Salvus was a great host and well-mannered, the staff were all great during our visit but I’d like to give Salvus that special shout out for making our experience pleasant. We will be back!

Bought over £60 worth of food for takeaway. Person helping me forgot to put the olives in the bag. Went back a day later as Friday was Easter Good Friday so I couldn’t come back in time. Came personally to the store and spoke with manager Roberto who refused to help me. And his reason was that I should have come back the next day Absolutely appalling customer service and his attitude was very unwelcoming I asked him to write his name on the paper and his reply was “you don’t know how to spell Roberto. Maybe that is the case, maybe I’m disabled . It was a simple request to give me his name on piece of paper so I can correctly write a review and lodge a complain Nando’s should train their staff properly epically areas like diversity and disability discrimination

Great atmosphere, food always tastes great as consistency is key there. Service was amazing, a big thank you to Shadia. She was very friendly and was working really hard to get us our food! Thank you again!

The staff here have literally no manners with the exception of JJ who seated us. The chicken was as pale as the napkins and I took it back and asked very politely if it could go back on the grill for a few minutes. The look the girl gave me was like I'd stolen her purse or something, still waiting for a response to my question Another girl took the plate, again without a word and I went back to my seat. We ate all of sides and still no chicken so I went back and asked if I should collect it since it was just sitting under the lights. On its own I will add so they were not inundated with orders. JJ bought it over, again very polite but the moment and well and truly passed so we asked for a bag and are leaving. Came for a cheeky midweek nandos, got pure midweek cheek instead. 😳

If I could I will give 0 stars. I was with my mother and a friend. There, we decided to go for butterfly crispy burger whit chips.Instead of that we recived. Grill ckichen with chips and two pieces of bread.Staff is very unprofessional in taking orders. Thank you kindly for your horrible service.

Decided to go to the one in kingsbury ... omg, ask for Salvus, young guy (very knowledgeable), extremely friendly, at your beck and call, with an amazing smile and positive attitude ... I find this Nando's quite small in size compared to others we've been to. Didn't like it at all as found it cramped , noisy and busy

Even though the food was nice only 1 person treated me and my friends with respect. We moved tables . We love a nandos before we go out so this was disappointing

The Kingsbury Nando’s branch has always been one of favourites, I’ve been coming here since I was a child and love it. Today was no exception however service at the till could have gone a little more smoother. Food wise everything was lovely, although my table didn’t like the new garlic churrasco flavour (our fault for picking it) and some of the chips hadn’t been cooked for long enough and as a result were hard inside. Nevertheless, this Nando’s still gets a five stars as I understand not every visit can be the usual 10/10 experience.

We were served by the lovely Erkaa, who constantly checked up on us with exceptional service . Love her definitely would come back again

Good value of money, the food is excellent as always. We have been served my a lovely waiter Flory ,friendly and very helpful. I totally recommend this place.

Terrible I got there at 7:50 was seated down when to order then was told they have no chicken at 8pm which is ridiculous the staff didn’t help at all.

Very small portion of chicken. Charging £20 per head now for what is fundamentally chicken and chips yet stinging out on portions. Overcrowded. Slow seating. I think Colindale and Finchley are a lot better.

Cook your chicken. I had to put my wings in the air fryer for a further 20 minutes, because the skin was slimey and generally grey. Nandos chicken should be nice and crispy. Not with the skin still having off and moving around. Portions are horrific too. Might aswell just get an uncle Ben's packet rice.

Pick up your calls!!! This branch is just letting their phones ring. They don’t give sauces unless you request but how can I ask if you don’t answer your calls? Terrible. I’ve been on the phone to deliveroo as well who are useless with getting me through to the branch. Nandos needs to have a direct number. This is unacceptable, poor service.

I had the Chicken Wrap and shared a portion of the new Loaded Fries with 2 friends. I went with the garlic sauce for my wrap and fries and I have to say it was a mistake. I usually really like baked garlic, but it just didn't mash well with the warp. The fries weren't that bad, but I still think they would have been better without the garlic sauce. The staff was nice, but the service is a bit slow. I understand that it is Nandos, quite a popular franchise, but I've never had to wait that long for the food before. They did give us 2 refillable cups by mistake when we just asked for tap water for the table, so I am willing to forgive the wait. Overall it is a strong 4.3⭐ from me.

Went to Nando’s Kingsbury today and Fayez, the manager was exceptional. Excellent service and the food was better than ever! I’ve been to many branches over the years but haven’t come across a manager who was willing to go above and beyond, which he appeared to do for every customer.

The chicken was not cooked enough and the cheese in the wrap was freezing cold and not melted but the manager did exchange it for a piece of chicken which was not cooked properly but I did not complain about it just thinking that I will not be going back.

Great upscale quick service restaurant. Served good food fast but not fast food. Visiting London and stayed nearby. Heard all about Nando's but wanted to see if it lived up to the hype. It does and then some. This is not McDonald's or KFC. A new bar has been set. Excellent, high quality food made and served by some very friendly people. It is pricier than fast food but the old saying is "you get what you pay for".

Whatever team they have, it’s disorganised as hell. If you are gunning for take away, forget about it cause they will take years to get to you. Even if you have the smallest of order.

I recently had dinner at Nando's in Kingsbury, and it was a delightful experience. The chicken was incredibly flavorful, and the overall meal was excellent. I must give a shoutout to our server, Flori, who provided attentive and friendly service throughout our meal. I highly recommend Nando's Kingsbury for a delicious dining experience!

Extremely disappointed, the service was slow, I was seated on a smaller table. Had to ask twice where my food was as my wait time was over 30 minutes. The chicken was small and not to my liking. Very slow service wont be visiting again.

