M&S snacks are so much cheaper in London. The price is marked up when it is sold in Singapore. For the shortbread, it is 1pound vs SGD 5.90 and lemon cookie is 2.65pound vs SGD7.90.

Forget M&S for flowers. I bought a bouquet of yellow roses from their newly revamped Surbiton store on Thursday and by Monday they were dead. So much for the much vaunted quality. And the self service till didn't work.

This place is not the same as when I was a kid. The place was empty and had very few customers. I thought it was going out of business.

The foodhall at M&S is unbeleivable and of the highest quality.All the food is well above avarage and a fraction of the price at restaurants . Quality quality

Great store! Huge selection. Good quality products. Staff are so helpful. Easy to find what we needed and much better layout than our local store.

I like to visit M&S cafes as you know what to expect. I wasn't disappointed by the Marble Arch cafe. It was busy, but the tables were being cleared quickly. Our drinks were good and our food order was hot and arrived fairly quickly. The cold sandwich fridge was fairly empty hence the reason I've not given top marks, but the overall service was great.

My favourite place when I go UK. The place had clothes fie all age n sizes. Large selection of body care. And food variety was good

My friend and I popped in for hot drinks and generally to get away from the crowds. The cafe is spacious and was very clean. The drinks were average in terms of flavour. Not bad, but not excellent either.

Had our breakfast here on Saturday morning,22nd May. Had not been since last year due to lockdown etc. The cafe I believe was been renovated as it was a small set up but this made no difference to us as the breakfast was delicious. The cook was extremely friendly and went the extra mile. We had scrambled eggs and coffee and couldn’t fault it. Very tasty and well presented.

Just so annoyed after reading in the paper that changing rooms are now open . I’d given up on buying things even slippers not allowed to try on , how ridiculous. Went to Epsom branch yesterday ready to try several pairs of jeans on but no , changing rooms closed and assistant said it’s because of social distancing .!!!! Do they want our money or not ? What happened to service with a smile ?? Just sheer laziness I think and although I’m trying to be loyal would be nice if it worked both ways , they aren’t even apologetic, it’s like we are a nuisance . The notices saying that customers can buy and then exchange without trying on are pointless , as I needed to try several things , not practical to purchase four pairs of jeans surely . Come on Marks , get your act together before your customers desert you .

I came to M&S on the first lock down and I must say the lady at the till was so nice to me it made my day as I was felling very down that day her name was Christine as there going to be a another lockdown I thought I'd mention it thank you to that lady that was ever so helpful and kind and patient with me Kensington Marks and Spencer's have great stuff

Had coffee here while my wife shopped. Very good cake selection and excellent coffee. Staff were very helpful and everything was socially distanced

La amable y servicial señora me dijo que solo tenían café filtrado para los lattes (bastante bien), pero luego un colega me dijo que acababan de descubrir que la máquina de café estaba rota. Una vez más, es bastante justo, pero ¿cómo es que solo descubrieron esto 2 horas después de la apertura?

La moda tal como la conozco hoy en día está muy lejos de la de Londres, donde Marks y Spencer alcanzaron la mayoría de edad en un instante y se diseñaron para que la gente común nos viéramos y nos sintiéramos mucho mejor. El formidable en estilo y le da un sentido distintivo de cómo se verá la moda británica en 2020. Parecía tan diferente de los que la rodeaban con tonos oscuros y negros y pies para matar. Una forma distinta para que el calzado cobre vida y nos haga sentir a todos como un millón de dólares. Debo probar las recomendaciones de calzado y animar a más gente a aprovechar las ofertas en tienda.

A regular visitor to the United Kingdom I could not help but notice just a smidge of a decline in The M & S restaurant. Trays filthy and the poor cashier attendant was alone to make coffees and serve customers. Trays littered the tables. Restaurant messyI love M & S but seriously try to keep up the look of the place. This is a lovely spot for a cuppa and rest for the feet

The restaurant is rather old fashioned in line with M&S style. The food is good (tea and scones). Service was rather average

Popped into M&S - Marble Arch to have a look around. Then decided to have a cup of tea....Well my goodness! Never seen such a dirty mess in all my says. Likes of dirty plates and cups all over the place. The floor was a tip, cake and mess on the floor.There were a few staff around, but none too bothered by this mess.!!!Absoutely disgusting....... very poor!!!

To some people Marks & Spencer, dubbed Marks and Sparks, is a legend in UK retail. To me its a 'go to' destination throughout the country but usually on Oxford Street for me on an annual London stop. This is a flagship location and massive. From an American perspective it is very much like Macy's. But, I shop it for basics that I cannot find in the States. Like the best of the affordable long thermal underwear, merino wool socks, basic solid color sweaters (Brits call them jumpers) and they never fail to please me. I have since discovered its pretty easy to also order from them on-line. Also its an inexpensive places to eat during the shopping.

We were in London for a short holiday, and had most of our meals from M&S! We were staying an an apartment near the M&S in Marble Arch. There were 4 of us to feed, and M&S offered quite a variety. Almost every meal was different and at affordable prices too.We also bought quite a bit back home for further feasting and sharing!

