worker working there indian dark skin tall man with stubble bread keep looking at me and he walked past me and touched my bum and bear in mind there was alot of space to walk and he said sorry it was acident but i don’t feel like it was because he kept smiling at me and looking at me while i was trying to enjoy my desert on my day off from work i would like to make a formal complain to head office. i am giving one star because it doesn’t let me give 0 star this is a very bad place to go to for married women with hijab i don’t recommend this place to anyone.

The stuff it’s very bad and have to wait a lot every time and they bring to you only one thing instead of 3 and you have to ask them again for the other 2

Not the crepes I used to eat from here. This place is getting worse every time. This crepes was like eating a plastic bag served in a small dish.

The cookie crumble came with hair on the plate that's close to the waffle itself. The lady who took the waffle back didn't take long and came back in a minute with the same waffle on a different plate. It's disgusting to think it's acceptable to not even make a new waffle. Instead, get given the same waffle that had hair in it. Disgusting practice from the staff altogether really. NOT HAPPY

Went a to Costas down the road circa 6 pm . Place was full of uncleared tables and was only serving take out. Went around the corner to Creams and the place was clean and the price for a cup of tea was half 50% less with pleasant friendly staff to boot.

I have ordered tonight 3 Crepes but we received one waffle instead, I went and kindly asked why we received something else from what has been ordered and the person accused me that I did not mentioned crepes even though I had all written on my notes and I wasn’t alone when ordering, I ordered crepes for sure, even pointing with my finger at the crepes image in the menu. The person did not change the first one that was brought to us, and it took a long time to receive the 2 other crepes. I am quite disappointed by the attitude, if at least he would not accuse us of not mentioning it and just saying sorry would have been better.

The place is very tiny and I couldn’t breathe when I was eating as there is a small space in between me and the table, however their ice cream was amazing. If am coming back it will be for the ice cream.

Always have the soft vanilla ice cream and its too good. No queue and the staff is amazing!

Terrible service. When I walked in, the waiter just stared at me, I had to seat myself, grab my own menu. My waffle came 5 minutes after order however my sisters took over 40 minutes to arrive, after prompted by us. Then we were rushed to leave.

Doughnuts are amazing and delicious . They make it at the minute even if it is late on the evening.

Uber damaged the order creams never helped with this and they don’t even answer the phone

Uber Order accepted immediately and wrapping up after 10 mins. However after 30 mins I was still waiting for my order. Still on wrapping up and got call from driver requesting to call them and ask to hurry up. Gave up after constantly calling for good 5 mins and no answer. Driver told me it was ringing but no one bothered to pick it up. Got chocolate scoop instead of vanilla and no cutlery even though asked for extra. Ridiculous service and no consideration for customer no attention to simple details. It’s not flipping rocket science…!!! Highly highly disappointed.

I came to order my waffle it was my first time and the person serving me ‘jinkal’ was really disrespectful I was confused and didn’t know how the create my own waffle works and I was confused about how to create it and while ordering she was really disrespectful and does not know how to communicate with customers this did not only happened to me but my sister who ordered it after 10 mins and received the same treatment too. Disappointed

Mediocre, overpriced stuff. Had a slice of red velvet cake and hot chocolate here. The quantity and quality were not much to write home about. I guess they were trying to focus on the ambience, but I didn't find it great either. The staff was nice though.

I honestly love the gelato at creams & i usually order it online through uber eats or just eats. Last night i did order 3scoops of different flavours. And i was sent a wrong flavor. This is the second time this has happened to me. I did call the store as soon as i received d order and dey just sd that it was an error done by their colleague. They did nothing about it.! This is so disappointing evrytym receiving something else instead of what you really asked for.!

Shocking. Can’t provide tap water. A basic human right. Just atrocious. Even the employees themselves said they can’t use the tap to drink supposedly. Absolutely shocking from their Boss. Won’t comment on the desert because the whole experience was ruined by failing to adhere to a simple request. I think employees should take more care of their customers and speak to their boss in regards to this issue if they care enough. Staff were friendly and polite otherwise.

