Food was stale and disgusting scrambled egg was dried up burnt sausage dried up bacon and coffee beans in my hot chocolate

Personal encantador, pero la calefacción estaba apagada, todos allí, sentados o de pie, tenían abrigos al aire libre. Entiendo por qué, pero no puedes dirigir un negocio sobre la base de clientes congelados.

Causal indoor and streetside space to enjoy a cold beverage. Nicely located off the main street , for a cold beer or glass of wine.

Just had an excellent Sunday Roast here. Huge portions (ask for a child’s portion of you don’t have a big appetite) - vegetables really good. Good choice of wine as well.

Great cosy pub with comfy sofas. I devour their nduja pizza but sometimes I don't get it when I go because my boyfriend is vegetarian and he likes to eat my leftovers.

Great coffee, Eggs Benedict were the best that I have found in l London. Friendly service. A little place, somewhat hard to find, right next to the theatre.

A la vuelta de la esquina de The Holiday Inn. Un encantador pub tradicional con recuerdos náuticos. Tuvimos una cálida bienvenida de la amable casera que se hizo cargo hace unos 5 meses. Música de fondo agradable pero no intrusiva. Pudimos ver que estaba anunciando concursos de música y noches de bingo, etc. Nos encantaría esto como nuestro local!

Visiting Caffe Concerto Regent Street was a wonderful experience, and I must thank Nawal B in particular for making it stand out. Especially after visiting different Caffe Concerto branches in London. The moment I stepped inside the restaurant, Nawal's charming smile made me feel so welcome and at home right off the bat. She showed me to a lovely table and went through the menu with me, making recommendations that suited my preferences. Her service approach is far more attentive than most; she offered to refill my drink without me needing to signal, and she only checked on me once my meal had arrived, ensuring everything was perfect so as not to be intrusive. Nawal B balanced warmth and professionalism beautifully, and her passion for service shone through. Thanks to Nawal B, I left feeling that my whole dining experience was elevated and felt personal instead of mundane. Having someone be that considerate is pretty rare to come across. I’ve no doubt I will return, not just for the amazing food and atmosphere but because of the phenomenal attention given by Nawal B. Strongly suggested!

We had a birthday party with the friends who complain that there is no good food in London. After visiting Canton Arms they've changed their mind completely. Everything was amazing there - great food, super helpful and attentive service, and the atmosphere of the real English pub - crowded, chairful, noisy and happy. Loved it!

The Builders Arms on Britten st is my local. Not to be confused with the one on St Albans Grove, as most Uber drivers, do. Cabbies at least have the common sense to ask, “which one”? I was there on a sunny day - quite the vibe with everyone overflowing onto the street, much to the displeasure of their resident neighbours. I am always amazed at people knowingly buying a home in close proximity to a pub and then spend the rest of their lives complaining of the noise, to authorities. It seems that the obvious discount imbedded in the purchase price of their property (thanks to the pub) was only due to their clever negotiating skills! The Builders menu offers good pub fare as well as a very social atmosphere. I would recommend upgrading their pub sound system to do justice to their excellent playlist! Nothing worse than Alice Cooper’s “school’s out” through a tin-sounding speaker!

2nd Worst bar I’ve ever been to. Expensive, dead and rude staff. Do not recommend - avoid!! Photo taken at 10:30 on Friday night.