Am sitting here at M&S cafe Marble Arch right this moment, utterly disappointed with the cafe ! My mother ordered a Christmas dinner, when it’s ready sitting at the pantry , we saw the gentleman using his barehand to touch the food, see if it’s hot, I’m glad he’s paying attention, but unfortunately, not very hygienic, and when he delivers the food to our table, the turkey dinner was barely warm, had to send back to reheat, he’s not very happy about it, I wondered, why he stuck his barehand over the food , knowing they are not piping hot still delivers to us.

It's a good supermarket with 2 exits one from the high street pavement or from the 90 minute free carpark. Has choices of good food on display. And the staff work hard probably being on the Mary Gober course on how to treat a customer with care and attention customer service comes first.

I visited Royston Marks and Spencer’s on Saturday and experienced such exceptional customer service. As soon as I entered The store I was greeted by a lovely young lady (very long hair, I didn’t catch her name), who offered to help if I needed anything. As I was new to this store I wanted to be directed to the biscuit isle and was taken there straight away. The lovely lady helped me make my choice of biscuit and made me aware of special offers available.

Magasin avec beaucoup de produits variés et surtout un bon accueil. Merci pour cet emplacement idéal.

No hay visita a Londres sin ir a M&S;, estoy muy contento de haber investigado en línea y descubrimos que Marble Arch es el más grande de Londres. Cuenta con una gigantesca tienda de comestibles en el piso inferior junto con un área de restaurante. Cenamos una noche en el pequeño café y conseguimos ensaladas para llevar para otra noche para comer en el hotel. Los precios son mucho más baratos que comer fuera, la variedad es muy diversa y la selección es increíble. Pasamos un montón de tiempo examinando los pasillos de los supermercados y conseguimos muchas bolsas de papas fritas, té, golosinas de Navidad y galletas de mantequilla para llevar a casa. El personal de la caja es generalmente amable, uno no estaba muy bien informado (pero aún así era muy amable), no se dio cuenta de que hay botellas de plástico detrás de su mostrador para las botellas hasta que se lo señalé. Terminamos sin tener tiempo para explorar ninguno de los pisos más altos en busca de ropa, etc. ¡Uy!

Grew up wtih them in Canada and then they disappeared. My favorite "chips" are Prawn Cocktail and Salt and Vinegar sticks that can only be bought here. So anytime I go to London this is a must stopover. Stores are always clean and the staff very friendly. The food selection is excellent!

여행중 필요해서 브라를 구매했는데, 제가 알기로 환불을 위해서는 원래있던 플라스틱 옷걸이와 함께 제공해야한다고 알고 있습니다. 버리기 전에 구매에게 물어봐야한다고도 그랬어요. (예전에 다른 지점에서 환불해 본 경험이 있어서 압니다) 캐셔가 묻지도 않고 그냥 부숴서 주더라고요 왜 옷걸이를 부수지? 그냥 떼도 되는 형태였는데 굳이 부수더라고요. 굉장히 불쾌.

Se le preguntó por el desayuno de salmón ahumado y huevos revueltos y se le dijo brevemente "No salmón" sin sugerencias de ninguna alternativa o atención centrada en el cliente. Se aceptan huevos revueltos sobre tostadas.

Solo revisaré la sección de comida para llevar. Este es siempre un gran lugar para obtener ensaladas, cortar frutas frescas, tazones de granos saludables y ensaladas de pasta. Todo perfectamente empacado para una comida rápida. Sus cajas de té son maravillosas y, por supuesto, todo es muy económico y está bien empaquetado. El inconveniente es que utilizan horquillas de madera en lugar de plástico (eso es bueno) pero necesitan rediseñar las horquillas para que puedas comer con ellas.

Piatti pronti sfiziosi e appetitosi ma non a buon mercato.

Esta marca ha existido durante años. Ofrecen productos a precios competitivos con buena calidad. Me encanta su ropa interior (muy duradera). Aquí tienen tiendas de varios pisos para mujeres (por supuesto), para hombres, niños, comedores y cafés. Ah, y más baños (las muy pocas tiendas que ofrecen esto en Oxford Street). Fui a la cafetería a tomar el té el mes pasado. Lamentablemente fue durante la loca carrera navideña. Estaba lleno No ayudar es el poco personal que estaba en servicio. Las mesas no se limpiaron a tiempo, además de los muchos clientes que intentaban tomar asientos. La comida fue decepcionante y no eran baratos. Así que sea lo que sea, no vengas aquí durante el período de Navidad.

The store itself is 4 floors.. nice shopping area.. good products at affordable prices. The coffee shop on the 3rd floor was really nice and spacious. So many choices of food. They offer free wifi too. It gives a nice overview of the busy Oxford street.

Called in for an 'All Day Breakfast' whilst doing some shopping. Food took ages to arrive and when it did it was barely warm. The scrambled egg was awful and the sausage and bacon such small portions. The bread used for the toast was quite nice but it was cold by the time of eating. There were clearly staff problems that day as there only seemed to be one person serving food to a very full cafe. This has put me off having a hot meal at M&S; ever again - such a disappointing experience and certainly not value for money on this occasion. I have to say I do love M&S; generally but this will make me look elsewhere in future.

