Very tasty Brownie frappe, the service always meets my needs. I can't wait for the winter offer, which starts in November. Some of the best flavored hot chocolates of any cafe. I recommend.

Bardzo fajny pub. Dużo miejsca w środku jak i w ogrodzie. Śmiało można przyjść większą grupą, bo miejsce się znajdzie. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna (naładowali telefon, opowiedzieli o fajnych miejscówkach, okolicy i piwie:). W lokalu jest czysto i ładnie pachnie. Toalety czyste. Polecam ten pub. Jak będę w okolicy na pewno wpadnę na piwko.

Abbie the bartender was amazing, made us feel at home and included. She was absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend to everyone.

We had the absolute displeasure of coming here on Saturday for friends birthday. This was the first time I would be meeting my friends other friends and so there was lots of people who didn't know each other - naturally one wants to be able to properly talk, convivially get to know one another. This was impossible because of the deafening volume of the music. Despite being mainly a sit down pizza place and cocktail bar where no one, I repeat, no one, was dancing, they insisted on having this impossibly loud music. I appreciate that it was a Saturday night, so didn't expect a quiet atmosphere but was astonished when I asked if it could be turned down just a little that this cannot be done. On further enquiry I spoke to the extremely rude manager who basically off handedly and bitc‎hily yelled "we've been doing this for 7 years, we know what we're doing!". They really don't care and have zero hospitality. The level of volume cannot be safe either from a healthy and safety perspective for staff, who by the way apart from one barman looked utterly miserable and stressed. The pizzas were expensive and mediocre. The drinks obscenely priced even for London. And lastly the toilets were filthy and overflowing with faeces and remained that way all night - see picture. This place is very keen to be hip, but has no substance or class.

Most expensive half pint I ever had, got scammed by a bartender, refused to give my change back 🤣 I wasn't even drunk yet... I'm not gonna make a fuss about a fiver but I will leave a review 😂 I hope this is not an ongoing procedure and it was just a mistake.

Si sales con amigos, honestamente te aconsejo que no vayas aquí. La música era terrible, el DJ era terrible y rechazaba las solicitudes de canciones de todos y solo tocaba lo que le gustaba. A la mayoría de la gente no le gustaba la música. El ambiente es desordenado, sucio, barato, grosero y no seguro. La mayoría de la gente allí es gente que no pudo entrar en buenos bares y clubes, ya que es demasiado tarde. No aconsejaría a nadie que vaya a este club. Incluso el personal no es acogedor. Lo único positivo que tengo que decir sobre este club es que al menos tiene buen alcohol. Además de eso, completa la basura. Nunca más.

Food was okay. Service wasn’t great. Originally sat down with a friend and ordered a sundae. Mine took 10 minutes to come out and she got an ice cream. Tried to get us to leave when they only saw her ice cream since my sundae didn’t come out yet and someone had a reservation. Guy was told what I ordered and they brought in a chair and table from outside for us. The table was really wobbly and we had to keep it in place the whole time we ate. Person who made a reservation for the table didn’t even end up sitting there.

Mohamed was so great, he was respectful and service was amazing. I will come back again. Great place. I had the chocolate cinnamon was delicious

Erin dealt with a faulty payment system a couple of weeks ago - no payments were going through but she dispensed free coffee and took orders over the app to keep the customer base happy. But Erin is gone now. And in her place is sour faced Khwaja and his colleagues who wouldn't smile if you paid them to. When I went in with a complimentary drinks coupon on the Gails app they dispensed a small size without asking and when asked for a plate on a busy day was just given cutlery. When there was water spilt on the furniture by the previous customer was handed tissues to wipe it myself. The service sucks.

Mudlark is a fantastic spot! The ambience is warm and cozy, making it perfect for a relaxed meal. The food is top-notch, with every dish bursting with fresh flavors. But what really stands out is the hospitality—friendly, attentive staff(isha) who make you feel right at home. Definitely worth a visit!

Came here for a hen do. Started off well, service was okay, food was decent. After the brunch we had to rush off so I quickly paid the tab and we left. After leaving, I noticed I had been overcharged. I wrote an email asking them to explain the extra charges made to me and whilst they admitted they made and error and owed me money back, they will not transfer it. I've since emailed 3 times asking for a resolution (it's very hard to make a bank transfer after all) and radio silence. I wonder if one staff made an error or if it's a regular thing that they do to every customer but only some of us notice.... concerning.

My daughter attended this venue on Saturday the 10th of August. It was her birthday weekend so qas celebrating with friends. Unfortunately she miss played her phone in there. She rang us very upset from the police station as she had no way of getting home. We rang the venue due to her phone still being located at this venue through the tracking untill 12pm on Sunday night. Some dishonest person has her phone. You know who you are. This left my daughter in a vulnerable state with no means to get home. So me and my husband had to drive to collect her ruined her birthday.

Not really sure where to start. Positives. Nice and clean bar and tables. Varied menu. Negatives. staff not overly friendly but ok. They looked a bit fed up to be honest. Toilets had a horrible smell around the area. Food.....oh my goodness!! Our children ordered mac n cheese....it was cold, stone cold In the middle so we sent back. When it came out again it was still cold to which the waiter asked if we'd like it heated up again....er no we wouldn't thanks. Halloumi fries burnt (but at least not cold 🤣) . He offered dessert so the children asked for tiramasu and sticky toffee pudding. The tiramasu was still frozen and the sticky toffee pudding tasted like flour 🤷‍♀️ and left a horrible after taste in your mouth. The staff took the mac n cheese and desserts off the bill but safe to say we won't be going back !
