Update: April 2025 Still one of the best Costas you can find anywhere in London IMO. Run really well by the very hard working all female team. Always friendly, happy and welcoming. For me, they make some of the best coffees in the chain and it's kept so well unless most stores. Credit to the entire team there because they're all superstars. I'm always there when i get the chance. A lovely Costa in a great Next store. Staff always friendly and professional and the staff always make a great coffee. One of the better run Costas i feel and do like coming back here when i can. Can get busy but that's expected.

The most expensive baklava you will ever come across. Sold by weight. Even 3 pieces will set you back £30!!!

Fui a cenar con un amigo. Tan decepcionante y sobreprecioso. Personal amable, pero solo éramos personas allí. Nos sentamos junto a la ventana, hacía mucho frío. El menú era extraño y confuso en su ofrenda. Mi hamburguesa fue presentada en un plato enorme con un montón de patatas fritas, me sentí como si estuviera en Wimpey!!! pero tan caro. El postre fue horrible... lo compartimos y el sabor Miso en el postre tipo pan y mantequilla fue horrible. Cuando se le pidió al personal que preguntara al chef qué había en la receta y le respondiera que era sombrío, su respuesta no fue su menú. Toda la experiencia fue impactante. ¡No podemos ver que este lugar dure en absoluto, ciertamente no volveremos!

I love this Costa so much! The lady who was making my drink is so friendly and funny! We also had a nice little conversation too whilst she was making my drink and drink was fab! Definitely come back!

We didn’t drink here so cannot comment on the product served here. I came here asking for help as suffer from Crohns and was suffering a medical emergency. Whilst an older gentleman tried to help me and direct me to the nearest toilets the young man serving was completely disinterested and told me that as it was London I shouldn’t be expecting to find toilets. I explained I was in distress and just needed some help as was not from the area and he couldn’t have been more unengaged and rude. Luckily the older man let me know there was a Pret a few yards further up the road and the crisis was averted. Please can I just implore people to have some awareness about diseases such as Crohns and realise that when in distress sufferers need a ounce of compassion and understanding

Delicious, tried both a doughnut and a cronut, and the owners are so friendly and lovely, will definitely eat these again!

He venido al barco y la ballena en numerosas ocasiones para tomar una copa en paseos en bicicleta por el camino del Támesis, pero decidí reservar una mesa para el almuerzo para las madres ayer. El personal era muy amable y servicial. Mi hija tiene una alergia grave a los lácteos, pero debido a que tienen un gran menú vegano, pudo tener una cena completa mezclando elementos del asado principal y el asado vegano. Ella tiene 16 años, ¡y es la primera vez que tiene un asado completo de domingo en un pub! También había un delicioso crumble vegano y natillas. Buena comida, personal encantador, sin duda volveremos. ¡Gracias!

Absolutamente increíble ambiente, nunca había visto nada igual. Bolos, dardos, piscina y excelente comida y bebida todo en un solo lugar! El servicio fue excelente, me sentí bienvenido desde el primer momento que entré y tuve una gran charla con el barman guapo. 10 / 10 recomendaría.

Absolutely disgusted by the appalling service and attitude of the lady server. A poor man was refused access to the toilet to sort out his poor child who had had an accident because you have to have a code for the toilet and it’s only available to customers on the end of their receipt. Absolutely no compassion or humanity.

I orders a steak and chicken bag on separate occasions and each time they have been given to me cold and stale :(

I had a wonderful dining experience with my wife on a sunny Tuesday. We enjoyed a delicious salmon omelet and a flavorful wrap, both of which were exceptional. The food was fresh and well-prepared, making our visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!
