I realise that this club has now closed, however I still feel the need to make sure this is known, as I am unsure of who to complain to.I booked an area for my birthday in October 2019 and the service was okay. However one of my guests became drunk and became friendly with one of the bartenders, (I believe his name was Jordan or Taylor?) and was given his number. The bartender then finished his shift and wanted my friend to leave the club with him. Another of my guests, who is of Indian heritage, asked the bartender to leave my friend alone as she was drunk. The bartender then proceeded to call him a p***.Absolutely appalling. I have not returned since as I do not feel comfortable doing so. This is a great disappointment as this was a club that I used to enjoy.

La tarde estuvo bien. El personal era amable y cortés, sin embargo, la música se puso muy agria a eso de las 11:30. Had come to the club for my birthday celebration night started off really good, however had to leave the club early around 1:30am, due to one of my friends who was sick and wasn't allowed back in the club even though he was fine after. Continuously requesting the manager to let him in, he didn't let him so we all decided to leave, on top two of my friends who were pulled to the side by security just for requesting as well as being told that they will call the police. Personally, been to many clubs before haven't experienced this. Wasn't expecting this from the club at all despite hearing a lot of good things about it.

Staff were amazing! Our private 40th birthday celebration was a great success! Thank you Roy and team!

Had such an amazing night here got a great table for my boyfriends birthday. All the staff we super nice, had a bit of an issue with some roudy guys trying to steal our table but was quickly sorted with no problems. Drinks tasted amazing and music was great, definatly coming here again.

I had my birthday party here and it was a blast! Thank you Taylor for reserving a great table that fit a group of 25 - everyone had so much fun and the staff were very attentive and welcoming. The place itself at the time also had great drink promos, all in all a great night out celebrating!!

I attended the club recently as part of a birthday celebration. The care and attention from pre-booking to the night itself was above and beyond. I was given a good sized area for my group, close to the bar and dance floor. The drinks package I'd pre-ordered came spectacularly well presented (a large boat with the drinks and sparklers - unfortunately I was having too much fun to get a picture!) and the food came out at the times I'd asked for. All in all a great night. Special thanks to Greta and the team who looked after us on the night (sorry I didn't catch everyone's names!) and Jade and Taylor who helped with my booking.

They need to change their door staff! I was checking on a friend if she was ok and their door staff became very aggressive and defensive immediately - even though I was a tiny petite Chinese gal I was dragged out from the club just because i defended my friend! This is NOT OK and was a very dramatic experience to be man-handled for no good reason at all!! I am never coming back and do not recommend this club to anyone!

Such a fantastic environment throughout from beginning to end. Make sure to ask for John the bartender - the best!

I don't normally bother writing reviews but having just celebrated a friends birthday last Saturday I wanted to write a quick review. I absolutely loved Kanaloa the food was amazing brilliant cocktails and most importantly great atmosphere nothing was too much trouble for the staff, The Manager was fantastic and took great care of us. I would highly recommend Kanaloa.

Visited with some friends last weekend, had a great time. Drinks were served in quirky glasses and the bartenders were super helpful. Definitely will be going back.

I visited the club with a few friends and had a great night... great music... great drinks selection (a bit pricey for drinks but hey club prices I guess), the bar staff helpful and cheerful, would have liked to try some bar food but not sure about Gluten Free. [The music was so loud it was difficult to hear and make myself heard so wasn't risking any misunderstanding regarding gluten containing items]... Overall a good evening with dancing... although (for me) it wasn't an easy place to talk and get to know people as we couldn't hear one another too well. I'd go again for the ambience.

We reserved a table for drinks with workmates last night and we could not have picked a better place! The couple on shift that night was absolutely great! Great service, great cocktails, great atmosphere! We would for sure go there again :)

This was our second year at Kanaloa for our Summer Party. We hired the venue exclusively, great music, entertainment, drinks & food!

Our office is local to the club and it was recommended as a venue to hold our office Summer Party, and I'm pleased to say I'm glad I went with that recommendation!