The beauty of M&S; is that they show a great deal of customer service. Really happy with Oxford Street branch as they are very committed.

Had scrambled eggs on toast as the advertising at the entrance looked good. It was presented shockingly - the egg was over cooked and it tasted of nothing. This is just awful food. M&S; - could do better!

This branch is in a prominent part of arguably the most famous shopping street in London yet has reasonably priced goods and an excellent value for money and good quality restaurant.

Tuvimos un almuerzo / brunch justo aquí. Pedí un desayuno mientras mi esposa pidió una ensalada. Honestamente, no me impresionó en absoluto la calidad de la comida ya que mi desayuno era cálido en el mejor de los casos. Es un restaurante de autoservicio, así que no esperes ayuda. Fue conveniente, pero pareció llevar bastante tiempo conseguir mi comida. Fue justo, pero probablemente no volveré.

We stopped at the M&S; restaurant for a quick bite and regretted it immediately when i ordered some hot food. The place is poorly staffed, it took almost 10 minutes to get my order straight (there was only one customer ahead at the checkout and her order was also messed up). I didn’t get a number and the waiter missed my order and i had to remind her of my order. It just took too long for a simple burger to arrive and it was all too much for what was to be a simple meal. Food was so-so only.

I have had several unfortunate run ins with rude and mean spirited staff members in the restaurant area - i dont think they like customers that much and I have finally got the message that we are not welcome, so I am not going there again, either to shop or be insulted in the cafe area.

Don believe what you read here. This company has gone down the drain. They are closing 100 shops throughout the UK right now and if you shop there just once you will realise why. 3rd rate service, no staff to help, the ones that are there are overworked and uninterested, the mens underwear looks exactly the same as what your girlfriend/wife would wear. STAY AWAY..... GOODBYE M&S...YOU; USED TO RULE THE HIGH STREET BUT YOU HAD TO GO AND BLOW IT !!!!!!!

The quality of the food is good and the taste, but the staff's level of service delivery and knowledge is quite poor.

My trips to MnS worldwide are about shopping for biscuits. The Brits are best at it. This bigger store in London a bit of a disappointment in its layout and 'freshness'. Seen more beautiful MnS overseas such as Bangkok Thailand. Never the less I look for Butter Puffs and either they are no longer produced or are sold out. The shop tells me they haven't seen it for a while. A shame. Delicious tea dipper! However able to get other tea biscuits that I love and more scones. 3.2 is what I can muster

I had been to Saint paul and was very thirsty and surprisingly got mineral water of 2 ltrs for just 45 pennes. Also the fruits are very cheap but quality is awesome

Este no es anunciado en cualquier lugar de la tienda o fuera. Nos dieron una propina por un mozo de tienda. Merienda para dos 16 libras. 95 en el medio de Londres, que sabía? El restaurante es muy acogedor y luminoso. Los bocadillos y pasteles están super fresco y delicioso. El personal es muy amable y eficiente. Este es un lugar de encuentro para mis amigos y yo, ahora que hemos encontrado esta pequeña joya.

We did shopping in 2 - 3 different outlets and then got a VAT refund receipt from flagship store. At the airport the person told us that it has been voided. The woman at the till gave us the old receipt on which we have returned 2 items on that day. At the airport we were nowhere and couldn’t go back to get the receipt again. This is very bad and customers should be properly taken care of.

Top floor cafe is good with soup and cake it’s not cheap for cake tho but lovely and served quickly I will return for lunch again as food quality was good and lots of seating tables

This is a real gem in central London and somewhere I always enjoy visiting. Their cakes are great and toasted sandwiches are so good. A hot drink and cake mid afternoon brilliant, I had their sparkly fruit cake a Christmas special, delicious with a coffee for a change. The only thing they don’t do well is cope at very busy times. Other branches manage the flow of customers into the restaurant to ensure there is somewhere to sit once you’ve got your food and drink. Maybe they should have a chat with their Liverpool restaurant manager to see how it’s done. Despite that I love going to this branch if I’m in central London.

Ogni volta che vado all'estero per lavoro o per piacere , mi fermo sempre in uno dei negozi di Marks and Spencer per fare qualche acquisto che sia di intimo ( eccellente qualità ) di abbigliamento o semplicemente nel reparto food. Quest'ultimo è uno dei reparti più spettacolari che io abbia mai visto con tante prelibatezze e alimenti ricercati che difficilmente si trovano in altri negozi. Per chi non lo conoscesse, lo consiglio vivamente. Almeno una volta vale la pena di visitarlo.

Every time we visit M&S at Marble Arch we have been disappointed with the cafe - too busy, empties not removed and generally not as good as our local. Today that allchanged ! We’ve just enjoyed a latte &teacake in a very convivial cafe. Tablesavailable, staff friendly and efficient and of course the free Wi-fi. Happy experience thanks.
