Estábamos caminando junto a este coche el sábado por la noche y llamamos por un helado. Nuestra intención era llevarlo afuera. Sin embargo, la camarera se ofreció para que lo comiéramos dentro. El ambiente era precioso. El personal era encantador. Muy amable y educado. El café estaba lleno de clientes. Realmente nos gustó comer un helado en su acogedor café. Gracias.

Si sales con amigos, honestamente te aconsejo que no vayas aquí. La música era terrible, el DJ era terrible y rechazaba las solicitudes de canciones de todos y solo tocaba lo que le gustaba. A la mayoría de la gente no le gustaba la música. El ambiente es desordenado, sucio, barato, grosero y no seguro. La mayoría de la gente allí es gente que no pudo entrar en buenos bares y clubes, ya que es demasiado tarde. No aconsejaría a nadie que vaya a este club. Incluso el personal no es acogedor. Lo único positivo que tengo que decir sobre este club es que al menos tiene buen alcohol. Además de eso, completa la basura. Nunca más.

Gran comida y un servicio agradable, pastel de ternera y pescado y patatas fritas eran muy buenos, la selección de gin tonics también es genial y sobre todo el ambiente era fantástico, como cliente que regresa recomiendo encarecidamente probar el Mudlark

Un buen lugar para tomar una copa, las tapas estaban bien, pero yo diría que no da el toque de las auténticas tapas españolas. . . demasiado "ordenado" y organizado, he estado en mejores lugares de tapas, pero la comida era realmente buena, nada especial, así que no estaría tan ansioso por volver, pero estaba bien

I had an unpleasant experience at Bar 31 on 18/10/2024. I went there to meet my friend and was waiting for her to finish her work so we could enjoy some drinks . So I took a sit to make sure my friend see where I’m as later we planned to move inside. A lady in a red outfit approached me to ask if I wanted any drinks. I explained that I was waiting for my friend. However, after 20 minutes, she returned and told me that I couldn't sit there without ordering something. I replied that I wouldn’t be drinking anything until my friend arrived. She then gave me a look that made me feel unwelcome, so I decided to wait for my friend outside. We eventually went to another bar, which was a much better experience. Never come back there and wont recommend on my social media.

I realise that this club has now closed, however I still feel the need to make sure this is known, as I am unsure of who to complain to.I booked an area for my birthday in October 2019 and the service was okay. However one of my guests became drunk and became friendly with one of the bartenders, (I believe his name was Jordan or Taylor?) and was given his number. The bartender then finished his shift and wanted my friend to leave the club with him. Another of my guests, who is of Indian heritage, asked the bartender to leave my friend alone as she was drunk. The bartender then proceeded to call him a p***.Absolutely appalling. I have not returned since as I do not feel comfortable doing so. This is a great disappointment as this was a club that I used to enjoy.

Vengo a esta tienda que realmente no se preocupan por las personas discapacitadas en absoluto tienen cestas de la compra en el camino de los próximos ascensores por lo que no puede entrar en el ascensor correctamente causando que tenga un accidente. Esto no es aceptable ni siquiera en la comida, ya que cuando sales por el ascensor a la izquierda tienes cestas de la compra de la misma manera que me he quejado a tanto personal con respecto a este asunto que no les importa. Es ridículo. Ya era hora de que la tienda se perfilara y empezara a pensar en personas discapacitadas también madres con buggies que giran a la izquierda mirando a las cestas de la compra y golpeando contra ellas. Es ridículo. He hablado con la dirección bastantes veces. Nunca hacen nada. Esta tienda recibe un cero de mí. Es horrible. Hay muchas cosas bonitas allí. Gran comida pero no les importa que las cosas estén en el camino de las personas discapacitadas y esto realmente me afecta ahora soy miembro de otro sitio con más de 250 000 miembros y otro sitio para personas discapacitadas también con 89 000 miembros esto voy a poner en el sitio con respecto a esta tienda que a la dirección no le importa porque de todas las cestas de la compra en la forma en que hablé ayer con uno de los gerentes llamado Gloria nice lady creo que su nombre era Gloria. A ver si hace algo que espero y rezo para que lo haga porque siempre voy a tirar las canastas. Los patearé si se interponen en mi camino porque dañaron mi scooter y me enojo con él. Además, te detienen tratando de entrar en el ascensor lo suficientemente rápido y luego el ascensor se va a otro piso. Esto también me afecta.

We celebrated our Saint Valentine with a typical English teatime. Choice of savory sandwiches and sweets where abundant, included were two glasses of Prosecco. We felt that the greetings received where kind of cold but then the Italian waiter providing our service made it up. Although we understand we where not at the Savoy hotel the price was quite expensive.

Si te gusta el menú la comida no te defraudará. Cómo llegar Para ocupados el servicio es rápido y sonriente y el jardín es un gran lugar para estar. Poder en la noche para tener un poco de un baile es una ventaja

I have to say I have been a fan and a lover of Patisserie Valerie for many years. I used to go the one in Leeds at least once a week fr breakfast. I've come to this one (in Leicester Sq) a few times and I have to be really really honest.. It's gone down so much and it's such a shame. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I am honest and I hope it helps to improve things. There is so much wrong, I don't know where to start. The service was poor, the waiter didn't write down what I ordered and he had to come back and ask me to confirm what I ordered. However he then bought me the wrong food. All he said was, I'll get it changed and I was left waiting for a while. When the food (I ordered Eggs Benedict, with a side of beans) did come, it was cold and under cooked. Again I will be honest and say, I was left disappointed. They do have some amazing sweets, cakes etc.. but the service in this case was a let down. I can't say that would not go back, but I can't promise I would.

Vaya, por dónde empiezo... he pasado tantas veces por este lugar y no he estado n pero planeé mi visita el sábado temprano por la tarde y no me decepcionó. Mi primer contacto fue con Christina, quien trasladó mi solicitud de mesa de la reserva interna que había hecho en línea a una mesa de balcón exterior sin ningún tipo de problema. Sin embargo, cuando llegamos el sol todavía no había golpeado el balcón y nos alegramos cuando Christina nos dijo que nos había reservado una cabina en el comedor también, que era perfecto. El menú es muy variado y todos elegimos entrantes y alimentación inicialmente. La comida era tan buena que luego lo estiramos a un tercer plato también. Los tres nos fuimos muy satisfechos y sin duda volveremos a visitar aquí! Si estás en la zona y lo suficientemente afortunado como para poder conseguir una mesa, este es un lugar de visita obligada Chicos!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Used an adjacent road to park in as their car park area didn't look like it could or wanted to accommodate many vehicles. The play area for the kids was taped off so unusable, the outdoor benches were very uncomfortable, unstable and narrow for your bum as well as your drinks to sit on. Apart from that it looks like a nice place, as raw diamond and the staff make the place a worthwhile visit.

Had a lovely lunch here during the week. I got the fish and chips and it was cooked perfectly. My partner had the chicken tikka and said it was really lovely. The food came out really quickly and the staff were very helpful. Would definitely come back here!

We went for coffees at the Tower Hill outlet and were served by happy and friendly staff. Upon leaving we visited the bathroom. I was appalled by the untidy and dirty basin area and the toilet cubicle was even worst. It looked as though it had nor been cleaned for days.