I was unimpressed by this as an establishment. It did not afford myself and my employees the respect that they reserved. I would like to stress the fact that as a reserved gentleman we were oppressed in this as a club. I would prefer if myself and my colleagues were treated with a greater deal of respect than we were shown from the management of Kanaloa.

I hosted my corporate work event and hired the whole venue, honestly it's the best experience I've ever had with any of the events I have done

I went to Kanaloa last Friday and took 20 people from my company. The service was excellent, cocktails tasted great and it was a visual explosion. Highly recommended

Truly fancy and stylish bar in the heart of London.Make a reservation in advance!! It gets quiet crowded on Friday and Sat nights. One manager very polite and nice man Roy managed to find us a table and adviced drinks to taste first so we hanged on there dancing all night long having various shape unique cocktails. He also was wondering after if we were enjoying our night and we were! Friends and I loved the atmosphere! Worth visit !

My experience at Kanaloa was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in I felt completely immersed in the tiki culture and enjoyed nothing but good drinks at good prices, especially during happy hour, great service from every member of staff I spoke to whether that be the lovely hosts on the door or the friendly and knowledgeable bartenders and a great vibe created by everyone having such a good time. I came with a group of friends for a staff party where we met one of the managers, Roy, who helped us with everything from showing us our table to making sure we were having a great time throughout the night. It’s often hard to find a tiki bar that doesn’t feel a bit gimmicky but Kanaloa provided a spice that allowed us to feel as if we were partying the night away in the Caribbean. I don’t usually write reviews but felt implored to after receiving the service we did. So if you fancy an amazing night out with a group of friends then Kanaloa is most definitely place and I highly recommend it.

Found this gem due last minute change of plans. Arrived on a busy Saturday night. Great staff from reception team to security. Young blonde manager Roy managed to find us a table even thou we had no reservation. Good music, tasty drinks - will be back!!!

Just love this event where e can dance Lindy hop swing, jive and rock and roll. 1500-1900 and only £8 at the door. Cocktails special price too! Lovely vibrant crowd and great music for dancing. Just super! Looking forward to the next one.

Went on Saturday night, the music was so good, the atmosphere was fantastic, the service was great. My hubby actually contacted them and pre-booked at table, we got drinks as part of the reservation. I’m not a fan of clubbing but this place was so good that I actually look forward to planning my next night out there. Would 100% recommend this place as you won’t be disappointed

On 23rd February I collected the Bride to Be for the Hen do I organised for her through Hen Heaven who were brilliant! We checked into the hotel, had a spa all brilliant so far.

Had a great night celebrating my birthday. We bought 2 packages which were enough for us all and the drinks were lovely. The vibe was different and just what I was looking for. Thank you Kanaloa for a special night!

I went to Kanaloa for a private event organized by my company to celebrate the carnival. The envoirnment is amazing. A lot of fun, good energy, perfect drinks and the music was wonderful. It's a perfect place to hang out with friends and having a very good time. One of the bests bars in London!!!*****

The quote that I received from Grace was the best of the rest, in terms of how clear it was to understand on what we’re getting, everything was broken down by line, which made it easier to make decisions. Communications and responses from her were very quick, and I’m sure we wouldn’t be able to pull it off at such short notice without her help!

It's only OK. We had a table booked for 6 of us, we showed up and there was just a small round table and 2 chairs. The staff quickly got us another table and more chairs. We had a bar tab to spend which seemed to have it's problems as no one could ever find us on the system and a manager had to come and authorize it every time. I was told there was £5.60 left on my tab and requested a single house gin and tonic and was told that that had cleared my tab which leads me to believe that house spirits were overpriced. The worst part was BY FAR the DJ, he was an utter prick. Really took his job very seriously like it was Coachella or something!? Was quite embarrassing. Was really rude every time we requested a song. Given that we were the only people on the dance floor for a good few hours, you would have hoped that he would have obliged. He also treated people as if they were idiots, pushing drinks away from his DJ booth - half empty drinks that were no where near him being hold by sober people!? As if we were to tip it over the decks at any minute. Pathetic really. Shame as the decor is fun, the rest of the staff were helpful despite problems. I would recommend - but only if there was another DJ.