Was in on a busy day for the Rugby League Challenge Cup at Wembley. Never waited more than a couple of minutes to be served. The bar staff were exceptional and were working very hard. The prices were also very good. Breakfasts coming out of the kitchen at a tremendous pace. A great team running this pub.

As you would expect! Their grilled chicken remains very good! Ordered the platter for 2, perfect food, perfect service, perfect price too at Nando’s Kingsbury!🍗🍽️😋

Honestly don't think I'll come to this branch ever again... the food was ok but no straws, no vinegar, no frozen yoghurt, no halloumi (but had halloumi sticks and dips), the toilets smelt vile (as soon as you approached the bathroom area) gladly I didn't sit near there. Had to ask for more peri salt for my chips and had to ask for my corn that I ordered, and the corn didn't have the sticks in. Bare in mind, there were 4 small groups/pairs of people eating or leaving including myself and my partner.

Excellent staff specially Sarah is exceptional and she went out her way to serve me and made sure everything was perfect. The rest of the staff were all working hard and doing their job in a perfect manner and all of them weee clean too.

Venue looked good, fairly busy for early Sunday evening. Drinks and bar service ok. Ordered food. My lemon and garlic chicken arrived. Huge piece of poultry. Frozen on the inside, near to the bone. My partner returned it to the counter. Another one arrived. Exactly the same. The meat was stone cold/frozen at the bone. I went back to the bar. Was advised to order “something completely different”. I opted for the scampi. This arrived fairly quickly and was cooked through. By this point, my partner had finished his meal. It appeared that no-one was really bothered that I had twice been served chicken that was still frozen in the middle. For this to happen twice, I am astonished and quite concerned. Where’s the quality control - has no-one heard of a meat thermometer ? The potential for food poisoning a real possibility here.

A bit disappointed in my order today. I usually don’t have problems, but today I was probably one of the first orders because I’ve been given reheated boneless thighs (I’m guessing from yesterday). The broccoli portion was half the usually amount and so were the fries.

Nando's Kingsbury use to be the first restaurant that I always visit, but recently many good things move to the worse, especially the food portions it becomes so small portions despite you order the large ones, I am wondering how the small portion looks if the large is like this, unfortunately, Nando's are not generous in terms of portion despite the good taste, you will be charged even for a very small piece of bread. Regarding the staff service, despite you ordering yourself in the till, you took all your cutlery and sauces, which means you are serving yourself, they just have to bring the plates to the table but they are still not happy to serve, I asked one of the workers if they have any straws it helps kids to drink he answered in a rude way we don't have !! There are many new restaurants now that provide better food quality with better service and better prices and the same specialty as Nando's.

10 chicken with hot sauce 😋. Taste so good. I loved it

Went with one other person for brunch. Chicken was great, rice was okay, chips fine. But we found a long strand of hair in my rice. This was not shocking, as I quickly looked around at the staff and not one person had a hair net. In fact, when I signaled to the first waiter I saw to make a complaint, she was twiddling with her hair. We were utterly disgusted. They quickly replaced the rice but we asked for the manager, who was all defensive and refunded only a small part of the meal. He also stated that they do not have to wear hair nets. The entire experience was ruined. And it was my first time trying Nando's. Never again.

Food taste was really good. Not that much costly. Chicken wings with hot chilli it feel like we eat in India.

The reviews below you see are not just hype, genuinely the service and food at this Nandos is outstanding you need to go see it for yourself. I got a takeaway and in every other branch I get them from the garlic bread is burnt to a crisp and the Peri chips aren't properly salted just a bunch of it dumped on top in the takeaway container here everything was perfect, I was the last one in for the night so I got a nata thrown in too which was absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend this branch if you're in the area- I will definately try and go again sometime!

Decent Saturday lunch stop with the mini-fam to fill a gap...I had the half chicken which I was happy with, my partner less so with the butterfly chicken which was dry...Loved the minted peas which I'd not had before - spicy rice and mash were standard Nandos... Kids shared a chicken fillet and made a big mess with the mango yoghurt... Staff were excellent

Our usual meet up pub where all of us enjoyed the food and drink . We usually like the fish and chip deal with a soft or alcoholic drink,curry meal and the Managers special. All the food was very good. Service was very quick and food delivered piping hot in a very quick time.Prices are very reasonable if you have the meal deal. Highly recommended to eat and drink in a Wetherspoon pub anywhere in UK with such reasonable prices .

This is by far the best branch of Nando’s - the food never fails to hit the spot. I visited this evening for the first time since my childhood, and it blew me away. The service we were given by Kaifala was out of this world, I can’t wait to come back again! #mangogelado;)

Chicken was cooked abit to much quite empty when we were there

Absolutely disgusted by their service. It was my aunty's birthday, they messed up our order, then forgot to bring our chicken. When they served the birthday cake, there were no plates, I asked them for plates but no one bothered to even check for us despite saying they will! I would give it minus stars if I could!

Dianne provided excellent customer service and made me feel at ease despite being a table of one. She took time in ensuring I had everything I needed. Excellent service. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Amazing customer service and food as always. Went here on a Friday evening and we were seated immediately. Was fairly busy. Was really easy to order on the app or by scanning the table number. Food came very quickly as well and as always was on point. Had a slight issue where they forgot to bring my bottle of water and the wrong coleslaw but they immediately rectified that when I told them. Customer service was on point and cannot wait to go back again. Highly recommend, definitely one of the better Nando's around.

I have lunch and dinner here often, the staff is super helpful and friendly. The standard is always consistent. The place is always tidy! The food is always really good too! Highly recommend!