Went couple of days back order kne cookido and waited more than 10 minutes and the customer service was too bad the staff talking with each other and even no response towards customers and i order strawberry on top but i didnt get the strawberries though they were busy in talking so i think they gonna more focus about the service towards customers.

I am doing my training In creams and in middle of something I told one of the lady staff that spell my name correctly in a such a polite way but she started screaming and arguing with me that I am not here to arguing and telling me stay in your limits and suddenly started comparing the situations of seniors and juniors that was not expected in my training period at least have some curtsy how to reply other staff was really rude and anyone please don’t do jobs over there because they are not good staff because they compare lower from them

Very dirty inside. The guy owner was trying his best but has no clue about the menu and no customer service so it take very long to order. The staff is very judgemental and the way they communicate with each other about the customer in their regional language is bad

Sadly very rude customer service and their shakes taste like whole milk. My Young cousin is lactose intolerant and they gave her a wrong drink and wouldn’t switch it out, which in it self is fine because mistakes do happen. But it is the attitude of the workers that we didn’t appreciate (even though the mistake was theirs)

Sticky tables, filthy toilet and even the waitress who served the customers had stained and filthy t-shirt. We have been waiting more than 25 minutes to be served (3 coffees)and we have been serve only 2 coffees....still need it to wait for 1 more coffee to be served. Coffee mugs were so filthy and sticky it make made us sick......we just decided to leave ...... as we couldn't stay anymore in this filthy place🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤢

Decent service and a lovely Oreo sundae on Ice Cream Day

I had the best day at sweet Eden, very clean and organised , I decided to go for a crepe and a milkshake and the customer service was fantastic!

Was so good I loved the crepes they made. I recommend to everyone

The music played inside is way too loud. Despite requesting to put the volume down - they kept blusting it like a disco club!

Extremely cold and uncomfortable temperature inside, and ice-cream was served in a plain plastic cup which didn't look nice at all.

I order 2 Sundaes Ice cream ( berry slice and creams Sundae royale) , and From Berry Slice Ice cream I found a piece of glass from Ice cream which goes in my mouth .Its good I removed it at right time otherwise I can’t imagine further and When I said same to lady on till she said that she cant do anything and Its normal thing in galletoes and Her behaviour is so rude.

Not a great experience. We got a wrong coffe, my utencils were dirty. I have been to other Creams cafe and I love them but the quality and hygiene of this one were subpar. Otherwise the cake was good.

I am not normally a fan of waffles... but the one at Creams made me change my mind! It is delicious! I love the atmosphere here and the staff is friendly.

I found hair in my food servers where disrespectful tried to accuse me of pulling my hair out and putting it in the food

I got changed£16 for food I never received the silly driver didn't even bother calling me and just delivered my food to someone else. Creams don't even deserve a 1 star sadly we can't give a zero star review.

Staff is very unprofessional and they don’t know how to deal with customers. Tried lot of creams stores in UK but had a worst experience here. Ordered waffle which was completely raw and soft. Also staff was so rude and were in a hurry to close there store. When we tried to complain to staff about the quality of waffle they were so unprofessional and arguing that this is how they cook for all customers. I believe creams doesn’t have standard quality of product and it vary location wise which is not the case as per my experience.

The food has a good presentation and fresh ingredients. The customer service was good as well. Nice place for dates.

Food was fine, the place was in a bit of a state, not very clean.

Manager was so helpful I gave 5star ratings for him. Not every hero wears capes,sometimes they are in black t-shirt 👕

It took ages for the order to arrive atthe table. I ordered a smoothie but they misplaced the order and the taste was of a fake fruit powder.

Dessert was nice but they forgot my custard, also the nachos are absolutely terrible there was no jalapeno on them the cheese is really weird tasting and tangy only, thing that was nice was the salsa part so very disappointed :( :( after paying £40 you would expect alot more better food and service from them