Honeslty the best experience i’ve ever had in london, Kai, Rafael, and Zach are honeslty the best bartenders and security guards I’ve ever met. The friendliest people you’ll ever meet, it was just by luck we stubbled here so we are supperrrrr happy we showed up here thank you

Habíamos reservado para un grupo de alrededor de 40 a 50 personas y habíamos pedido una gran cantidad de bebidas junto con un área para que nos acomodáramos. Al llegar, hubo un problema con la reserva y pedimos hablar con el gerente, pero la señora de la casa se negó y fue bastante desdeñosa. El área que asignaron para nuestro grupo estaba en el medio del bar, con solo un par de mesas con asientos para aproximadamente 10, tan lejos del ideal.

Todos tuvieron una noche maravillosa y su personal es increíble.

i came here with my team and we reserved an area and pre-bought drinks and food to make use of the 50% off offer. the staff had everything ready for us and were super friendly and attentive. we had the big shell sharing drink between us which was a bit of a novelty but actually delicious.

came here on the 24/08/2019 with 4 friends looking for somewhere to have a dance and a late drink was surprised we was allowed in being a group of guys, but the door staff was great I think all of us being over 35ish lol helped, bar staff were quick to get drinks served, not too packed that you felt squashed, dj played some great tunes all in all a surprisingly great night , I will be back !! told my work colleagues and I think they want to arrange a night out here, thank you for a super night

Group of us came here last week for a friends birthday. We had an area booked and they accommodated enough space per people. (some places give you about 5 seats for 20 people) but this place allowed plenty of room for us all, and some food and drinks were thrown in too with the package which were brought over very quickly and the food was hot and fresh. (mainly nibbly bits but was presented well)

Went to kanaloa on Saturday as a last minute booking for my friends birthday. From the beginning it was great. The bar itself had an Hawaiian theme through out. Great selection of drinks and also the bar staff were lovely people. Would defo recommend.

We attended here for my birthday at the weekend, sat 16 June.

Booked this place 4 weeks before my birthday. My friends made surprise plan so I called the next day after booking to cancel. Please believe they said they were unable to issue me with a refund, under no circumstances. I would understand if it was a week before. But 4 weeks before should have been ok. Anyways they are now forcing me to come on my birthday or another time to use the deposit. What a joke. I’m sure they could have given me my money back and someone else could have taken my booking. How inconsiderate. I’m definitely taking this place off my list of places to go. I don’t recommend to anyone. I’m sure a deposit should he given back if enough notice is given. Also, no terms and conditions were given to me when I made the booking. They were happy to take my money freely.

What a brilliant night spot, I used this venue as a recommendation from a Friend for my birthday night out and what a night it was, the staff were all amazing, from the entrance staff to the Security staff who were very nice and down to earth chaps that want there customers to have a great night. me and my friends are already planning our next visit to this place.

We had a corporate Christmas party here for just over 300 people and it was the perfect venue. The layout was perfect with plenty of tables and the club's DJ played the best music, enjoyed by a varied crowd. They had some great quirky cocktails,...

I held an end of summer networking event for a forum that I run the event's for, and it was a truly awesome event. From the (more than!) helpful events managers (particularly Beth and Ross), to the amazing feel and vibe of the venue and wide array of music. I could not recommend it highly enough and had great reviews from all attendees.Great selection of cocktails that were made to perfection and ample choice of wine and beer. This was made all the better by the well-rehearsed bar staff and their perfect mixing.. one drink requires the server to quite literally set the bar on fire!!A definite recommendation for small or large groups (mine group was around 250), and will definitely be using the space for more relaxed corporate events going forward- thanks again Beth and Ross!

Booked for a sit down 3 course meal, cocktail making masterclass and drinks for 16 of us after a work presentation. Felt super special as had the place to ourselves pre opening. Cocktail making masterclass was was extremely fun, educational and booze filled. Great time had by all!

Nice place for a drink or 2, the vibe was good, disappointing that management on the night didn't share that thought, their attitude didn't suit the place and created a bad buzz around the place. Maybe it's better on other nights. Beside that, music was decent, drinks not cheap but definitely not over priced. I might go back, probably cause there are not many other bars in the night that stay open til late, hopefully on a next visit the atmosphere will be friendlier. The place has the potential to be fantastic!

I celebrated my 25th Birthday at Kanaloa. Good vibes and the staff were willing to help however, I purchased a package and was promised a table big enough for all my guests but once I got there they offered a small table and not enough seats for my guests. Also I was promised free entry all night for 10 people however only 5 people were allowed free entry. I have spent a lot of money and everyone purchased extra food and drinks but I wish I never purchased a package because I was not offered what was supposed to be included in the package.

I went to Kanaloa with a couple of friends, arriving late on a Friday in search of some cocktails to round off the evening, and there was a decent menu available here. The cocktails were fine, not especially cheaply priced but not horrifically expensive either. The place wasn't that busy, which was good for us because we could easily get a seat and chat but if you were up for a bigger night it mightn't be ideal. In sum, it was OK but we headed on after only one drink, despite having paid a fiver to get in, and got our final drink of the night elsewhere.

I went to a singles meet up at Kanaloa.On entering the din of the music was deafening. I was persuaded by a member of the staff not to walk straight out the door. I wish I had walked out'One of the cocktails on the list was priced at.£60. (sixty pounds GBP).I stuck it for about half an hour.I then left with a splitting earache.

I recently discovered Kanaloa when I visited by recommendation from a friend. Shortly afterwards I then booked an area to celebrate my birthday with friends and we had a great time...I really can't recommend it enough! Whether it's drinks after work or a special event, Kanaloa seems to cater for any occasion!It could be raining outside but the minute you step through the doors you enter a tiki paradise! On arrival you're greeted by the hula honeys who present you with a flower lei and direct you inside. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly and staff seem happy to help. The tropical cocktails are something you would only find on holiday in Hawaii and the food is very well presented, following the 'tiki theme.'I would highly recommend Kanaloa to anyone that's looking to add something a little bit different to your night out!

I recently threw a charity fundraiser at Kanaloa and could not have picked a better venue for it! Not only did they make it feasible for me to host my evening, the service and venue were both exceptional - I could not have asked for anything more. My guests were thrilled.Would recommend to anybody looking to host/hold an event but equally as good to grab a quick drink!

We hired out Kanaloa for a family occasion, we had a 110 guests for a sit down dinner, Kanaloa is a great venue because of the layout, we had tables in the bar area and the DJ and dancing in the Club Room. It was a Sunday and we had the best time!Leading up to the night, we spoke and met with Ross the Manager, who is a pleasure to deal with, and met all of our requests, we did a food tasting before and chose our menu the food was of a high quality and also a very reasonable price. The room looked amazing, as Kanaloa provided all of the furniture and black table cloths. There were many staff laid on for the night and all very helpful and gave a great service. I would highly recommend Kanaloa for your party for a special event, as Ross the Events Manager is great at his job.

We went here for a birthday party and was lots of fun. Love the decorations and cocktails were nice too. I would say that music was a little too cheesy for me, but after a while, I got used to it. It's overall very uplifting atmosphere and certainly worth a visit!

Went here for a friend's leaving do. The place itself is nice - the Hawaiian/Pacific them is fun, the music was decent and the drinks weren't bad in spite of the extortionate prices. Annoyingly, a rude security person kept harassing our group because we had a few coats on our seats (which we were using) - it's not entirely clear what his problem was, but he seemed to have beef with the fact that we weren't paying to use the cloakroom (which was £2 per item and doesn't take card). The security staff could do with some basic customer service training, and it was a massive fuss over a small number of coats.The cocktails were nice but expensive - all over £10 and only a tiny selection were half price during happy hour. One of our group paid £50 for a sharing cocktail which didn't have much alcohol in. As a bar/club it's ok, but there are better and cheaper places in London.

I have so many things to say about Kanaloa, but first of all I would like to give a great thank you to a wonderful team who put an amazing evening together. The staff are soon polite and the service was exceptional and i couldn't fault it at all. We all had a merry night and I would definitely come back. We were offered a great package and deal and they delivered.

Reserved a seating area for 40 guests for a birthday and it turned out to be one of the best birthday venues I've come across. Playful, exotic atmosphere, friendly staff, extravagant drinks, and upbeat music. Excellent customer service and great value for money.

A colleague booked free guest passes for up to 70 for our work xmas party. On the door the bouncers refused to let us in unless we each paid an entry fee. The bouncers and management had terrible attitudes and didn't seem to remotely care that a group of that size would be spending considerably at the bar and it might make more sense to be true to their word. My phone had died and I was concerned about not being able to get a cab. When ordering a drink I asked the lady behind the bar if she could help me out and charge my phone. Her answer was 'no, we don't do that'. On the dance floor I placed my bag between my feet and the bouncer came over and aggressively told me to put my bag in the cloakroom. On route to the cloakroom a female bouncer shouted at me to move on quickly! I then proceeded to que behind about 5 people for 20 minutes due to the inability of the cloakroom staff to do things quickly. When I got to the front, I realised they didn't even have a proper system and were leaving people's bags in no order all over the floor. I decided not to leave it to be safe. I went back to the dance floor and had the same male bouncer have another go at me about my bag and for me that was the last straw. The music was good, the venue is cool and the drink menu is fun but due to the absolutely terrible attitudes and incompetence of the staff i can say with complete certainty that I will not be going back there and I know a number of my colleagues felt the same.

I am quite frankly shocked at the service we received from kanaloa club. We had booked a booth and drinks package for a party of 10 and had confirmation of this booking well in advance of the night. On arrival at the club, we had been told our booth wasn't quite ready as another party hadn't vacated the area we were due to be given. Twenty minutes later, we were shown to what I can only describe as a table plonked at the side of the dance floor with a sofa that seated 5 at most, with club goers resting their drinks jackets/etc. on this. This set up seemed unusual in comparison to the other booths/areas we had seen throughout the club. After requesting to speak to a manager, we were greeted in a dismissive manner, being told "it states in our terms and conditions that not all people are provided with a seat even if you book for a certain number", having not received a copy of the T's & C's at time of booking we requested to see this. Management agreed and led us to the front door, where we received no proof of the T's and C's. After several minutes of reluctant conversation from the management I was told that our £250 booth package "wasn't their priority" when they had customers spending upwards of £750 in the club. I am absolutely APPALLED at this comment, in my opinion, regardless of the customers expenditure, they should be treated with equal respect and level of customer service. What I can say is that management agreed to provide our party with a full refund (provided at a later date), however on asking for some sort of compensation in attempt to make up for this inconvenience to our night I.e. a round of drinks, I was told that the refund was our compensation. Correct me if I'm mistaken but a refund is a refund, not compensation and for a club that has customers spending "upwards of £750" it seems this wasn't much to ask. Needless to say, after receiving no form of sincere apology, our party left the club and will definitely not be returning or recommending to others. I hope kanaloa can learn from this and will use this negative experience to ensure no other customers nights result in this outcome.

Last Saturday, we booked a a booth for 10 people. We turned up only to find that they had double booked us. After 20 minutes of standing by the bar, we were shown to a table next to the dance floor. It was for max. 4 people and the managers response was that the rest of us could stand. We politely said this wasn't good enough, only to be told that we weren't his priority that evening as he had tables paying £750, as opposed to our £250. I have never experiences such terrible and rude service. I appreciate places make double bookings, but there was no apology or compensation. There are hundreds of great bars in London. Stay clear of this place.
